They became very rude, there is this shorter guy working there that always seems bothered by something, especially if I asked for certain items, is whether he responds to me like Im stupid, or with an attitude, or very dry. Im very upset with his and others customers service. I am shocked that they even let people like them work there. Very poor customer service. This will be escalated. Sad and hurt. And Kevin didnt want to check if I had box lunch money available which I did and he kept assuming I didnt have any without even checking and he just kept arguing with me and it not get done . So disrespectful

I love this store but the customer service has really declined in the last months. I go in and usually buy alot of the statues and figures but every time ive gone in there one of the employees i believe her name was leah or leila was very rude. I asked questions about certain figures and she was absolutely horrible it wasnt the first time. The only thing that saved me from never going back was kevin he was wonderful gave me all the information on figures and even ordered some online I avoid the store when i see her. I will only go In if i see mr.kevin. if anyone goes please specifically ask for kevin he is a delight! Nerding out with him was the absolute best!

This was my first experience with BoxLunch. I LOVE this store! Prices are higher than Hot Topic next door but the quality is higher too. The store was clean and well organized. They were careful only to allow about 15 masked shoppers inside at one time. The employees were also very helpful. I appreciated that they matched their online sites sale prices which saved me some money!

Chris is the best! We were shopping for a while and could tell he is a great team player and has wonderful customer service skills. He was courteous and patient with everyone. He offered suggestions and gave us the scoop on all the promos. Nothing but good vibes came from Chris!

Rude customer service when asked for a phone number for the corporate office!!! I was asked to leave because I was wearing a face mask and not a cloth mask but have a medical condition that makes the cloth mask difficult for me to wear and breath . Never given a minute to explain or shown my medical card to wear face shield in store. The store offered me a cloth mask I took but I left because they had to many people in it and many with the mask under nose and on chin only. I went back in to get phone number and was yelled at to leave and threatened.Kept being told by Mgr she didn’t have a phone number for corporate and to leave. And all I was asking for was corporate phone number to call because there sign just says face covering which I had on to shop!!

The store is good if you catch them during their promotions. The young lady that worked there was very kind and generous. She even told us to wait to spend our money until a couple weeks when a better promotion was going to be rolling around thank you.

Was a great place with nice people! Anime items and marvel items galore, and clothing items as well! Kinda wish they had other animes in stock but overall, was an amazing place 😁👍

Usually nice chatty sales representatives. Sometimes they are pushy but they are normally nice. There are a few that I get to chatting to and get distracted talking with while there lol.

We had been waiting for an order online that we sent to the store for a month; we called the store; not there, called corporate, was put on hold and after 45 min discussion/wait, poor customer service was told we would get our refund to pay-pal. fast forward to this past weekend we still had not received our refund 5 months later; we were in the store and were purchasing a bunch of items and mentioned it to KAT who is absolutely the best employee that BOX LUNCH has; only person at this corporation that seems to really care. Long story short she went above and beyond and within a day she had my refund despite she even having to deal with another corporate genius who again said we had to dispute it with pay-pal. She refused to accept that and went above and beyond and was the CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON OF THE YEAR! thank you KAT for your caring and personal service even on NEW YEARS DAY!!!!!!!!

It is no falt of the store but baybrook. The air conditioner has been broken in the store since Christmas and maybe a little bit before then and Baybrook Mall has done nothing to repair or replace this unit these poor people are in here trying to make a living and suffering at the hands of Baybrook Mall The mall as a whole is pretty decent but regarding the AC unit and the way they treat the stores inside Baybrook Mall sucks and sucks hot sweaty balls.

Love this place!!! You can get anything your nerdy little heart desires. There are so many items from Harry Potter to Star Wars. Its just an awesome store.

Hands down favorite place to go to get merch inspired by some incredible shows and movies. Employees are incredibly sweet.(I went shopping during the holidays which made having kind staff an enjoyable time.) Im sure anyone can find something for everyone. They have cool socks! Buttons, pins, shirts, mugs, hats, games, for things like the Harry Potter, Rick and Morty, Star Wars, Disney, Friends, The Office and so much more

Wow, dont bother going here the short little girl with the glasses is really rude. I have asthma and putting a mask over my nose makes it really hard to breathe. She then tells me that its ok she has to do it for 8 hours a day. A little understanding would have gone a long way. The way people handle this situation will say alot about how poorly run their companies are. If you feel this way then dont open back up stay closed. Instead you would rather upset customers and tell them they have to wait until the store empties out. I feel so discrimated against and singled out for having a medical condition. #brownfeelingsmatter

5/25/19 I can say this was the first and only time ever where every single employee 3/3 were nice, friendly, and helpful. It’s a tiny store with cool stuff and awesome employees. 10/10 will come again.

Niche store but sadly not niche enough. The stock is fairly mainstream and lacking in variety. It has a good supply of Pop figures and some nice nerd culture jackets. The staff is engaging enough but often very busy. Tracy was phenomenal when she worked there.

Great store. Been going here since it opened. Almost all my Christmas gifts for my wife came from here the last 2 years. Great staff. New items are brought in often and always in stock. The workers are nice and helpful. Items are unique.

Great selection of pop culture items. The fact that a percentage of each purchase goes to helping to feed those in need is great too. Ill shop here again.

Will never shop here ever again!!! They never gave me a receipt, so I couldnt return the shirt that was too big for me. The manager wouldnt even give me an exchange for a smaller size because she said my shirt smelled like perfume and had been worn. I tried the shirt on to see if it fit but it didnt. It even had the tag on. Could not be more upset.

Will never do business with this store ever again. Guys name who I did not catch basically told me window shopping makes them look bad and is bad for business even though I have bought from there before. Would not recommend location.

Super friendly staff: mgr. Brandon was beyond cool and pleasant to talk to all of the staff was. There is lots of cool different things here including funko pops they also have their own exclusives from funko. They are sister stores of hot topic so they do carry similar items but also different ones I would think more pop cultured then hot topic, their T-shirts are more expensive then hot topic which sucks because their shirt are better then hot topic in my opinion. Fun little place to go shop...

Cool items, a lot like Hot Topic. Great collection of various items related to specific shows, etc. Such as Star Wars items, Star Trek items, Walking Dead and so on. But be ready to wait a while at the check out. Slowest checkout Ive seen in a long time.
