Incredible staff.I walked in the day before Mother’s Day with my 3 year old daughter, asking for her to be allowed to select the specific flowers she wanted to give her mother. Not a professional bouquet, just the flowers she wanted. They were more than accommodating. The woman working the register was very sweet to my little girl in helping pick the flowers and the florist actually arranged them beautifully despite my insistence that they could simply bunch them together and send us on our way (he was very busy). It turned out really nice, completely unmatched flowers and all. We paid only $16 for the flowers and I would have gladly paid more.I have a new regular flower shop.

The flowers and the service are decent, but I will not be ordering from them again.I called last Friday to confirm a note about get well soon flower delivery being on Monday (today). I asked for them to be left at their door stop for safety measures. Get a call two hours before delivery asking if today was the day because for some reason either myself or the person I spoke to wrote August 30th.I get a picture message from the reciever thanking me for the flowers, but they are not the flowers I ordered. So I call the store they said they would go to the person they delivered to to swap the flowers out.They do so and my friend ask what they would do with those flowers- their responses was that they would resell them. Mind you they were at her house for over an hour during a pandemic. I can understand from a business point of view of not wanting to waste product, but not during these times.

Owner was there and greeted me with a friendly welcome. He explained all his ready made bouquets and his custom orders. He knows his stuff. He answered every question I had. He is also an avid fish lover. He has custom made tanks and koi ponds inside his store. Really cool, laid back zen feelings. I would recommend him to anyone wanting one bouquet to a whole event full of flowers. Very professional.

Morry is the best! He prepared a customized floral tribute for my Dad. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and long-lasting. I will go back to him for all my floral needs.

I wanted an arrangement for a friend that wasnt your typical rose array. I went in, and he created it for me on the spot, while carrying on friendly conversation. Absolutely gorgeous, and Ive paid twice as much for lester arrangements of that size. This is now my go to florist!!While I was there, a customer just came in to say Hi. To me, that speaks volumes.

I have never experienced such rudeness. Man answering phone has zero customer service skills, which is sad since funeral home recommended them. I called funeral home and asked for new recommendation. I will never do business with this place. It’s sad that one person can represent a business so poorly.

There was only one worker while we were there and one other customer before us.I didnt expect him to drop what he was doing and take care of us however when he said hed be right with us he could have ask if we were looking for a certain item, which we were. But we waited the 15 to 20 minutes only to find out he did not have the specific flower we needed.He wasnt rude. I just feel we could have been on our way out the door sooner and the other customer would have had full attention without feeling a need to hurry.I would give them a 2nd shot when I need flowers or plants.Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Warning! Do NOT order from here!!!! Unless you feel like you need a good dose of rudeness, then by all means, give this place a call! They dont even deserve one star! After taking my entire order and obtaining my credit card information, I simply asked him what kind of flowers they were going to use. The man taking my phone order gave me attitude, said he wouldnt check, and told me to go somewhere else if I wanted him to check! Im still scratching my head and wondering how theyre in business!

He is a great person and he knows the flowers and roses all kinds, your partner will be very satisfied with all the aggments. U want flowers of any go here
