Great staff, my moms watch had the glass cracked and the Brighton closes to us said she had to take care of it her self online! We mention it here and they said they could take care of it for her.. When we told then that we were from out of town they said they could mail it too her house for a small fee which was no problem at all!!!! Like I said great staff
I was introduced to Brighton jewelry, a few months ago. I really love their jewelry. I went into the Baybrook store I saw a ring online I wanted to purchase so I went into the store, they did not have the ring I wanted, so I purchased a different one, I noticed when I got home a few scratches on it, not really big deal I told myself, but I worn it a total of five times and it continued to show more scratch marks. I remembered the salesperson telling me about Brighton’s warranty, so today I took the ring back to the Baybrook store the exact same person that sold me the ring, took one look at it and said that’s just normal wear and tear, I looked at her and said I have only had it two weeks and worn it five times, she stuck to the wear and tear, I insisted they repair it or give me another ring. She said it would take 4-6 weeks to come back. I had expected it would have to stay at the store so I planned to look around and do some buying while I was there, this woman was so rude I will not ever spend my money in this store again.She would not put her name on the return receipt but I found it on the original receipt. Ms. Kaitlyn, you were very unprofessional to me.
I have shopped this store several times in the past. Will Not visit again. I dont know if store manager has changed but if so needs to change again. This manager is extremely rude and is taking complete advantage of closing store to her convenience. I do not live in Houston but visit quite often. I called ahead to verify inventory and associate offered to hold items for me for a few days until my visit, informed me of new store hours. I come to store during hours to find store closed due to cleaning. No employee in store. Manager walks up with shopping bags and informs me closed and to come back. I informed her I do not live locally and they had my items on hold. Had she been polite I most likely would have waited. Her very stand offish attitude guarantee I will not be back. I understand we are all dealing with difficult times but come on people Be Polite to one another. We are all in this together. Trust me I am not easily offended but she was literally not manager material.
BEST STORE EVER...GREAT IN EVERY AREA POSSIBLE...ALL THE LADIES R SO HELPFUL..BUT I DO HAVE MY FAVORITE/AND SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS...SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST...GREAT GIFTS FOR ALL THE WOMEN IN YOUR LIFE...YOUNG & OLD & ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR SHOPPING FOR YOUSELF 😁
This Brighton store has always been top notch! They have always been very helpful helping me find gifts for my wife or loved ones.
I just love their stuff.
For the month of May, between my husband and I, went spend 600.00 in this location...The manager, Susan ( I believe is her name) has to be the most unfriendly, over-bearing, negative person ever. Extremely pushy, inserts herself into every associates customer, arrogant and cold...and offers none of the amenities of the store unless you are buying something. (And we have spent plenty)...But she will make sure to proudly announce herself to every customer walking in the store that SHE is the manager....(a despicable one)
