The pharmacy is very busy and there is some confusion at times but Tiffany is wonderful in working it all out. It’s a shame there isn’t two of her to cover all of the days of the week❤️

This is a VERY BUSY pharmacy. Chuck left some big shoes to fill. I feel like Tiffany has really stepped up and doing a good job showing care and compassion for her customers. I find the staff ready to help but often very busy; Matt is friendly and helpful. This IS a busy pharmacy. I think the people who have given poor reviews are not appreciating the challenge of customer service, in store, on the phone and also working with the doctors and hospitals to get things right. Take a moment and remember these folks are doing an important job. They have worked through and with the pandemic protocols. They have been at work, serving our needs, often under stressful conditions with people who are ill, or people very concerned about loved ones. I say if you want great customer service be a great customer!

I think it is sad that after a snow skiing accident and a trip to a specialist set by a family doctor a prescription was sent to this store for 3 meds.One of which was a pain reliever.The store called to say they will not fill it nor will they ever due to the common ingredients in one of the meds. It seams it can be abused.You would think they could figure out a one time prescription is the least likely for that senerio.So why dont they just advertise in advance that they will choose which meds an individual is allowed to take, so one wont waste their time going there in the first place. Secondly.

This is the CVS that has led to me converting over to Walgreens. While I did meet a very efficient manager here, some of the cashiers at the pharmacy lack customer service. It was disheartening to hear one of them arguing with a man, instead of them just trying to help him find what he needed. The same person got annoyed with me for trying to use the CVS coupons in the app. The store is out of stock in items, and generally is messy and cluttered.

I had never been to this CVS but decided to go because it is the closest pharmacy to my home. I was not excited to see 2 stars on google so I was not looking forward to the experience. My husband and I needed flu shots so I called ahead and the friendly pharmacist told us the best time to come based on their staffing schedule. We were helped by the pharmacy manager Tiffany who was amazingly efficient and friendly. We also checked out at the front of the store with Karen who was also lovely and helped me update my phone number associated with my CVS card which no one has ever offered to do at other stores. This was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy so the bad reviews make no sense to me. Glad to know we have a good pharmacy right down the road from us.

This store does not honor their cvs store ads. I went to buy some dolls that were clearly on sale and the cashier told me it was a price error on the ad. Price error or not it is false advertising and I honestly think she wanted to buy them because she mentioned she couldnt believe they were at that price. Before I went their I checked to see if they were in stock which the site said low in stock. I just check an hour ago and they are out if stock.

Bad customer service. I love shopping here due to the rewards program but they racially profile at this store all the time!! Its really disturbing and I am on the edge of unenrolling from the CVS Care monthly program and writing to headquarters. Although it must be hard working during COVID, friendly customer service and fair treatment for every customer is required!

Not very helpful. I believe they need better training on some issues. Ive been a cvs customer for years but after this cvs visit I will be changing to a pharmacy that fully understands laws and customer service. I strongly believe they are doing what they have to, to obey laws but not doing enough to help the person under medication. Better training much needed at this place.

I’ve been going here since 2012, when Chuck was the pharmacist. He was very compassionate and caring and made sure the medication was thoroughly explained. The assistants were also very sweet. It seems that the new pharmacist(s) and her/their assistants are not as caring or friendly. I have had multiple issues with mine and my daughter’s prescription here and I’m sad to say I won’t be returning. A smile and a good attitude would go a long way!

Nice people, but incredibly long lines at the prescription counter when it doesn’t seem to be all that busy in the store.Not to mention the lack of confidentiality... I went to pick up my birth control pills for my ovarian cysts and the cashier had the nerve to say “you’re picking up your birth control?” with a line behind me. As if anyone needed to seriously hear that?! I thought they weren’t allowed to say specifics like that?! Embarrassing to say the least, and it’s happened twice with the same cashier.

