They did my cake and cupcakes for my baby shower. They were absolutely delicious. I could pay less at a store to buy a cake and cupcakes but the quality would never be the same. They did the design even better than what I would have expected. Thank you everything was amazing!

I bought red velvet and lemon cupcakes the top half of the cupcakes were hard and dry once u got further down it was moist. Frosting was good. I also bought macarons those were pretty stale it came apart completely when I bit into it. Also very very pricey cupcakes. 12 cupcakes for 39.00 bucks. I was looking forward to some good cupcakes.

Ordered a birthday cake for my Moms 80th birthday. I live in PA and they made it so easy for me, even delivered it. Cake was amazing, beautiful perfect! My Mom loved it! I was told it tasted amazing. Thank you Rise Cupcakes for an awesome job and a delicious, beautiful cake.

This was our first time trying Rise cupcakes. We ordered a mermaid cake for my daughter 1st birthday and it was perfect! We received many compliments and request the contact info for future orders. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them, their cakes are beautiful and delicious. The cake was moist and was very creamy, we all loved it.

Best cupcakes I have ever had. Daily specials and monthly specials are a real treat. My favorite is Burts Banana. Others are excellent. They use real fruit and homemade frostings.

I walked in about 2weeks ago needing more than 2 dozen cupcakes. We got almost every flavor minus 3-4 types. They were such a huge hit at our family birthday event. So many people could not stop raving about the attention to detail and how the flavors complemented each recipe. Sorry no photo because they ate them all.Yes like others have mentioned the attendant wasnt the most friendly, but not every one is cut out to be upfront, or maybe she was having an off day.

Had custom sugar cookies made. The cookies were delicious. The artwork was good on the cookies. Not as fancy as some other places, but still taste great!

If I could post 10 stars I would! I got a cake from ‘Rise’ for my husband’s retirement party (from the marines) and it turned out perfect; just as I imaged! Even people in the restaurant that weren’t in our party, were coming up to admire the detail on the cake! It was also delicious! The staff was friendly and very accommodating! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

I love the cake balls! I like the cupcakes too but some flavors much more than others (Heidi and Seal is my favorite). The icing is very sweet and a little bit lardy, but I like that kind of icing some people dont. Occasionally Ive had a flavor that tastes a little bit dry but I think that depends on the cake flavor. They are a little bit pricey but they are comprable to other gourmet cupcake stores.

I had high hope for this place. For the price they charge it was definitely not worth it, $21 for 1/2 a dozen. The frosting tasted stale and the cake had no flavor. I don’t know if they gave us an old batch. We wanted to try different flavors so we bought Strawberry, Peanut butter, salted caramel and Sunday funday. And they all tasted stale and dry. I’m giving it 2 stars because also it did not look presentable.

Very happy with the service, delivery, and execution of the cake display I was wanting. I had to organize all the details long distance and Haley covered every detail and everything came together as planned. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is price. Although they did give us a military discount, which I was very appreciative of, it still was extremely expensive for cupcakes with basically no decorations, delivery charge was more than I expected for being a local delivery and renting a cupcake stand was quite high as well. All of it added up and made the total bill more than I wanted for cake. When Im in town Ill still stop by for a special treat!

I tried a Vanilla cupcake and a Lemon cupcake. I wasnt very happy with the cake or the icing. The cake was salty to me with texture closet to a corn muffin. The icing on both were kinda gritty with very little flavor. Some times things are off so I will give it another shot. They looked very nice.

This is a wonderful bakery. The owner was even on Cupcake Wars. Sorry to say that she didnt win, but I believe she had the best display. Ive been there many, many times and her cupcakes are amazing. Since I didnt get to taste the other teams cupcakes, I have no idea what they tasted like. But I do know that Rise cupcakes are the ones I want when its time for cupcakes! ❤🥞

Inside looks nice, customer service was great too. I only tried one flavor and it was show me the chocolate. I didnt like it. The frosting was ok, not too sweet which I liked. The cake didnt taste good, Ive tried better.

The cupcakes were amazing. Also the woman working on this day was awesome. My son is 2 and can be a little crazy at times, and she was so patient with us and him. We had a wonderful experience and will most defiantly be back.

Delicious cupcakes. My husband and stopped in after picking up supplies for our dog at Gimmie a Bark. We had driven by several times and meant to stop in and found this was good time. We tried two different cupcakes and they were both delicious. Very moist and the frosting was delicious. We can only do this once in awhile for the sake of our diet but do plan on making this a once a month stop. While we were sitting there the phone never stopped ringing and customers steadily were streaming in.

