Meant to leave this review a week ago but went in and talked with Christopher. These are great mattress and he’s a very friendly person. Service and amazing product. I’m sold. We need a new mattress for our kids room and these are nice priced. We have to pick out the new bedroom suite first though so we know size for sure.

Store has a high tech mom and pop feel. Which is good. Christopher was just a person joking around with us and made us feel welcomed. Didn’t have the blank empty feel that some corporate stores do. Really liked the idea of a American Made also and the feel of the AS4.

Happy with the store and with Christopher. Called in to get some info on a new mattress. He was nice enough to take the time to explain for me even though I said I wasn’t buying today. That makes an impression in a good way.

I’m still loving my AS5 my mother purchased me from this location. Christopher was spot on with what he recommended to her. I used to own a Simmons that we purchased from Mattress Firm but it fell apart in two years. The store refused to help or even talk to me. After reading all the great reviews for this store I told me mom look into these. I’m so glad I did. Amazing product and service!!

Walking by the store I originally thought it wasn’t anything special. I thought just another mattress store in the mall and probably very expensive. I also thought I would be attacked walking in the door. After stepping in and being greeted by Christopher I noticed I was wrong. He let me casually look around on my own for a bit then asked how my day was going. One of the first comments I made to him was I’m sure these are expensive and paying them off premium. He quickly laughed and agreed that perception is normal but when he told me the actual pricing I was shocked. Now I was actually interested and not just checking the store out. I really like the price of your adjustable and mattress compared to the others I’ve seen. I plan to drag my husband up here as soon as I can he hates coming out but we need a new mattress and I really want him to see these. This review is mainly for anyone who thinks because this is in a mall it’s going to be expensive well it’s not go check it out.

Visited with Trevor and Christopher last week. We are looking to time a delivery of a new mattress and adjustable to October. We were offered to place a hold on the purchase for us and they would make sure they get us taken care of. We really appreciated the effort they went through to find a work around for us. Great customer service! We actually called a different Amerisleep before seeing this one was close to us. If our review was based at that store, we would not have good things to say. I’m just really glad we had to see the product before deciding. In this case the people made all the difference and made us stop searching for other solutions. Just wanted to say thank you to them both for the effort.

I called the location looking for some thing that ultimately they did not have but Christopher was really kind and took all the Time in the world to try to make it work. I purchased from Trevor back in February. I’ve been working with Christopher on check ins with me. I love my AS5. I also love the service both of them have them have given to me. They both have taken way longer than the probably wanted to explaining things to me and making sure everything is right. I really really appreciate them for that. This place is inside the mall. It’s a mattress store inside the mall. Again inside the mall. It’s a great store though. Walked in expecting high prices and Chris was able to put that to ease quickly. I visited Rooms To Go after this and was not happy with the prices there. These are cheap and good.

The service that I received from Chris (he spent a great deal of time online with me when I was asking an inordinate number of questions) was wonderfully supportive, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He was very professional in offering me very knowledgeable and astute information and specific answers to all of my questions. He even sent me photos of the bed frame when I queried him about the true color of its fabric covering. As well, he is a very gracious and polite man. I also want to say that Trevor was terrific with follow-up calls and emails. He is also a very well informed, patient, and polite man. I believe he works in the same store that Chris works at. We went in asking about a coil mattress. We learned about the difference thanks to the manager of the location, Christopher. We do like the idea of the coils, but this would not be the best for us. I do wish you had the mattress ready to go, my only complaint.

The weekend was new when I went in here. We had heard of sleep number and honestly thought that was what this was. Christopher explained what made these beds different. My husband is bullish on wanting sleep number but I’ll work my magic. That AS4 was just to comfortably.

I sleep with over 6 different pillows on my bed. Slowly I’ve been replacing all of them with Amerisleep’s pillows which are the best pillows I’ve tried. I love love love them so much that I even buy them for friends and family. I can’t stop raving about these pillows! I want to try their body pillow too but first I need to order a mattress protector since I also purchased their best-selling memory foam mattress too.

I just wanted to say what a great store and great customer service. I spoke with Christopher over the phone the other day and he was able to paint a picture for me of everything. We are planning a trip to Houston in Feb and plan to go see these in person. We had been looking at them online for awhile and decided to call the store closest to where we would be.
