I needed links added to my watch and didn’t have the small screws. They were able find the specific ones needed and the watch was ready the very next day. :)

Was in the area looking for a simple battery replacement. I walked in and this place is unbelievable! Ive. Even looking for a great jeweler and this is the place. And was very surprised how inexpensive a Watch battery cost here. I went to the mall and they charge twice without good service or atmosphere! Every staff member is so professional, courteous and so pleasant to speak with! I was treated with the most absolute respect! I have really enjoyed working with this small & local jewelry company. When we support our small and local businesses we receive better customer services. Its not always about shopping with the Large Brand Companies while name dropping Its about Great Customer Services. No companies is 100% perfect. But I rather shop where the owners know my name, or I’m wealthy or not because its a commission base environment. I buy what I like and I use what I buy.

We love Luxomart. We have purchased 2 watches and a necklace. Nick is great. The quality and the service is fantastic. The selection is good. Most all major watch brands are carried. The store is clean. Any nice piece of jewelry (I believe) is better purchased in person in a store so that you can try it on and see how it looks and feels.

I stopped at Luxamart on a whim when I was helping my son look for a ring to propose, and I am so glad I did!! Unlike other stores in the area who tried to push rings on me from their inventory that were out of our budget, Doris listened to what I wanted and spent lots of time helping me search for the perfect ring. We found EXACTLY what my son wanted for a FRACTION of what the other “fancy” jewelers were asking, and with a much higher quality diamond. He and his new fiancé are so happy with the ring we bought!! Doris was great at communicating and keeping me up-to-date on the status of the special order and every detail of the process. Very classy & Upscale.They were able to do what Noone else could do. Nick is AWESOME!I have an old Fitness watch. I took it to several places for the battery to be replaced. Could not fond anyone capable of replacing it. A couple of places would not even touch it. Luxamart was able to replace it within minutes. Glad to have my watch back!FABULOUS!!!! ♡

Nick was very helpful and fixed my watch quickly without an appointment. They have a great selection of watches, rings, and other jewelry. Really nice people and great service.

$100 plus for a battery and had to wait more than 2 weeks. After repeated visits to pick up my watch, they promised to deliver it at no charge. That didn’t happen. They don’t do repairs on site. I can not recommend this place for watches-never again will I go back

I called ahead, and was welcomed immediately. I walked inside, and mark greeted me with a warm welcome. He replaced my watch battery in 8 minutes, and for only 25$ for a swiss military watch. Mark also added a link to my tag heuer in a minute. Awesome place and they are not looking to take advantage of anyone.

Quick Story:I originally found this business on Google Maps because I needed to add 3 original links to my Rolex, which I still had. They did a great job for a great price within a day. Okay... so 5 stars there.Then my father tells me that his Patek Philippe stopped working. He took it to the jeweler he has been with for over 30 years and they told him it would be at least a month & a half, they had to send it to Switzerland to repair and min of $3,200 to repair.Long story short, I took the Patek Philippe to Luxamart Jewelry Exchange, they got back to me within 24 hours, they found the part needed, it stayed within the states, it was repaired in 5 days and my fathers watch is like new again for a FRACTION of the cost originally quoted by our family jeweler.They cleaned it, buffed it to a like new golden shine and it looked like it did when my mother gave it to may dad in 1986.If there were a 10 star option I would give it to them.
