I love this place! Its always clean, well-lit and has everything I need, plus a few unexpected items that are always nice to find. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. But the best part is, I can be in and out in 5 minutes. Cant do that at any other grocery store.

The most beautiful place to shop for groceries and gifts! Best produce around. Pricey, sure, but worth it for the quality. Lovely florist section and impressive liquor selection. Lots of delicious deli items and a fresh fish counter that will truly impress! Beautiful cakes for special occasions. Friendly staff too...

I really like this store! Decided to go in and look around and it was a nice little store with lots of selection. It also has fresh produce and veggies and a big drink station with cokes, icees and coffee. I tried the tacos and the little taqueria and they were really good! I took some home and my dad liked them too!

Love this place. My go to store for great vacuum packed sourdough bread, fresh produce and an occasional meal from the red refrigerator.😊

This place is great. It never has long lines, my family specifically loves the ICEE machine (that usually has all the flavors ready), and the store has a little bit of everything. Great place to go during a crisis when the stores are sold out, but also very convenient and nice to have in general. Me and my dad frequent here and are never disappointed! I would totally recommend stopping by.

Love this place! Its like a giant Walgreens but with a produce and meat section! Ive been shopping here several times per week since they opened. And, my kids ride their bikes here almost daily. Super clean! Super friendly! And, last week a few of us made 350 sandwiches to take to affected people in Lake Charles. We made them the night before the trip and I had nowhere to store them. I walked in and talked to the store about my situation and they allowed us to keep all of that food overnight in their walk-in fridge!!! Love these people! Shop local!They also have a grill that is open until 3pm everyday. Great fish tacos for lunch and excellent breakfast tacos. They also have fresh tamales and fresh mexican lunch plates!Thank god my wife is kind enough to handle the real shopping where we buy truckloads of groceries (2 boys.....you know) and sometimes in bulk. For everything else, I wont go anywhere else but Friendswood Grocery.

This is a very well lit, clean and quick stop if you need a few things and dont want to get stuck in line with a bunch of people.The store has a good selection of products but I always seem to miss the item I went for.Of course it really isnt a problem to drive a block or so to Kroger.I am always going to try the mom and pop business 1st especially when it is so convenient.In my opinion its another great addition to our little town!

Dont let its small size deter you. This place has a surprisingly large selection. I went in hoping for maybe some hamburger meat but walked out with all the fixings to make a fantastic steak and roasted vegetable dinner.I have heard great things about the breakfast tacos, so Ill definitely be back.

Friendswood grocery is great! They have the BEST breakfast tacos! They make them fresh when you order them. My family has been going a few times a week just for the tacos. The place is super clean and everyone is very friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

Picked up a few items today. They were good enough to bring it out to my car. Very accommodating. Also called me later to let me know they got in an item I had been looking for. I am so glad to have some one so near that I dont have to go in larger store as I have been in isolation for weeks. Wishing them good business. I am sure after this is all over they will do very well..

Im Hispanic so I was a bit sceptical about the store, especially the taqueria inside. I grew up going to stores like this, most very dirty and not very ethical. However they are legit and serve breakfast tacos all day (fresh) not under a heat lamp from 7am. The salsa is so so (work on it) but thats the only negative I could find. Excellent selection of foods and meats. The pork chops are fresh and cut thick. Also they have a butcher on-site to cut specific cuts as requested. Meats are also packaged in-house not bought from a prepackaged supplier. You guys should put a smoothie booth in as well with yalls fresh fruits and nutritional inserts. Friendswood Grocery is a lovely store, clean, spacious, bright, and very welcoming. The people I met there today were busy cleaning (the store is spotless) but happily made time to speak with me and help me. I had a delicious breakfast taco and was thrilled to find Community Coffee Evangeline blend!! I definitely will go back to buy some groceries ( and try other things from the little restaurant) and support a small local business that is friendly and where I felt appreciated as a customer!

I found the Big Blue soda that my boys have been begging me for. I had looked at HEB and Kroger several times and they did not have it or carried it. The store is very bright, clean and organized. The 2 employees that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. I am definitely going back.

It was very clean and the staff were nice. I went in there to try their taqueria but it was too late. I look around some thing are over price some things are normal. I bought a few things. A little of everything in there.

I arrived at 6:55am so that I could go in right at the 7am opening to grab tacos for myself and co-workers, as well as a few groceries for this evening, before the 7:30am school drop off time for my child. For the second time in two weeks, the front doors were not opened until 7:15am. The folks who run the taqueria were going to need time to open up their side, so I had to make alternate breakfast plans.We all want to see this store succeed! Please make sure someone is there BEFORE opening hours so that everyone (taqueria included) is ready for business at 7am. We understand why the change was made from 6:30am to 7am opening, but because the 7am opening makes it challenging for many folks to come through before work/school drop off, please make sure employees in the store/taqueria are ready to go at 7am!

I always forgt something when ordering groceries from Kroger or HEB and ive found this is the best spot for those supplemental groceries. right down the street and always open, never a line. Even with a crowded parking lot the store is big enough for everyone and extremely clean.

What a great little store! Its well lit and hard to miss at night—across the street from McDonalds and doors down from Shipley. Ive missed it during the day even though theres a van in the parking lot with a sign saying theyre open. Friendswood Grocery is immaculate — when I was there, the checkout counter was wiped down / sanitized between each customer. Seriously. The counter is cleaned and dried off with hardly any delay.During the day they offer Breakfast (tacos, burritos, sopes, gorditas, pancakes) and Lunch Plates, tamales, Hamburgers, Fries, Chiles Rellenos, and so much more. No seating. The staff is polite and helpful. Check this place out. Store hours are 6am-10pm
