Staff were friendly. They had the product I needed and were helpful finding it for me.

I was at the store to purchase the scrapbooking items. A lot of items ran out, and the walkways were piled up with items that didnt seem very organized and blocked the walkable space. As a result, I felt congested and claustrophobic while in the store. Products were not placed at the right racks, causing the products were wrongly priced. The price has no comparison with the Amazons pricing. I am giving the stars simply based on my shopping experience.

It is easy to stay in Michaels for a while, but is also just as easy to get in and out if you know what you are looking for. Every visit everything I need is always in stock. Definitely recommend this Michaels location.

This Michael’s has a wide variety of specialized art supplies. Excellent place for anyone wanting to draw and put their artistic creations on paper or canvas.

Great store, stuff was greatly helpful, store was clean, went for a 48x24 canvas, and they did have different profile size options for it, which was awesome! They were sold out of some July 4th items but in general great store with amazingly friendly stuff.

I wish I could give this location 5 stars but if I’m standing there with my hand out awaiting my receipt and you place it on the counter gets 0 stars from me! Just know I had her place it in my bag! Too young to be so disrespectful and with so much hatred in your heart! You haven’t actually lived yet, but keep on living little girl!

Went in for some yarn and lucky for me, everything was on sale!

The store was a bit bare, I wish there cheaper options on the faux plants as well. No need to spend $8 on a single faux succulent.

Good prices, especially when combined with coupons and membership, and great selection for any crafting project you can imagine. The only thing missing is a wider variety of fabrics.

This was our first time at this location and it was a pretty decent store. We needed materials to create a shirt for our 6 year old daughters 120 Days of School - shirt, beads, stickers, bling, etc. While both of our daughters liked the store and found some fun stuff, it did not have as great a variety as some other locations we have visited. However, perhaps the pandemic plays a part, the store was fairly quiet while we were there. The girls also love to draw, so we did find some pretty good paint and art pads for them that will hopefully last a while... they can burn through an average paid in a week or two.We will definitely visit this location again and I will update this review/rating, accordingly.

The food was absolutely amazing!! Best Lobster Bisque I have ever had and I drive for a living all over the US.The manager was the BEST!! I was there because my truck needed worked on and she was so polite and told me the story of how the place came to Colorado.The food, lord... So good and that sampler is an EPIC IDEA!!!Thank you for making me feel like I was home when I was soooo far away from Texas!

Could have rated as a 5 star BUT 2 customers walking around without masks at all!!! No one enforcing the requirement. No one said anything to them. Then why have a sign saying its required?! As a Diabetic, it didnt make me feel safe.

This location can get busy VERY quickly. If you’re coming for holidays I’d suggest early weekday mornings when they first open. The closer you get to Christmas know there will be a wait of some kind regardless of what time you come. Apparently we Texans are serious about our holiday decor :).The staff is kind and patient with customers which is nice to see. Great assortment of goodies too. I do wish it was a bit bigger. With COVID and masks now, it’s difficult to socially distance in a store with short aisles that are quite small. All in all great selection and prime location.

This is your typical Michaels store. Nothing special about it. They had all of the materials I needed for my art project. I will be back.

I will never shop at this location again after the associate talked to me and my girl friend the way she did tonight. We were looking for paint which had limited stock so we were checking the bins down below as we always have to see it maybe our paint hadn’t been restocked on the shelf. Then an associate came up an older lady, blonde hair and in a ponytail and said “May I help you find something?” to which we replied “No thank you” then she replied “No when I ask that that means stop going through the bins okay? Okay.” Which we respectfully told her her that is no way to be speaking to a customer we dropped the paint we were going to buy back on the shelf and left. To have an associate talk to 2 customers that way was utterly disrespectful and unlike the motto of Michael’s and the most disrespectful tone and action by an employee I’ve ever encountered; and I work in Customer Service. I will not recommend anyone of my friends or family to ever shop at this Michael’s location if that’s how the employees treat their customers.

This place was pretty good but I was surprised going in and looking for an employee in the back for the framing dept and no one around. Looking in every isle not seeing anyone then walking to the three cashiers asking for help in framing & explaining that there wasnt anyone back there. One of the employees helped me look for the employee that works in that area it took a bit of patience on my part but it was worth it. The two employees had been extremely helpful & made my visit worth it and I would go back.

Our first time going to Michaels. Our 9 year old daughter is big into painting right now, so she went to pick up a good water color set. We had no idea what to pick because we havent ever used anything beyond crayola lol. Max (an amazing employee) went above, and beyond to help us. He went to art school which helps people like us out so much. It was really great to have to have a knowledgeable, and nice person to help us out. 100% would recommend this Michaels. Will go back again.

I went to get a small terra cotta pot and a Halloween wreath. I could only find the pot.😪

Good for Halloween items and other fun kids crafts. customer service is pretty good. Fast moving billing lanes. They have kids craft days for nominal price and of course kids enjoyed making crafts. Exploring this store seems to always give creative ideas, especially for party decorations involving themes. Deals involving Photo frames are good.

Im giving them 3 stars simply because it was impossible to get around the store. The aisles are so narrow that you cant avoid bumping into other people. Also, the selection was lacking. They didnt have all of the iron on letters we needed.

