Rented a water slide. Reasonably priced for the area. They came and set it up and also took it down. Very easy. Ive purchased other party items from them these past years and theyre always friendly and helpful.

The service was great and the cashier came to help me personally to fins a few items, but there were a lot of basic things that they didnt have that would be expected of a party store. Only ended up getting one thing. Still a neat little place to visit!

This place has reasonable prices, great customer service and a great selection. Ive rented tables and chairs for home events several times as well as bouncy houses. Each time Ive been pleased with the service and quality of rentals!

This year will be the fifth year I have used this company to rent tables and chairs for an event I host at my house. Ive used them for company events as well. For whatever reason they couldnt adhere to their schedule this year.The prior four years I have arranged to have everything picked up on a Sunday; but, this year I opted for a Monday pickup by 9:30am so their drivers wouldnt have to come in on weekend. On Monday, I called at 9:35am and was told they would be at my house shortly. I called again at 9:45am and was told I would receive a return call. At 10:07am I received a return call saying they would be here in about fifteen minutes and the person who took the order did not write down a specific time. I reminded the person I was speaking with she was the one I talked to and she responded with Im sorry.I had to cancel two meetings simply because I was waiting on them. Ill take the blame for not requesting a Sunday pick up as I have in the past. And while I understand mix ups happen, business must be good with this company because the impression I received was they really didnt care.

Rented helium tanks here, when other stores failed me. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful, and also very kind. Will definitely be back when I need party supplies again!
