BEWARE! I would never use or recommend Service King who started but rudely refused to finish repairing my wifes car. COMPLETE STORY: My wifes car was rear-ended. The insurance carried by the person who hit her car recommended Service King as their Select Service body shop. The damage included the body surrounding the rear window, the entire trunk area and rear bumper. When Service King contacted me to indicate the repair was complete, the office personnel gave me the key and had me walk outside to the east end of their building to find the car on my own. I noticed they replaced the rear bumper but saw that, apparently, no attempt had been made to repair the body surrounding the rear window or the trunk area, which both were in the same wrecked condition as when they received the vehicle, and was clearly documented in the repair estimates. I thought they inadvertently hadnt yet finished the repair and spoke with the Service King manager. The manager rudely expressed they would not pursue further repairs. Besides disassembling the entire trunk interior and leaving it in the trunk, all they had accomplished was to replace the rear bumper. I called a Service King upper management person at their headquarters and they were even more impolite than their Frisco branch manager and indicated they would do nothing more. The claims adjuster didnt seem surprised and another body shop finished repairing the car. Lesson learned: never use Service King.

His customer service skills are second to none!!!If I have any fender benders in the future, I know exactly where Im going!!!.

I wanted to give Service King of Frisco a good review, but I cant. My car was getting body repair work. #1: They changed the date I was to pick-up my car 3 times, making it very difficult to schedule my rental car. #2: They blew the estimate of my repair work by 67%. Was supposed to be $6K, but cost over $10K. This was after their estimator bragged that it would be 90% accurate. #3: After paying these guys over $10,000 for my repair, I realize a few days later that they stole my sunglasses case full of change from my console. Really?! If you needed $2, I wouldve gladly given it to you, but you rummaged thru my console and stole my pocket change after I paid you $10,000.On the positive side, their not-so-accurate estimator was friendly and admitted he blew the estimate. The curbside process was relatively easy, too, and the repairs look good.UPDATE: I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars since the general manager called me. He admitted they should’ve given me an itemized receipt explaining the big cost variance, which they’ve since done, and he explained how COVID has impacted their supply chain of parts. I still think they need to “under promise and over deliver” on the completion times, especially with the knowledge that the supply chain is unpredictable right now. Also, the Frisco location is merely a drop-off location right now, so all vehicles left there are repaired at their Colony location. They need to better communicate to their clients that that adds an extra day to the completion time since they have to tow your vehicle back to Frisco, unless you want to pick it up in the Colony. I’m still disappointed, but I added back one star since some of the delays were out of their hands.

These guys and girls are great!Our vehicle got sent here after another location (S McKinney) butchered it.I know if I ever use Service King again this will be the location I use even though it’s further away than about 4 others.Staff was nice, understanding, responsive and actually seemed to care about their customers.Other locations should model what they do after this one.
I had a small reck, and yet they couldnt fix it right, so I ended up taking to another car repair place. Highly recommended Honda Lincoln in plano.If you do go here, be sure to read your paperwork, after repairs. Several things they said they fixed, still had original Honda parts. I will say the only thing good about this place was they did have good customer service and returned my calls quickly

I took my car in for an Estimate. A girl helped me. She directed me to park my car in a Handicapped spot. I said ‘That is illegal ‘and she answered ‘ Not here’. I was kinda shocked and said ‘NO’. Then she showed me another spot to park it.I showed her where the damage was on my car and she wrote everything down. She said it would be emailed to me shortly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!I will NEVER recommend this location. The customer service was as bad as it could be. They lied to me the entire time. Promised the car to be ready one day and when the day came, the car wasnt ready until 4 days later. They never returned my calls to give me an update on the car. After the car was ready nobody reviewed the job with me. In the next following days, I had to stop by 3 more times because I kept finding wrong things with my car. They finally fixed them but thats not the quality service I was expecting. I never had such a POOR customer services before. Take your car to a different Collision Center where the people will respect you as a customer!
My car looks amazing, Sid was my advisor and he kept me informed through all the process. Walked me through what they did with my vehicle. Very outstanding staff of people working there. There were wonderful.