Absolutely love this place... The cupcakes of the month are so interesting and good. The new moonpie cupcake is incredible a must try. I love the fact that the cake does not just fall apart and the icing is delicious. Some are on the sweet side but if you ask the very helpful staff they can definitely help you not get something too sweet.

Even though we bought the cupcakes at the end of the day (15 minutes before closing time), they were all super moist, soft and fluffy. The flavors were very well pronounced with just the right amount of banana, or kahlua, or vanilla. The only negative is that the frosting was a bit too sweet. The cream cheese frosting on the blueberry one was perfect though, they should do their regular frosting more like that one. If we lived in the area we would be going back often!!

I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT HAVE MIGHT DID THIS BY MISTAKE, BUT AFTER EMAILING BRITTANY ABOUT THE MISTAKE AND NOT GETTING A RESPONSE I KNOW THEY INTENTIONALLY DID IT. (WHEN I WAS ORDERING THE CAKE THE RESPONSE FROM HER WERE QUICK THOUGH) I ONLY ORDERED FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY MADE RED VELVET CAKES I COULD HAVE ORDERED WHAT THEY GAVE ME FOR A LESSER PRICE THAN WHAT I PAID THEM. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE BUY FROM THEM THEY GIVE YOU WHAT THEY HAVE NOT WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I WILL KEEP ORDERING FROM THREE BROTHERS BAKERY IN ADVANCE FROM NOW ON.

I am always pleased by the regular cupcakes just once i had a monthly cupcake i didnt enjoy but it was still moist and rich. Not counting it against them. Love this place.

I was disappointed. I ordered 6 cupcakes for my family to share. We tasted each one and not a single one was worth the calories. They were beautifully decorated with clever names and yummy frosting, but the cake was DRY DRY DRY. So awful. I dumped mine in the trash. Wont be back.

Visited 9/2/18 about 2:30pm. Got a dozen of cupcakes.... The cupcakes were excellent. I was visiting shops in the area to try the product and possibly place an a large order for an upcoming event of 350 guest. I was treated rudely by one of the two employees, she was very inpatient rolling her eyes and asking over and over again what we wanted, to point that the other employee was telling her to be quiet... She replied they are indecisive on what they want!!! Its a shame that you are allowing a minimal wage rude employee to run off your customers!!!! Drive down the street and placed my order...

We went in and bought 4 different cupcakes to try. All of them were delicious except for the red velvet which was a bit dry. The inside of the shop was cute and the prices were reasonable.

Excellent cupcakes, very moist. Rotating flavors depending on day you go. Im not particularly fond of decor, but the cakes are delicious.

The cupcakes are very good, and there are also other treats like cookie sandwiches and dog treats. I like how they add a special cupcake to the menu each month according to the season (for example, they had a pumpkin slice latte cupcake for September) would definitely visit again.

Was super excited to try a cupcake wars cupcake. Brought the whole family(5/31/16) for a surprise...but...the girl behind the counter obviously did not like her job or us..she found it annoying to describe the cupcakes to us even though I read them on a card to my kids and she only had to describe the ones not on the card. Then then then...all the cupcakes were dry. Maybe it was just an off day(?) anyway, 5 cupcakes and $20 later, we wont be back😣🙁

I love it, but whe frosting is to sweet, after every time I leave I dont feel good, its to sweet, so I take the bottom half of the cake part and put it on the frosting, that helps a little

Cake was dried out and the frosting was crunchy and hard and the cupcake as a whole tasted way too sweet. Fairly expensive and can easily get a better cupcake for your money elsewhere.

I ordered a 6 inch round italian buttercream cake with raspberry filling. It was $80 and the cake had nuts in, which I’m allergic to, and they don’t have cake flavors listed on their website or allergens. I couldn’t eat my cake that cost so much, and when I tried to call after to complain their phones were shut off. Worst bakery and bakery experience EVER.

Terrible customer service. My mom and I came in for her birthday and there were no other customers there, but the attendant never asked us if we needed any assistance. And then while my mom was deciding and she was helping her get the cupcakes, the girl mouthed “Oh my god,” because I guess she was annoyed how long we were taking even though she had no other customers to attend to. That is not how you treat paying customers!!

The cupcakes are the best I Bragg about them to everyone but I cant say the same on thier cakes. I ordered a cake for my boyfriends birthday and to realize how small it was for $60 bucks was really overwhelming and then to taste was really dry. It was a little upsetting. But thier cupcakes are great. 5 star for cupcakes a 3 star with my experience with the cake. decorations were great as well.

My favorite cupcakes in Texas! I love the Strawberry Fields and the Lu Lu Lemon, but all of them are delicious.

