Tony is great. He came over to my house and assembled a bike I bought in about an hour for a very reasonable price compared to bike shops in the area with a much better time frame. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. I would call Tony for anything biking related from now on.

I bought a 3-wheel bike & called Tony to make some adjustments. Tony was able to come a day early. He took time to learn my bike while educating me on the mechanics. When I took it for a ride & fell off, he didn’t laugh & then thought me how to balance & ride.

Called on 4/5 to get a quote on repair. Owner told me to text pictures, which I did same day. Its been nearly a month, and I cannot get a straight answer from him. He told me to order a part, but the directions were so vague I couldnt find the right one. Ive texted 10 times over the past month and still cant get an answer. Most of the time he just doesnt respond at all. Dont waste your time!

Ultimately, he couldnt help me with my bike repair. That said, he asked good questions to find the root of my problem, was honest enough to admit he had some reservations about doing the work, and made solid alternative recommendations. 10 Stars for outstanding customer service and transparency!!! Will definitely call again for any other, less complicated repair issues.

I had repaired 2 of my bikes looking at all the positive review about this repair guy Tony. Yes, he is indeed a good guy in person but I doubt his repair capabilities. I am expressing my opinion based on personal experience. He visited me, looked at both my bikes (Trek & Schwinn) in garage and replaced faulty tires, 1 each bike. I paid approx $90 for thes 2 tire repairs + visit charge. These bike didnt even go 2 miles after his repair and again losing air. I realized it after I came back from my 10 day family vacation during July 4th timeframe. Yes, unfortunately due to my hectic work schedule and travel plan I contacted Tony after 3 weeks to report & seek his help. He unfortunately told me that since I am calling after 48 hours now I will have to once again pay for his home visit charge of $50 and the repair expenses...thats when I realized that no point in spending time & money with these mobile repair shops and better find a true, legit & permanent solution. I am now taking my bikes to proper repair shop for genuine repair and also save on so called useless home visit charges which anyway doesnot make it cost effective...narrating my experience so others can benefit or be aware what they are signing up for...

I contacted Frisco Bike Repair to request help assembling front brakes on a new bike, as I had recently had a surgery and was unable to complete. The representative (assuming owner) recommended doing the full set up package as it was only $30 more and would ensure the bike was well assembled, which I agreed to. They requested my details (which I texted immediately after) and informed me they would be over tomorrow, although gave no time or responded to my text.I called them the following day after hearing nothing and received a text at 6pm saying they would be there in ~20 minutes which was no good as I was out at that notice. They then told me they would return on Wednesday or Thursday to do the service. I asked if they had an idea of the time window to make Im home; but sadly I never received a response. I also texted the next day and heard nothing.I cant comment on the quality of the bicycle repairs but the customer service and general communication was a poor experience and disappointing so would not recommend.

He came to my home within 1 hour I called him. Very fast and quality service. Tony is very friendly, he just did not fix my bicycle problem but also helped me in riding my bicycle until i felt comfortable with new changes.

I called up Tony, the owner and he was very prompt with answering and quoting me over the phone. I needed a tire fixed/replaced and he said he would come to me. He made sure to let me know when he was running behind due to his work for his other customers running a bit long. When he arrived, he got right to work and was also quite the conversationalist! He was incredibly professional, yet also polite and friendly and I found myself staying outside and conversing with him while he worked. He even took it upon himself to make some other adjustments to my bike to improve my experience and showed me some tips on operating my mountain bike. Tony is the kind of guy you WANT to do business with and I will happily refer him to anyone and use his services again when the need arises. Thanks Tony!
