Great place to buy a grill. I was recommended by my neighbor who had a great experience, and bought a grill beforehand. Spent a few hours with Keith going over several designs. He was extremely patient and helped us settle on a great unit.

So I have to rave about the awesome customer service I received on September 21, 2021. Back in February of this year I purchased outdoor kitchen equipment from Paradise Grill that was not installed by our contractor until late August due to a pool installation that had our outdoor space in disarray for over 6 months. When our project was finally done which was late August, we were ready to use our amazing grill, the model GS-32B. The grill has the ability to operate with either natural gas or propane. For weeks we had issues with the grills gas pressure and we were unable to use it. I first called our utilities company thinking the issue was the gas pressure from the main meter and was told that it was not the issue and that it was the equipment. To make matters worse, CoServ red tagged the equipment as a hazard. I reached out to Paradise Grill warranty customer service and they were unable to find my purchase and could not help me. My last option was to call the actual store where I made the purchase to see if they could help me. I spoke to this wonderful young man by the name of Shaun who was able to identify the problem based on what I told him over the phone. Shaun did even better and he offer to come to my house to fix the issue immediately. Once he got to my house he identified the issue but had to drive back his store to get the proper tools to fix the issue and come back which the round trip travel was 30 mins each way. His customer was outstanding and not only did he fix the issue, he also sent me a how to video explaining everything and tips on how to properly operate my grill.Thank you so much Shaun for being apart of our outdoor experience. Because of his outstanding service we are now loyal customers of Paradise Grill.

Bought a grill with island through this store recently; expected 6-8 weeks for fabrication and delivery - received in half the time! Few issues upon delivery, but new store manager Jesse stepped in and handled like a pro! Really appreciate his help. Great product so far - much appreciated Paradise!

Updated Review: They came to fix our grill. They acknowledged there was an issue. They took apart the grill and said they would come back the next day. It is now a week and our grill has no parts and not working. BUYER be warned that the product might look good in the showroom but they dont seem to care what happens once you receive it.I would love to say that I loved Paradise Grills but it’s been one issue after another. First, when they came to deliver it, it wasn’t a nice finish as in the showroom. They said they would be fixing it on the spot. Tiles were broken, holes weren’t drilled for the led lights, the fridge was scratched up, the holes for the sound system was non existent, the access doors were missing. The delivery people that were fixing the tiles dropped black grout on our stamped concrete. Customer service was nice and said they would send someone to fix everything. They were nice and offered us free items for our inconvenience. Someone did come and fix the issues. I then had the original delivery person call me and threaten me and ask why I complained about them. Customer service was nice about it. Then a month later when we tried to use the grill, the starter wasn’t working. They fixed that. Now we have issues where it takes forever to heat up and the knobs get super hot when the grill is on. We’ve called customer service and we’ve heard nothing. It’s been only 8 months since we’ve had the grill and I wish I never purchased it. I had my old grill for 5 years and never had an issue. This has been one thing after another. Maybe I got a lemon but I wish it would be taken care of.

Ive been to a few locations and this is one of the biggest showrooms Ive been in so far. I actually own one of their outdoor Kitchens and love it. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Before you go with a contractor make sure to check these guys out.

Outstanding products and service. Jesse Ramirez went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with the equipment. Hes extremely customer service oriented. A consumate professional, hes a tremendous asset to the company.

Moving to 1 star (from 5). Have delivered multiple counter tops as each and every one that have been delivered have been cracked in some fashion. I had 5 stars originally, and put up with this as in past this co would respond. However this has changed. Pics and emails into corporate. It has now been over 2 weeks and we have not heard anything back. This stuff is by far NOT cheap in price, service outside of show room (which SHOW ROOM is exceptional) is terrible at the corporate level. To the point where upper mgmt said they would personally inspect our counter at manufacturing level before delivery. Then it was delivered, cracked (!!!) and we have not heard from upper mgmt since we sent pics. in fact, still waiting too hear back. Happy to update my rating if this company can deliver. I paid in full, I expect what I paid for. Not a crazy ask, apparently it is however. Just want what I paid for, Id be happy w/ this.

I recently went into this store location looking for something for an anniversary gift for my parents. I had no previous knowledge of outdoor kitchens, but the manager, Ryan helped me out a TON. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to ask about what I thought my parents would like and NEED. Ryan wasn’t a pushy sales guy like I’ve gotten at other places. I am thinking about going with the GX-8 outdoor kitchen for my parents, but still have some time to decide on what model. I recommend this place for newbies for sure!!

Had a fantastic experience with Ryan Jackson. He is very knowledgable, helpful and patient and is wholly focused on what is best for the customer. I would certainly recommend anyone to shop them first and shop them last!!So - am now updating this above review. The sales process was indeed great and I only have good things to say about Ryan. However, Paradise delivery is a whole other story. I have now been waiting for 8 weeks for my appliances and have had to postpone my kitchen build out twice due to the appliances not being available. The sales team dont seem either willing or able to provide any reasonable update on when the appliances will arrive and calls / e-mails to the delivery center remain unanswered.I am still holding out hope that my kitchen will be complete prior to this Spring (it really should have been done already).My only complain on the sales team is that they have not really been overly proactive on chasing down my delivery schedule. I certainly expect some form of compensation for the trouble and inconvenience - and will report back how it goes. Till then, I would recommend a bit of buyer beware - or at least be prepared for a very unpredictable and totally non-communicative delivery schedule.

I’m currently building a new home and I ordered several products from this location to be delivered when my home was finished. The employee that sold me the products has since left the company and my order had no one following it. I contacted Sean Kuruc and explained the history of the order. Luckily, Sean is an excellent employee for Paradise and he bent over backwards to assist and get things back on track. My order will now be delivered prior to the completion of my home. We also have a second home in Florida and have Paradise appliances there which we enjoy.