Had my wifes car fixed here last year. These guys are straight forward and transparent. They are completely upfront about cost and time frame. I know they probably pad the expected completion time a little but my wifes car was completed a week ahead of schedule. Should anything happen in future I will be taking my car here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Picked up my car and not even 5 minutes down the road, my car starts smoking. They then tow the car back to their shop and then take my car to the Land Rover dealership. They give me a rental car from service king since I already turned mine in. After further evaluation, I was told that it was not going to be covered by my insurance since it wasn’t wreck related and then a month later I get a charge for the rental car that I was told was taken care of BY SERVICE KING. spoke to Brian, the manager and was told he was going to speak to his supervisor. It’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard back about getting reimbursed for the rental car. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Came here to have an issue with my door fixed. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were very courteous in handling the issue, and extraordinarily prompt in fixing it. Id give more stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.

Just needed someone to give me an honest assessment on a minor vehicle repair. Apparently everyone wanted to leave early. I watched as the employees one by one cut the clock and left early. Makes you wonder if they cut corners on their work too. Most shops are usually eager to earn your business. Moving on.
I picked my hail damaged car up today from Service King and was really impressed with the work they did to bring it back to new. Brandon was my service advisor and made the entire experience pain free. The communications and updates while the car was there exceeded my expectations and I will definitely do business with them again should the need arise.
Excellent to work with, took care of me even when my insurance company over booked me with them. Turnaround and quality was fantastic; Jack Dinsmore was my Service Advisor who provided exceptional service and cared about my position as a client. I highly recommend them and would use them again. My vehicle was a Lexus and I can honestly say I have the same level of trust as I would taking my car to a Lexus Dealership if not more.
I was surprised... my insurance company gave me this location as one of the options available for repair and I came here due to its convenient location. Although I brought my car in right after the ice storm of December 2013--when the place was overflowing with damaged cars--the service advisor met with me right away, performed an estimate on the spot, arranged for a rental car, and took my keys. I was out the door in a rental within 45 minutes. The repair itself took three days and was perfect, and my car has a three-layer paint (similar to candy-apple) that is notoriously difficult to get right.
Lousy customer service from the moment I opened the door. Came here as a referral from Frisco paint and body. Walked in to ask for someone to look at my quarter panel for an estimate for some damage and painting.And the girl with glasses just turned me away because I wasnt involved in a major wreck. Like What The F##K?Guess this Frisco business could care less about Frisco residents, local referrals, or repeat customers. No recommendation for this location.Sorry

I hit a gas meter in an alley. Service King is one of the shops used by USAA and they had good reviews, so I decided to go with them. I dropped of my truck and was told to expect it to be done about a week and a half later (dropped off on a Wednesday, told itd be ready on the following Friday). I had a small ding from another incident that I asked if theyd be willing to take care of and I was told they would. I got a call from Ryan on Thursday of the next week saying that my truck was done. Not only was it finished a day early, it looked like brand new. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my truck. Awesome work. Ill definitely use them again if I ever need any work done.
The personal are great, went in for a quote on my F-150 drivers side mirror. He had me purchase the mirror from Ford and bring it to him and he would put it on. It took him less then 15 minutes to put it on.
I would never recommend this servide king location to anyone ever. Poorest of the service at this center. They lack customer empathy and any business without that will never succeed. I went there after a bad collision and spent an hour there, all they had to do was send me back the estimate. Its been 9 days and 7 phone calls no estimate yet. Everytime you check with them they have one reason to say, they forgot about it. Never ever go to this place and i will never trust these irresponsible people with my car.

First visit to get an estimate only. I called the company service and made an appointment as recommended by AAA insurance agent. Arrived on time waited just a few minutes and then had car reviewed. Agent took several photos and uploaded to computer. Waiting on the estimate now.

Took my car few months ago. Satisfied with their service. Took longer than estimated time though.
We went in for a quote and were very specific about what we desired. Dropped off the car. Not all of the tasks were completed and it took five days more than what we were told. They charged me $25 for a car wash on my receipt, but apologized as we got into the car for not taking the time to have it washed before we were there to pick it up. Three days later two of the tasks they performed broke. We had to leave the car on the side of the road all night long and return the next day to pick it up.
Cant say enough! I got hit and my panel was out of joint. Service King could have told my anything-cars are not an area of expertise. Jack hit the panel of my car twice and it slipped back into place-the end. I dropped my claim, didnt have to pay deductible, etc. Honest, helpful, and kind! Will go back for all of my auto needs! When i was there in your shop. I was give all reasons not to fix what i saw was imperfect work. After i came home when i opened my truck what i saw was a shock to me. You guys have ZERO quality control on the work you perform. Who ever worked on my CRV should be fired right away. He was so lazy not to put back interiors in proper fashion. Instead he broke internal plastic parts which holds to chassis and did not care to get it replaced. Very poor quality of work. To all other people who are reading this review or who has got hail damaged work done here, go again and check your interiors.

