I intentionally traveled to Frisco when I was on the market for a new Range Rover due to their inventory volume and great reviews. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Juan Rivas, the salesman, and it was a smooth ride from there. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. I spent a couple of hours test driving vehicles, weighing out options, and asking numerous questions. Juan was honest, patient, flexible, and really paid attention to my needs. The service provider who assisted me, Michael (with the cool legit beard) I didnt get his last name though, provided assistance that was beyond awesome. This was my very first visit to the dealership and he made me feel like a valued customer, like I belonged and was in the right place. He took care of my car and informed me of things I would need to do to help me properly maintain my car. Above all, he has great communication and a wonderful personality. Because of the way I was taken care of at this dealership for my very first visit, I will definitely be back and trust them to take care of my car going forward.

The technician who worked on my car made some scratches and a little noticeable dent to my front bumper. I don’t think he did it on purpose, but the experience overall at this dealership and the service center is awful. The service specialist Rick told me to call his service manager regards to the incident, and give me an invalid phone number, after I told him the number is not working, he give me another number that transfers me automatically to the voice mail. Bad experience here and bad service. Take your baby elsewhere for service unless you’re under warranty, please check your car before you leave the dealership after service, make sure no surprises are found.————******************——————Very bad customer service at the service department!!!!!!!!!’nnnI bought my Velar only 30 days ago at the Land Rover dealership in Dallas. The car started to having issues with the auto on/off after only a few days, so I took the car to service in the Dallas location on 8/6 since the car is still under warranty. Due to the high demand of loaner, they won’t have any available until mid- September, but I need a vehicle to commute to work. They suggested me to go to Land Rover Frisco, where I can probably be scheduled quicker for both service and a loaner. So I called Land Rover Frisco on 8/6, they said they could schedule me for service on the following Monday, 8/9, awesome, but when I ask about loaner, they told me that I have to wait if I need a loaner when I take my car in for service, I expected, so I ask them when would be the earliest, they said 8/24. Awesome, so I scheduled my appointment.However, when I called in today to check my appointment as the issue starts to happening more often, the lady at the service department told me there will be no loaner for me on 8/24 because nothing shows on their system. The solution the lady give me is: they can’t do anything, they can’t help me, if I need a loaner, keep on waiting until 9/8 the earliest, obviously no one wants to hear complaints, she then quickly transferred my call to the service manager Jason when I’m not even finished talking. It’s just another dead end when I tried to contact the service manager for several times, no one answers.No one likes to hear complaints, I don’t like it as much as you do. Everyone makes mistakes too, I make as much mistakes as you do too. But when you make mistakes and caused trouble to other people, especially your clients, apologize and find another solution to make it up or resolve it. Obviously Land Rover Frisco can’t not agree with me on this basic common sense in customer service.When you buy a car like Range Rover, customer don’t just buy the car, they are expecting the same level of customer service that could line up with their brands.Take your Range Rover elsewhere for service, don’t recommend this dealership at all!!!!!

Anthony Carvalho is very professional salesperson that assisted me with my recent purchase of a CPO 2020 Jaguar E Pace. Anthony was in close communication with me prior to my coming to the dealership and kept me informed on the status of the car. It had actually sold, then the deal fell through and he let me know right away. The dealership has great private garages where they keep a vehicle when you want to look at it prior to test driving, which I really enjoyed. After looking at the car and test driving it, then Anthony was able to assist me with my trade-in, financing and all paperwork within a short period of time. He also did a walk through and demonstration of the vehicle in the private garage prior to me leaving the dealership, which was very helpful. Great guy - highly recommend.

I have shopped for vehicles for over 40 years and I have never experienced reps so pleasant and efficient as Juan. He was not pushy but straight to the point. Asked me want I would like and adhered to that.I selected a vehicle, went for a test drive,Then went back for him to work out a plan that worked for me not his pocket.Once the financial end was completed, I was then introduced to Kia who made the finalized paper process seem as pleasant and quick as buying an outfit in Macy. This process from the time my husband and I roamed the parking lot to signing was approximately 4 hours.If you are in the market for a new/used vehicleAnd you dont want to spend all day shopping but prefer the personal touch instead of a selection from a vending machine, stop by this dealership and ask for Juan.

Would NOT recommend taking car for service. They dont tell you for services they are going to perform when you go in for routine maintenance and then hit you with a charge of nearly $900 for recommended maintenance. This is bad business. Their service department should have more integrity and disclose ALL CHARGES upfront to customers. I will not be returning for service or to buy more vehicles.

Very awesome experience. After receiving a bad service experience with Mark at Landrover DFW, I received the most awesome service from Kevin and sales manager, Marcus, at this Frisco location. Kevin was able to come to my home and have the paperwork completed, they customized the vehicle perfectly to my liking and then delivered the vehicle to my home. Upon delivery, the technician went through the vehicle from front to back showing me how to operate all the functionalities. They also only pulled my credit once from the actual lender that financed the vehicle. Hands down, the most awesome car buying experience I ever had!

I flagged Leonard down and remember asking a million questions about the custom paint job and buying vs. leasing a new truck! My experience with Mark Gonzaba was outstanding! I’d contacted him nearly 3 years ago to discuss a new Velar purchase. I was extremely upside down on my trade in vehicle, so it wasn’t the right time. Fast forward, I’d been in contact with him since February as I began considering purchasing or ordering a Discovery for the end of this year. Although I wasn’t ready to buy, he was still prompt in answering my questions. That’s more than I can say, as most dealerships ask you to return when ready to purchase. A week or so ago, I saw a beautiful Discovery on the lot. As of then, I still had nearly 6 months left on my BMW lease, but my deal worked out! Mark was incredibly patient with me, as I changed my mind a couple of times. I appreciate that he didn’t treat me like I was wasting his time or energy. At delivery, Mark reviewed all the vehicle functions and didn’t rush or act he had somewhere else to be. Most dealers ask you to sign that they’ve checked off the delivery list without actually showing anything about the car. He was also very accommodating to my best friend, which was awesome and made a fantastic impression. He’s looking to purchase a vehicle in the next 2-3 months as well. Mark is professional, kind, and was very straightforward.The transaction was lightning fast and I was on my way very quickly. I had no buyers remorse as I left my 18’ X5 in the rear view mirror.

I brought my Range Rover to Land Rover of Frisco to have a couple of minor issues checked out. The vehicle was dropped off as I was heading out town. The service specialist, Mr Ross Linden, kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and what the mechanics found and was repairing. I returned to Dallas for work and the team here has my vehicle ready and in perfect order by the time I arrived after finishing with my customer. I got a 2021 Jag today and Jacob Anderson was my sales person. Thats actually a little misleading - My background is sales and I now recruit top b2b sales people in the country for a Fortune 500 co. I never felt like I was talking to a car sales person . He just wanted to talk to me like a normal person - whats important to me, what are my goals and can we work it out if best for all of us. Amazing. Highly recommend - my next car is coming from there and him also!

I went to the showroom today to check out their Range Rover models and they had great inventory. The receptionist and all of the other staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I would highly recommend to visit this showroom if interested in purchasing a Land Rover - it is one of the best dealerships I’ve visited in the DFW area.
