Great staff and they have always had my prescriptions correct and ready when they said it was going to be ready. My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and Wal-Mart pharmacist actually gave me (free) 3 days of medication so I wouldnt miss a dose. Thank you Walmart pharmacy 👍👍👍

They are so slow after waiting over 30 minutes in line to walk out Empty handed because they didnt have all of my perceptions ready after over 24 since they were sent in. Then tell me my insurance dont cover medication that I been taking with no problem from my insurance. They really need to get it together up there. Awful experience!!!!!!!

Poor customer services specially the guy Brandon. They will provide you a time for your prescription for pick up and once you get there on time they will apologize and tell you to come back tomorrow.Its happened to me twice at the same location. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy near to me.

Today i tried to refill the same medicine here for the 3rd time. The first time i called the pharmacy tech order the wrong quantity. Therefore, when i showed up i had to leave without it and reorder it. They had 2 and i needed 3 refills. They told me it should be ready on saturday and reassured it. I couldnt take the 2 because of my insurance. So, today saturday I called after being hung up a few times, i got through and asked if my medicine was ready. He told me it wasnt, until tuesday. I told him i couldnt wait anymore i had ran out of medicine and told him it was the 3rd time they postpone it. After that he interrupted saying that they will no longer be carrying my medicine and to go to another pharmacy. I wasnt giving him any attitude at all nor was i disrespectful. I have my call recorded too. I asked if only this walmart location he said all walmarts order from the same place. He said to go to another pharmacy. Funny how they had my 2 refills that they were about to hand to me like 2 days ago now they magically disappered. I called the pearland location. They had it of course. This is not the first time they order the wrong item or quantity. Not to mention they sometimes opened passed 9am because theyre talking. Some staff here is nice but they need to remember their priority and focus on what theyre there for and what theyre doing. I would call the manager but i doubt theyll do anything about it as usual.