Pharmacy is the worst!!! They NEVER answer their phones. I was on hold for 30 minutes and ended up just driving to the store. Stood in a long line all for them to tell me my prescription was not ready. Made a complaint with the manager on duty and was told, “He knows the Pharmacy needs help buy nothing is going to happen, because upper management doesn’t care.”I’m just going to have to completely switch to Kroger or Walgreens because this is ridiculous.

Sarah the cashier at this location is very rude. I just asked her a simple question at checkout whether I have coupon or not, with very bad attitude she said I dont know why people cant wait until the end. She kept making comments even after that. Until now, this was my go to store, never ever going to this location.

The level of customer service in the pharmacy s has declined greatly in last couple of years. we have had problem after problem getting refill authorizations to go through to our doctor even when weve given more than enough time before we run out of the med for it to have been authorized. A month or so ago I dropped off (in person) two scripts for meds I needed after I was rear ended and whenI came back over four hours later they were still not ready. Im very disappointed in the level of service here and will be transferring my scripts to another local pharmacy in the future.

Ugh. First off, don’t waste your time and call the pharmacy. 100% useless. I’ve called a couple times and have hung up after 5 minutes of waiting. I even called once and left my phone on the counter and forgot about it. 1 hour and 15 minutes later..... still on hold. Also it takes waayyy longer than it should for the medication to be ready. Go elsewhere.

This pharmacy has to be the most unreliable I have ever encountered!!!! The staff act like they have no idea what theyre doing. Waited two weeks!!!!! For them to get my scripts transferred to another pharmacy. Two weeks??!!??Then they act like they have no idea why my new pharmacy is telling me that they havent sent it. Because you havent!!!!

WORST Pharmacy ever!! Got my prescription transferred to this Pharmacy (first mistake) they had the nerve to check me out and ask for my card without checking if i had insurance or a discount card (also a completely different manufacturer than first fill). When i asked about the price, the Technician had the nerve to say its under your insurance, nothing more to do. I used to work in Pharmacy.. I know there were many options! Went to Kroger to get the script filled, of course CVS never answered the phone (wasted the Pharmacist at Krogers time). I had to go back to CVS to sit there and make sure CVS could call them, which the Pharmacist wouldnt call. So i had Kroger call them and finally got it transferred! Definite decline in respectful customer service.

This pharmacy is hit or miss. I’ve had great service sometimes and horrible at others. When there is a problem filling a script they don’t call you. You find out when you go to pick up your meds and they aren’t ready. It’s happened to me more than once. Most recently they couldn’t find my new insurance info even though they filled a script under it 2 days prior and that is when I put in the request for this script. They never apologize or acknowledge and error on their parts. If there was a closer CVS I would no longer use this one. I am now stuck waiting here forever for them to fill it because I don’t trust them to do it if I leave.

I know people post bad reviews on a one occasion thing but this is the worst store to get the pharmacy to answer a call. Multiple occasions I’ve waited 30 min plus and no answer. Sarah the manager was no help and got an attitude and blamed everything on corporate. I will be calling the corporate office, excuses do not help the fact people can’t get in touch with anyone about their medicine. They should just close the pharmacy at this location. Treating customers like garbage is wrong and is why many people loose customers.

Horrible service. Never answers phone, most never has prescriptions in stock and takes over a week to get. Wait time is usually 20÷30 min. Too short staffed.Negative pharmacy. Try another location.

Got my prescription sent here sun noon... call them they said they dont have it...i go to the store they say they do have it but wont be ready until 2 hrs...ok that was at 430 on sunday so go at 6 they tell me they are closed already OK...i go Monday at 130 pm they have one ready but not my second one and she tells me again it wont be untill another 2 hrs...at this point... i wont be coming back for the prescriptions Ladies are very RUDE and wont let one talk...YOU SHOULD CLOSE THIS STORE,NO ONE WILL MISS IT PLUS THERE IS ANOTHER ONE DOWN THE STREET WITH GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE...WHY PAY FOR INCOMPETENCE.

