Doesnt even deserve a star. I ordered to print online in store and never heard anything from the location. I went in a day later and they told me they dont do printing, even though I ordered it online direct to this location, and received a receipt saying it would be done by 6 pm the day before. they refuse to answer their phone number listed, Ive called 13 times in the course of 2 hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
Came 15 mins before they were supposed to close just to drop off a pre-paid package and there was an employee at the counter. However they decided to close early, pretend they did not hear me when knocking on the door, and ignored the phone which was ringing. Again they were not supposed to be closed they just chose not to serve me.
Got some “above & beyond” customer service tonight which made my life easier!
Poor Luis is the only guy working in here, trying his best... and the system takes so long and the customers keep piling up. 10 people in line. Horrible.

I don’t often leave a review but felt the need to today. I live in OR but travel across country. When my husband and I closed on a home there was a need to send the original documents not a fax or email to me. Hubby asked title company to send to this store location.Because of Hurricane Sally, I could not meet the 3:00 closing on Saturday. I also read another review stating they wouldn’t accept packages. In panic mode, I contacted Kimberly asking her to forward the letter to my next drop off location in OH.She provided excellent customer service and helped me out in this pinch. I am so grateful as she could have just said ‘no.’ That is what five star service is all about !!!! Thank you so much for taking the time with me and would totally recommend anyone else to use your services. They won’t be disappointed.

Drove to this UPS store during a storm to ship an important package to find they are closed 30 minutes early without any notice. This is not the first time something like this has happened. More than once I’ve seen a “Back in 15” sign, only to wait more that 15 minutes with no luck.
I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. They are beyond rude and not at all helpful. Take your business some where else.
This is more for their NOTARY services. The notary is never there. Don’t bother going to this location for that. I’ve gone on four separate occasions, all different times and different days and she’s never there. They need to make the guy there the notary.
Employees were not wearing masks and did not see anyone sanitize their hands.. There are some of us over 60 and/or with underlying conditions. Protect your customers - small steps to take. Have a heart.
The manager Kimberly is a joy to deal with shes knowledgeable and makes it easy to do transactions at this store!
Kimberly G. customer service was impeccable!!! I had to get my daughter some sweaters (she is away at college) Kim came to my rescue, she expedited my transaction and helped me pack her sweaters (like 20) and ensured that it would be there the next day! Kim is such an asset!!!
Went to pick up my mail today and there is a note on the door that the store is temporarily closed. Very disappointing
Kimberly ALWAYS is very friendly and goes overboard to help serve me each and every time I go into this UPS store. Because I have a very complicated situation with the virus issue, my child is special needs and the virus is super- serious for us more than most. Kimberly set it up so that I drove up and they came out with mask and gloves on to get my package from my vehicle so I didnt have to get out. They even came back out and gave me my receipt in less than 1 MINUTE!! Wow, unheard of customer service. I highly recommend her and this store.

This location deserves no stars. They are incompetent and unhelpful. Ive had 2 wine deliveries sent to them so I could pick them up. The 1st time they charged an extra $5 when they werent supposed to and lectured my husband that they should be sending the wine to my home. The problem is we both work and arent home to sign for the wine if delivered to our home. Best option for us is to pick it up! The 2nd time they REFUSED the wine from the distribution center and are having it returned to the winery before I was even notified or able to pick it up! Really??

