We ordered a desk the first week of December. It was supposed to be here in February. It’s May 19th and they’re telling us another month (of course they’ve been saying “another month” since February). We paid a deposit so we can’t cancel without losing it. They won’t give us a discount for waiting. BEYOND frustrated. We will never spend money here again.*update-desk was delivered on June 15. It is beautiful. So, if you don’t mind waiting over 7 months….

Lucia at Baybrook Ethan Allen is always extremely helpful and a great designer. I did not give 5 start because of the poor quality control from the wood furniture manufacturer. I have received numerous pieces that were damaged upon arrival. Ethan Allen does replace the pieces but my last replacement piece was damaged by the delivery person and the repair was worse than the damage so I had to keep the original damaged piece (drawers are warped, paint not even with some parts having next to no pain, legs on desk that wobble, chair seams showing, material faded with bleaching by the repair dept instead of replacing.The in store experience is fine, good service and Lucia has great taste and eye for design. Very good financing options but you have to pay for the warranty on each piece, which is unheard of.

Furniture delivery is delayed by months and the store policies are changing without any prior notice.

We have had a fantastic designer and anytime we had a question or problem, it was handled in a timely and professional manner.

The quality of the sofa and chair we purchased is excellent and should last us a long time Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we are very happy

Recently purchased a new couch from Ethan Allens Baybrook location. Very helpful staff and delivered as promised. Pleased with product quality.

When we moved, one of our no scratch sofa foot inserts disappeared. I went back to Ethan Allen hoping I would be able to purchase a replacement. Customer service shipped it to our house within days and didnt charge us a dime! Ethan Allen has always provided not only quality products, but also phenomenal customer service. That is a rarity these days.

Love our sales lady/designer. Incliner sofa most uncomfortable piece of furniture we own. Odd uncomfortable reclining positions. Must use two extra pillows just to sit. Most often we avoid this living room piece and sit elsewhere. Not made for relaxing! Poor controll positions for buttons next to leg down between cushions and armrest (whos idea was that?) Ethan Allen needs to remove and redesign this incliner immediatly! We probably will just move this to an out of way unused media room to avoid embarrassment when friends come over. A leather sofa from Rooms to Go is way more comfortable....sadly,Danny...customer service is great...took care of the problem....thank you!