AUG 19th, 2018. Day 8: They are wearing off my patience. I had quicker service at Service Kings in The Colony, but Frisco not so much. Everyone at the help desk seems pleasant & helpful, but they are not good about feedback, specifically the technicians on the status of my car. Ive called multiple times to check the status of my car and they keep telling me its almost ready. Define almost. Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? They fail to communicate clearly & seriously wearing off my patience. If you bring your car here, hopefully they will do a better job in communicating.Day 12: So my car repair took about 12 days or so, a little longer than their serveral estimated dates that they gave me. Im finally picking up my car. ....wait nevermind. Day 13 & 14: There is an issue, they cant start my car because of a fuse. Repairs still need to be made. Seriously their intentions are good, good people like General Manager Tim Ward, but their Technician Sal Reyes can do better at customer service. Instead of talking over me & defending himself, maybe listening. Im always calling to check my car bc they dont bother to let me know what is happening. Im worn out & I dont care anymore. I just want my car back.Day 16, Aug 24th. Finally picked up my car. Their office member Andrew was surprised it was there that long too. Go figure. They didnt even fix what needed fixing. Then they mentioned I could leave it again. Hell no! -So you can do nothing??!... Im so exhausted Im relieved its just over.I do not recommend this place to anyone. Seriously save yourself. Go to Calibur collusion....thats where I should have gone.

UPDATE (10/23) AT THE BOTTOM***LAST UPDATE AT BOTTOM***Service King gets 3 stars for adequately repairing the vehicle and ensuring there was a good paint match. I was very impressed with the attention to detail regarding re-installation and functionality of the replacement parts. I would also like to add that the repairs were consistent with their estimated time. They lose points however for scheduling me for a drop off mid-day on a Friday and telling me that they could accept my vehicle only if I was ok with it not being parked on their property as they had too many cars. When dealing with a collision/claim, the last thing anyone needs is the inability to follow through with an appointment and to further impede the repair process by having to reschedule the drop off date/time. While it was not pleasant, Andrew did have a great customer focused attitude and personality, which helped. I dont know who is more to blame, Service King of Frisco or their call center. Your mileage may vary.People that really care about your cars clear coat, or people that have had their car professionally detailed, please continue reading:My issue is regarding the Service part of Service King.They deliberately and knowingly ignored a verbal and physical note to not wash or touch any panel not impacted by the collision of which they were repairing.I took my vehicle here because it was rated very highly, and I admittedly care too much about my clear coat and my cars in general.Anyone out there who has made a significant investment in a Griots Garage 6 random orbital buffer, Megs M105/205, and numerous Cutting/Polishing/Finishing pads knows how long and rewarding it is to really make your cars clear coat pop.Now, these guys go and deliberately ignore my verbal communication during drop off as well as an 8.5x11 note that I taped right on the interior console saying Hello, please do not touch or wash any panel not associated with the repair process, thank you.Long story short, there are plenty of love marks that will now require a significant physical, monetary and time investment to repair. This includes typical hairline scratches and general swirl marks. This is indicative of poor washing technique and really this would not have been an issue at all if they at least acknowledged what I thought was a simple, reasonable request.In Summary:I care too much, this will most likely not be an issue for anyone that isnt overly OCD about their vehicles, but for those that really care about your cars appearance post collision? Go elsewhere.***UPDATE (10/23)Well, after further post repair scrutiny, it would appear the color match is a 85% color match. From 1ft away in the light, it looks 100%, from 5ft away and beyond, it is noticeable that the body panel and paint are not OEM. I was also able to identify a 15x1 smearing of overspray on the back right door (one not involved in the repair/painting process). Lastly, the orange peel on the panels replaced and painted was very apparent. For those that arent familiar, orange peel is when the paint has a dimple/ripple effects, similar to the outside of an orange.With these concerns, I went back to Service King. Today we had an appointment with Andrew again to figure out where to go from here.Andrew, once again, was absolutely excellent to work with. He listened to mine and my wifes concerns. He acknowledged there was a misunderstanding to begin with and should have followed our note to not wash the vehicle. He has also scheduled another appointment to remedy the issues this week (timely!) as well as provide us with a rental during this second time around fixing the car.I will update this review after the second correction/repair.***Final update- they had the vehicle for almost a month testing and repainting the bumper for a paint match. They provided a rental. In the end the paint is close enough and there were some new scratches and significant overspray. They did offer to pay for supplies that I could use to fix the paint/scratches/overspray.
