My mom ordered a pair of chucks from a different location she ordered the wrong size no big deal I told her I’ll wait until they get delivered and take them myself to get exchanged, upon arrival I noticed the box came falling apart the shoes looked used at the bottom and were scuffed in the front. They almost didn’t let me exchange them because they were scuffed. That’s the only thing I hate about journeys, with the slightest dirt mark or anything they will not let you exchange them. Fortunately in our case the shoes came like this from another location 100 miles away from Houston and they allowed us to exchange them. I think also cause the girl I believe was the manager and was understanding. They seriously need to be more sensitive that people touch and try shoes on.

Give Rachel a raise! Shes super sweet, helpful & attentive to customers. She was promoted to help and even brought us her most recommended shoes. Lovely girl & enjoyed the shopping experience she gave us.

Was there last night. Everyone seemed to be hanging out, even the manager who was there. It was about 8pm. The only person who seemed to care was this young men, Sergio. He helped me get the size that I needed. I give him a 5 stars. Everyone else a zero.

This is basically a kids trendy shoe store. The staff is kind of lazy with attitude. Various colorful knockoffs of brands like Vans.
