I’ve spent two Hours looking for it, the stored is said to be around the victoria Secret and apple store it wasn’t. Then Google maps was sending me around Zara, I walked around still couldn’t see it and the worst is the number they listed just give you a voice message you can’t even call to ask them how can I find the store.After two hours and asking people in vain I just decided to go home and my laptop is still not fixed.

Bought a Surface Pro online with pick at store early this morning since they have a Black Thursday sale for $329 off the i5 256. Theres a glitch in their system at all the Microsoft stores that wont slow anyone to pick them up even though they are paid for. But you can walk in and buy one now. This is my first Microsoft store experience and it plane blows! They said it could take days to resolve. 😡😡😡😡😡Update; it wasnt the Baybrook Mall store locations fault it was Microsoft. The store resolved it an hour later. They were very nice and professional the whole time. It just made me miss an important appointment.

I had to take in my computer for repairs. They solved my problem quickly, effectively and with NO charge. The only thing that could improve is the store location. They are in the center of the mall. This is a trek when carrying a large and heavy PC tower.

Ive been looking into getting a Surface Pro for about a month and I finally decided to go to the store and buy one. Prior to coming in, I knew how much was going to drop buy looking around on Microsofts website and it came out to be $1500. That is until Brooke had explain to me that Microsoft will price much almost anyone including Amazon. She even helped looked around on Amazon getting the best deal. I ended up saving about $500. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable. All the questions I asked, she had an answer for. Probably one of my best experiences Ive had being a customer. If I ever need anything else, I will most likely return to this store.

Came in later in the afternoon with an issue and Garnet along with Erick helped us out. They worked on something out of the ordinary for them but we got the issues fixed. Great customer service, great patience, and they did a great job breaking down what was going on in an understandable level for us.

Products are a little expensive but all Microsoft products tend to lean toward quality rather than value. The staff were very knowledgeable about their product line - both hardware and software offerings. I had a few minutes conversation learning about license options for MS Office and learning about the differences between different Surface tablets.

We signed up for a kids coding event and it was rescheduled and we weren’t notified. We spoke to the Community Development Specialist who plans all of the Microsoft Baybrook location’s events calendar and she helped me sign up for a future event. Consequently, we signed up for the very next event schedule the next day which was supposed to be themed Stranger Things and the planned outcome was to encourage students to use Mixed Reality to insert themselves into the world of Stranger Things. My child was so excited that she made a t-shirt just for the coding activity, but unfortunately only to return the next day and it not be the case. We were disappointed that the instructors/attendees didnt do any of this follow through on original plans and no one working there knew what was planned which was for students to build their own Stranger Things-themed mini movie to show their family and friends. Also, the class was scheduled from 12-2 and then upon arriving on day two of trying to do another event we learned that the event was going to end at 1:00 instead!!! Seriously? We drove two days in a row for a Microsoft event that was not delivered as planned. Unfortunately two days in a row of no communication about planned or unplanned event changes, adaptions and it appears that events are not well organized. Please do not plan something you can’t deliver and or communicate changes. I’ve called and texted the organizer directly and haven’t heard back anything. The people there are very friendly and resourceful. Willing to answer questions and help.

This is a small kiosk in the middle of the mall, but its full service and has everything you could need. The power cord for my Surface Book stopped working and when I went in Jessica was extremely helpful and quick in testing my laptop, checking for updates, and swapping out my dead power cord for a new one. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful, friendly, and efficient!

The customer service and support at this location has exceeded, and continues to exceed, my expectations. I have had general consumer and small business dealings with them over the past year and have never walked away feeling like they didnt go out of their way to make sure Im completely happy. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond whenever they can.Honestly, and I never thought that Id have this opinion, but I much prefer my interactions with the staff at the Cherry Creek Microsoft Store to even Apple. So it goes; recognition when its due.

I would give it zero stars if I could. First, I tried to call to get a couple questions answered and wasted over an hour. I got a person after navigating through a series of menus and the person said they didn’t know and hung up on me. Secondly, I have gone to the store on several occasions to get help with Microsoft related issues on the laptop I bought there and spent my entire appointment time and more with someone who couldn’t even get me logged into my account. Microsoft has s definitely did in these stores and as a company as a whole.

The Microsoft store was teaching kids computer classes! It looked pretty cool! Like maybe this was a beginners computer literacy class for little kids. But knowing about Microsoft and Bill Gates it could have very likely been a New World Order social conditioning and indoctrination class for the kids to understand eugenics?

Alex and Ryan are incredibly helpful and patient. I am so lucky they were there to help me after I ruined my surface book by spilling my water bottle on it. I had accidental damage insurance so they were able to exchange my damaged computer for a brand new one right then and there, no questions asked. They even spent HOURS helping me transfer all my files over and getting my backups and onedrive files sorted out. The whole time THEY were apologizing for it taking so long and it was in NO way their fault. While we were waiting, they took the time to tell me about features on my laptop I didnt even know about (and Ive had it for a year and a half). They also told me I could come back anytime for Microsoft support and/or classes with them. Alex and Ryan were clearly experts on everything computers and in a helpful, non-condescending way. I highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues and questions. I know if I have any computer problems in the future, Im in good hands with them!