I have a mailbox at this store. No complaints really. But I do prefer to work with KIM than anyone else there. Kim always goes the extra mile for me and my wife when we come in. She always makes sure to say HELLO and it make it worth while to do our business there.
Have time sensitive material that unfortunately has to be sent UPS. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and found the facility already closed. I could barely make it today much less tommorrow. If the business says 7:00pm it should be open till 7:00pm in my opinion.
I have filed 2 complaints with UPS Corporate, and I hope UPS does something about this store. The store manager and owner refuse to abide by UPS policies and are unpleasant to deal with. At this point I cant do business with this store anymore and may have to go with FexEx. I would be happy to update my review if this store gets its act together. Otherwise, this terrible review will remain on the list of other bad reviews this store has rightly received.
EVERYTIME I need to drop off a package they have something to complain about. EVERY TIME! It’s a running joke as to what they will complain about when we walk in. And it’s not just one employee. It’s all of them. Today they asked me to carry my package to the back of the store and put on the shelf where UPS picks up the packages from the back door. Can you believe? Guess it looked like too much effort topick up. The worst customer service! I only keep going here because 1- it’s close 2- I can’t wait to see what they will say next!
I thought the gentleman was very nice and figured I would drop two letters off since I was next door. I asked the man Before he rung up the postage How much will it be? He stated that he would not know until he processed it. I thought that was odd because they were regular .50 pieces of mail. After he rung it THEN he said they add a dollar fee to Each one! I was livid because he could have said that when I asked!! This was shady business and I will never do business with them again. If a business cannot be upfront and honest about their prices what else will they be dishonest about?
Best UPS store I have ever been
Ive used this location a few times before with no issue. This last time changed everything though. We had an issue with our tracking information for a package that was dropped off that kept showing up as not being scanned as dropped off. We called and they told us to wait through Monday than to come in on Tuesday if it still wasnt showing up. Thats what we did. It didnt show up as scanned so we went back on Tuesday to figure out what went wrong. Of course we werent happy, but we were not being rude or loud - but you could probably tell we were unhappy. Luis had customers and told us he would be with us after them, completely fine & how it should be. Kimberly walked out of the back and came over. We told her our issue and she started off with an ok tone but her tone continued to get louder and more aggressive as the short conversation went forward. Luis would continually leave his customers to chime in with an even louder and angrier tone towards us. Of course this is only going to make a customer feel attacked and frustrated. In the end they told us they could do nothing for us.How could this experience have been better? I wouldnt have walked away knowing I will never be going back to this store again if they just approached my husband and I with a normal tone & a nice attitude. Thats all they needed to do. Ive worked in customer service, Ive been yelled at by customers (which we did not do to them) - you never approach a customer like they did. This location needs a thorough training in customer service to remind them that they work in such an industry and how they should treat customers.

I would give this place NO STAR rating if there was a place to do so. Very rude and unprofessional owner and only staff member. They made a very costly mistake on an overnight package delivery and then had the nerve to blame me for not catching THEIR mistake because I made a copy of the tracking slip. The manager refused to refund my $$, even though I had been told over the phone on the Monday after the event they would refund my credit card. I told her I did not trust my CC # being shared with her and would be in when I returned home the next week. They denied the whole conversation and I was told my business with them was done. Deliveries are very important to be prompt, and this store has no concern whatsoever for your time.

Would have loved to experience their customer service but couldnt - they closed before their closing time on Saturday - was there at 323pm - closing time is supposed to be 330 but the place was locked up and deserted - nice!

The most inept, unresponsive, rude individual.......any customer satisfaction training for this person would be a waste of money!.If you are an AT&T customer DO NOT use this store to return any equipment. They will not scan the returned items as required and advertised by AT&T, give you a receipt with all the scanned information and you will have not tracking info. There is no GUARANTEE that your items will be returned and that you will not be subject to a $ 450.00 charge from AT&T. My items to be returned included 1 (one) modem, 2 (two) set-top boxes with power adapters, 2 (two) remote controls and a BELKIN BATTERY BACKUP UNIT. The individual at this store ask to to write my name, phone #, e-mail address and account number on a regular ups shipping form. She then proceeded to scribble 3 model numbers on this form and told me that this was my receipt. As this time she was ready to take all of this equipment. After some confrontation I left this very unpleasant situation and drove to the Clear Lake store on Bay Area Blvd.I went to the Clear Lake store ...and what a pleasant difference. It took less than 2 minutes and I had my printed receipt will all the pertinent info. In addition I was told that I could keep the BELKIN BATTERY BACKUP because they do not send it back to AT&T.And this got me wondering......Is that the reason that the Friendswood store will not provide you with a printed receipt showing all scanned items returned? Is there something fishy going on? Ebay sells these units anywhere fro $ 10.00 and up (not including shipping). I think someone authority needs to check into this. And for anyone possible being put into the same situation.... I WILL POST THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

Very rude and disrespectful notary. I went there to notarize a simple document and he had no clue what to do. I tried to explain what has to be done and he got mad and threw my papers back at me saying that he wont do it. Unacceptable attitude! They do not care about customers at all! Horrible service! Will not recommend to anybody! People this rude should not have jobs!!!!
A really rude and unfriendly white woman answered my phone call and was abrupt and hung up before given the chance to ask the question I had. Made a rude comment about my voice and called me slow for having the wrong number to the Post Office (someone gave me the store number for the Post Office).