Bought 24 cupcakes of different varieties. Loved the Churro ones the very best. All of them were just wonderful except we decided the banana ones and vanill were quite plain. The frosting is delicious! I will be ordering again from there.

First and last trip here....cupcakes were horribly dry and dense and the icing was buttercream and super sweet and sugary. I could have made a dozen moist and fluffy cupcakes with whipped icing at home for less than the $9 I spent on three cupcakes here.

Was there on a Tuesday to buy some cupcakes for a couple of my friends. Asked the ladies at the counter what was the best seller for that particular day as this was my first time there and their flavors vary day by day. Ladies werent friendly and I felt rushed to pick out the 4 cupcakes...Even though I was the only one at the shop at that time. Explained to them that they were for 4 different people and I needed them in separate individual boxes, she replied to me that each box were would be 75cents extra after the first 2, like okay then I can only get 2 cupcakes at regular price then the other ones at a higher price? This rule doesnt make sense to me but I didnt complain and just continued with my purchase. The flavor of the cupcakes are good, the place is clean and nice but with thanks to these ladies w attitudes si will not be going back, Ill just stick with NOTHING BUNDT CAKES and their delicious bundtlettes 🎂

I’m sorry, but this is not typical of me. We just left there as a treat to my daughter and we both feel sick. I purchased some of the recommended ones, but they didn’t live up to the hype. All but one of the cupcakes were terribly DRY! It was as if they were old or left to sit out too long. At those prices; that’s unacceptable! Even if they were cheaper; it still would be unacceptable! I don’t have money to waste on businesses or products that don’t deliver as promised.I will say that the decor inside is great and the decor on the cupcakes are as well; however, it means nothing if the product is dry, overly sweetened, but beautifully decorated. I’m very disappointed and don’t appreciate that my thoughtful treat to my daughter has turned into a stomach turning nightmare. I will follow this up with the store management so hopefully this experience can and will be salvaged in some way.UPDATE THE NEXT DAY 2/21/18Well, I did as I said I would do by contacting the store and letting them read my review through their website. I was in the area, so I decided to call them to follow up on my email . The owner was called and got on the phone. immeadiately I sensed an attitude. She said she got it. Yet, she never reached out to me to attempt to resolve this matter. She said it was because I had already negatively affected her business. So, because I had an opinion and voiced it, she didn’t feel obligated to make it right.I told her that I’m not the only person who has voiced the same complaints, so I’m not making her lose business. I also said the review can show a resolution from both of us, and then consumers would see there was an issue, but this is a BUSINESS that wants to get it RIGHT! However, the owner told me she didn’t feel like taking the time to do that. Then I said you must not be worried about any negative impact you claim I caused your business .I did ask for a refund in the private email. She said she couldn’t do that, but only offer me a gift card for the partial amount because I made this review. Anything is possible. She just didn’t WANT to do it. She kept telling me that her cupcakes are good, and that it’s a matter of my preference because she ate one that I purchased, and it was good. I agreed that her line of business can be subjective, or any business for that matter. However, most establishments will not cause the customer to feel bad, ignorant, or incompetent. They would want the customer to know their concerns were taken seriously and offer some sort of method to rectify it. Instead, I was left having to reach out to her, and getting offered the same product I’m leary of . The conversation went back and forth. She continued being unapologetic and very defensive. At one point, she even began to talk over me.I go in, she’s not polite. Not saying let’s make sure we get it right this time, but leaving me to deal with a store associate rather than herself. Yet Another way she showed me that she didn’t care that I was unsatisfied or that she really was sincere in wanting to make this right. However, when she read the email, and decided not to reach out then too; that was my first sign. It speaks VOLUMES! Since I had no other option, I selected the 1 of the 4 cupcakes that was the best. It was paid for with the gift card amount she felt I deserved, and said I should be lucky because she doesn’t do this .In closing, Normally I would have called the store first, but I think because of the lackluster welcoming we received yesterday, I kinda then realized what type of people I was dealing with. In addition to the disappointment and the extent to what I felt was inexcusable. I just went this route. One employee, Hannah, was kind and friendly on both days.It brings me no JOY to take time to do this, so there’s nothing to gain. I was just trying to support a local business and this is the thanks I received. I have to release this situation to God. He knows and sees all. Blessings come from above!

I ordered a $45 Birthday cake and picked up the most undesirable tasting cake I have ever eaten. It was like the old Crisco Cake people made back long ago. It looked under cooked and was as heavy as an anvil. The response by the staff was not much better. I was told that since I cut into the cake and ate some of it, they would not refund my money.I expected more. I guess this business is like so many, that just get your money and do not care about customer satisfaction.