This place is so helpful. They have a full time person for each subject you may need. A separate trainer, a separate s/w expert, a full time cloud person and so on. They de-bug your machine and give away all kinds of info and s/w and s/w updates. These types of Microsoft stores make a big difference in my confidence level with Microsoft because now I have a person to visit who chooses to be accountable on my behalf. If they send me in a new direction, they easily explain and justify its benefits and cost analysis. Very high tech store. Very impressed with the staff.

My Surface pro 4 had some screen issues. Took it to this location and within 20 min I had a new surface pro 4 (covered by warranty). Melissa was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. This was a great experience with Microsoft.

Well, I was surprised that this store is just a Kiosk in the middle of the walkway of the mall. Looks like a small bar where one would walk up and instead of getting a drink, one would play with a Surface tablet.Only thing that stood out as weird was that their whole show seems to be only about the Surface. The guys said they have other stuff, but none of it is on display. It also really has a store feel to it. Not very technical when it comes to some questions asked... so that was a little disappointing.

Wow... Had the worst experience ever! I asked an employee by name of Kelsie about 0% financing on a lap top? She said she didnt know, but mentioned I had to do a credit check and that rates are about 18%. She seemed to be annoyed with my questions about financing. So I politically asked her.. if she can find out about the 0% from her manager. She returned and said yes 0% is available. When I asked her about laptop that I was interested in, she had no knowledge of the product. I felt sorry for her so I asked if she was a new. She gave a dirty look and walked to another employee. I was confused by the entire situation! The second employee by the name of John approached me to answer my questions in regards to the product and was very rude with a condescending demeanor. I didnt understand the reason for such HORRIBLE customer service! So I asked to speak to the manager, at this point I was extremely upset! I believe her name was Judith, I explained to her the entire situation and she became combative in defense of her employees, not sure if she understood that I drove 20 miles to Baybook Mall with the intention to purchase a laptop. As a consumer I never felt so disgusted with the unprofessionalism that I experienced at this store. This is an example of poor management and customer service. Not sure if I want to continue to do future business with Microsoft again!

I went to buy a dell Inspiron 13 signature edition. The sales lady was so irritated by the fact that I showed her the laptop was on sale on the Microsoft store. She would just start walking away to her supervisor and come back, she did not want to apply the coupon code I told her. Finally, she did then she brought the laptop out and I tried to take it just to look at the box and she wouldnt let go until I paid for it, it was so embarrassing. I only went to the store because I didnt wanna wait for the shipping (was going on vacation). I would stay away from this store and go to the galleria outlet.

Made an appointment online to bring in my Xbox One Kinect in because it wasnt working, the staff was great talked me through all the set up found the issue and replaced i was in and out of the store in less than 20mins! I had other questions about products and accessories and they are very knowledgeable about the stuff they sell.

Microsoft online had a special and said that the first 20 people could get the Sol Republic Tracks HD headphones with the V10 drivers for $39.99. When I arrived they tried selling me the Tracks headphones with the V8 drivers for $69.99. I asked for the V10 headphones. The clerk I talked to said that they did not have the V10s. The manager of the store (not known to me at the time) told the clerk that the special was for the V8 headphones, and that they were selling them that day. I had the clerk and the manager look at the website and they verified what I was saying was true. Both of them told me they had none in stock. On the Microsoft website they stated at least 200 per store. So I asked for the manager, who then identified himself (Adam is his name). I told him that I drove across town (18.8 miles) in traffic and I wanted this. Since it was their mistake on the website I wanted him to honor the price and to have them ship one to me. He told me as a company, Microsoft does not have an SKU for the product I wanted, and he told me to call customer service and talk to purchasing or sales. I asked him to assist me with the call since it was their error, and he told me that he would not because He had a store to run. I told him that it was good to know that, hence here is my review. He did however call his superiors and make sure that the information was changed on the website, and proceeded to tell me this 20 minutes into the call to customer service. I wanted to get these headphones for the advertised price and I thought that I would be able to. It turns out I was the first in line to buy the V10s and not only did he refuse to assist me, he mocked me in the process. It also turns out that Microsoft did have a sku for these headphones. I eventually got the headphones after talking to Microsoft for 40 minutes, however at $30 more. Adam seemed like he was more interested in making sure that the company fixed their issue than honoring the advertised price. It also seemed like he wanted to get back to playing on the console than helping customers. I will never go to this store again, and I question any Microsoft product. It seems that there are a lot of options available in the market, and I may not need them any more. I do hope that someone looks at this either to avoid the store, or avoid Microsoft in general.

After checking availability and price over the phone, I drove an hour and a half to pick a computer that they had in stock. When I arrived, the manager wouldnt honor the promotion that I had checked on over the phone. Also, the computer in the store was marked almost $500 over Microsofts advertised price, and was only lowered when I asked about it. I ended up ordering online to get Microsofts promotion, and they shipped it 2 day for free since they didnt understand why this store wouldnt honor a promotion that Microsoft pays for itself. I wont use or recommend this store again.
