I love this store. They always have great deals on candles and not to mention it smells so good! I love the staff here. They are extremely nice and I love their layout. If you need candles, come check this store out.

Interesting experience and a cool gift idea! I think it is definitely a place where everyone should come once. Slightly on the expensive side.. but coming once definitely worth it.

Great customer service

Love the product, been a customer for years but this particular location needs a new staff capable of customer service. Angela was very rude for no reason at all, yelled across the store to another member in a demeaning way with customers including myself in the store simply because I asked a question concerning the sale for that day . The location at highland village is much more helpful and great with people

Very unprofessional staff. The staff would rather stand around and chat with each other than help anyone. I guess the conversation they were having was more important than helping customers. Any way this was my first and last visit.

The heavyset mexican employee, Kimberly, had a major attitude problem for no reason whatsoever. She looked me up and down with disgust and had a rude & curt af tone everytime she spoke to me. Will be giving corporate a ring about her unprofessional attitude. On the other hand, the Caucasian lady was really friendly and had a very approachable attitude. 1 star for her & another for the good fragrance most of the candles had.