Typical Michaels. Unlike the 121 Plano location, this one is usually a bit cleaner and has more in stock as they dont have as much traffic. This store is relatively new so its still nice and pretty looking. Plenty of selection of arts and crafts items as well as floral, frames, and baking. Please like my review if you found it helpful.

This store is a good store. It kept pretty good stock of each items and the variety. Some things look like it got wiped out especially if it had the sale on it, but I expected that. The custom service here is good too. Overall my experience was good and I will be definitely returning.

Waited for quite a while for my curbside pickup along with another vehicle. Otherwise, order was filled in a timely manner and in great condition.

The gentleman that helped us in the frame Department was smart, Savvy, extremely helpful, however we decided not to get my picture framed through Aarons brothers or Michaels... Simply put, the cost was way too high, even after all the savings and discounts were applied. While I wont be professionally done or custom framed, I am going to have to say that for the $650 price tag, Id much rather buy a $50 frame that is close enough and call it a day.

Good size store. Nearly every thing was on sale so couldnt use my 40% off a regular price item. I will be back for more inspiration.

I love Michaels I always go there to buy craft and home decor for my house. When I went there they had a little scavenger hunt for the little kids and they got to win a little prize. They also have art classes for your children, and I went there once and it was great. I would recommend this if you love art and like making your own projects for your house.

Michaels has always been a go-to for crafts, but I was particularly happy this past time we went because they put all of the Christmas stuff on sale just before Christmas! This allowed us to get wrapping paper, cookie cutters, and all sorts of other last-minute stuff at, well, the last minute. Other than that, the store is well organized, and you can find just about everything for crafts, flower arrangements, art, and baking.

Michaels is a fabulous store that, once you go in, you will loose yourself in. For anyone that is even slightly crafty this shop is like Crafty Heaven. Staff there is always willing to help and very knowledgeable about their products. You really feel welcome here!

Employees were insanely unhelpful. They knew nothing about online pick up. It was very frustrating. Almost everything online isnt in the store either.Everyone was nice though.

Good store. Crappy store management. Ask for the framer Catherine though. Shes amazing and doesnt take shortcuts like the framing manager who was an arrogant a-hole.

I enjoy Michaels and love the product selection. They have all five registers going because of the sales. The line was not too long of a wait. The teacher discount is so helpful to be able to get things for the classroom-especially the storage!

Dont bother with in-store pickup. Completely pointless.Order placed at 3pm (same day pickup if ordered by 5pm) got an email at 10:50pm, 10 minutes before close that my order was ready but they didnt have the number of items I requested left, I needed 4 and picked this store out of my way because they had 4 in stock when I ordered. They only had 2 left by the time someone went and filled the order... 8 hours later.I then went in the next morning at 10am after speaking to the manager that night who told me look, well cancel your order and give you 70% off the two if you come in and pick them up in the morning, theyll be at the front behind the register (Id already had a 40% coupon)So after standing in line for 15 minutes, I explained the situation and was told oh, it was put here last night? Well it would have been put back on the floor by now... You can go see if its still there I guessWhen I went back to find them, they were there... So I took then back up and asked for the 70% off again, where I was told oh hey look, we found it, it was here, oh.... I guess we had 4, oh wellI cant even begin to explain the pointlessness, ineptitude and frustrated involved with this entire 24 hour purchase. Dont bother using in store pickup AT ALL but especially as theyre promoting it, as a safe way to get everything you need and want for Christmas without having to rush to get to the store before it sells out.

Honestly not that impressed. I worked for one quite some time ago, and if my store looked like this, I would have been in some serious trouble. However, I know that they cut hours like mad!... Shelves are empty and restock bins and overstocks are packed full. there was some Halloween stuff I was looking for, and saw the bins in Halloween were full of seasonal items, but did not want to dig to find... Couldnt find anyone to help except the one cashier, and they were busy.

Corporate needs to take a look at the space and size of the aisles. Its always crowded. as for the staff, some of them are delightful, and others are dismissive. but i cannot be picky or judge them for that. i can only imagine what they go through. in the few times ive come, ive witnessed many things.ive seen teens literally chase each other in this store. i saw a woman drop a bunch of pens and not pick it up... ive seen a woman yell at a cashier for supposedly miscounting the amount of fake branches (im sure to decorate her million dollar house, pulling money from her thousand dollar purse), then the cashier counted it back to her, correcting the rude customer in a respectful manner. of course, in the most entitled town of texas, these customers im sure come in often.I guess what im trying to say is that the customers make the experience bad, and thats not the workers fault.

We bought a present from here for my niece for Christmas. When she opened it, the box was empty. We went back to Michaels today, and Jason (not sure if he is a manager or not, if not, he needs to be) helped us out. He refunded our money and gave us a new one at a discounted rate. Jason went way above what we expected and won us over as customers for life!

I have been to this location and and the location in plano and this store is much bigger and more organized in my opinion. Its a lot to take in walking into this store for arts and crafts because they have soooooo much to choose from. It would be almost impossible to walk out of this store without a cart full of stuff if youre really into crafting. I love this store and when they have sales theyre awesome sales.!!