Husband just out of surgery. Pain script not provided until after surgery. Drove to 3 CVS locations, including this one, and they were all unable to fill his script. He just had bone surgery! He doesnt have 2-5 days to wait for pain meds! Is inventory not the primary purpose of a pharmacies existence!?! 4th and final stop - Walgreens! CVS is our in-network pharmacy, so I was forced to spend extra time and money - NOT HAPPY!

I am beyond disappointed in what I experienced today in this store. This has been my go to store for our pharmacy needs. Though a few things have happened in the past with poor customer service my experience today was so bad I have to write a review. I came in to the store looking for a hand held back massager. My daughter was in the car with a lower back injury in terrible pain. I couldnt find one so I hear an employee (Linda) showing a customer in the next isle where something was. When she finished I say Miss...she doesnt turn around. ...again I say Miss again nothing.....Miss she turns around looks at me and in a very frustrated voice says I cant help you right now I have to work the register!!! I was so humiliated because there were other people around. I turned and walked away. I turned and walked out the front door and just left. I decided to call and get the store manager come to find out Linda IS THE STORE MANAGER. How can someone who is manager of a store do something so humiliating to a customer? I talked to my husband and its time to move to another pharmacy. I cant go back in there and not feel comfortable.

Let me start by saying my cashier, Sarah, was very nice; the pharmacist, whos name I didnt catch, was not. I am allergic to dextromethorphan, the most common cough suppressant on the market, which makes buying cough syrup very difficult, but CVS brand used to have a day and night time cough syrup that didnt have it. I learned they stopped making it and looked at almost every multipack on the shelf before asking the pharmacist if she knew of any. Her short response was what ever is on the shelf. I understand that its hard to know everything thats in a store, but she was completely uninterested in helping me. Sarah, my cashier was very nice and apologetic that I had had that interaction, but its still irritating.

I would like to get this out to women, that want to get their windshield repaired by the person in the parking lot, he’s an older man with grey hair and blue eyes, he grabbed my private area when he repaired my windshield, I have complained, to chevron and they immediately removed him off their propery, but then he moved 2 ft over and is renting from Baywood properties, in front of cvs, no one there can do anything about this person, the owner of Baywood is a Muslim man and he said he does not care that he did that to me, I recorded him and he said, it’s my problem and that he is still going to rent him a spot, in his property in front of cvs and the dollar store, he was very nasty to me and said don’t bother him again, that’s fine I respected that, I’m so happy how chevron manager and the corporate office handled it, I hope that all the companies dollar store and time out will complain and have him removed off property, the owner of the windshield company is in prison, so I could not get ahold of anyone

I did not want to give a star because I just experiences the most ridiculous experience ever going into any store. I usually get greeted when I walk in to a CVS store tonight 07/22/2016 around 8:40 I did not, that was not a problem however for me. The issue was I had the most horrific headache and went in to CVS to buy some Aleve and got the 100 pack. I got to the counter where there was just one cashier and another I assume was cashing out for deposit, it was a customer with coupons in front of me. I literally waited in line with a headache watching the cashier try to scan the coupon and the other worker just greeting other customers that came in, after waiting over 5 minutes close to 8 I finally laid the pills on the counter and walked out, the cashier didnt at the very least say Ill be with you in a moment. I went across the street to Walgreen where I was welcomed and paid less for 30 more pills. I will do all my shopping at Walgreen from here on. The worst customer service I have ever experience and I encounter some bad ones. I do hope I am sending a review to the write store the one on FM 528 across from Walgreen and Sonic in Webster, TX, they do need training on the customer service ethics, how ridiculous that experience was.

They are so disorganized and never have what I need! They send out an automated call to pick up your prescription like twice a day until you pick it up and THEN ITS THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION and they have to order it! This has happened to me 2 times and Im an idiot for returning! So inconvenient!

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Was calling to make sure prescription was filled and drove 40 min from Baytown and no one ever picked up! When I got to the pharmacy two people were in line and two pharmacist were chatting with each other! This is the worse pharmacy ! Not the first time I experienced this.
