I ventured into Winnie fully expecting it to be out of my price range but wanted to experience an upscale boutique. Before even getting started they asked me about my budget and worked with me to get me my dream dress without giving my fiancé a heart attack! It was by far the greatest shopping experience I’ve ever had.Ashley was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel like a princess every second I was there. I love my dress, I love that they helped me stay in my budget, and I love Winnie!UPDATE: Wedding is over and we got our beautiful photos back. This dress was to die for!! Had an absolutely amazing time with my daughter and soon to be daughter in law as they were choosing dresses! Jessica, Abby and Ashley were great to work with and very encouraging. Thank you ladies for all that you did today!

Initially the staff seemed professional and friendly. My daughter found THE gown. Her measurements were taken and the dress was ordered. We trusted the professionals to get the measurements correct and order the correct size dress. After waiting months for this expensive gown to be delivered to the store, it finally came in. We went in for her fitting. The dress was too tight and too short. The staff scheduled an appointment with a tailor and supposedly ordered a new skirt for the gown. Unfortunately, when this was “corrected,”, the lace outer layer had been corrected but the two under layers were not touched. They were still too short and looked terrible. We are sick that her beautiful gown is not what we ordered or paid for. They didn’t offer an apology or a discount. I would not recommend shopping for your dream gown at this location.

When I first came into Winnie, I wasnt sure Id be able to find a dress as I was still in a knee brace from tearing my ACL and MCL. However, I quickly realized I was in great hands with Ashley! She was truly amazing to work with and helped me throughout the entire process. Not to mention, she was able to help me find the most beautiful dress I could have ever imagined! I was so confident the entire way through, including the tailor Winnie uses. I cant imagine my wedding without her help with the dress! Thank you, Ashley!!! :)

Abby is the absolute best! Winnie Couture has amazing dresses and amazing staff. The boutique is super cute and several of the dresses have so much bling and detail that I wasnt able to find anywhere else. If youre looking to stand out, this is where to go. I came in a couple weeks ago and Im fairly difficult to work with, LOL. I love every dress and can never make up my mind. I found a dress that I love with the help of Abby and put down my deposit with the intention of coming in a couple weeks later to try on dresses for the first time with my MIL. Abby and team were super helpful and set everything up perfectly so that I could say yes twice!

Jessica is so awesome. She was really patient and she picked a dress that we all fell in love with. My daughter told her what her idea was and she nailed it.

I booked a bridal appointment at Winnie Couture awhile ago. My family made arrangements to fly in for this weekend for 1) my birthday weekend and 2) for my mother to be a part of the experience for me to find my wedding dress. In less than 48 hours notice, Winnie Couture called to cancel my appointment. I understand that they had a staff member fall ill but that is not an excuse to cancel on someone. My family has owned their own business for over 30 years. They have never cancelled on a customer because someone was ill...they instead jumped in and made it happen. Shame on this bridal studio for robbing me and my family from this experience. Y’all could have had a supervisor come in and service the appointment. It’s simple if you have good customer service. This was just RUDE.

First stop for my best friend to try on Wedding gowns and there is no need to look any further. Staff is amazing, the boutique is lovely, and the gowns look uber expensive but are actually very impressively priced. Love, love, love.

We had a great experience yesterday at Winnie Couture. The girls Karla and Abby were so helpful and friendly with my best friend, the bride. They were all very nice with all of us, gave us champagne and listened to our opinions. Helped Shade with all her indecisiveness, the last dress she liked the most was even one that Abby had suggested and it looked stunning! It was a beautiful atmosphere and overall a great experience! I had an amazing experience at Winnie Couture! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it far surpassed my expectations. I worked with Abby and explained to her what I thought I wanted. After trying on dresses that exactly fit my vision, something was just not right. I liked them but didn’t feel like they were the “special” look I wanted. I kept an open mind and she pulled a few different styles based on our conversations, and I loved them. One in particular I cried in twice! Needless to say, I said “yes” to the dress in my first appt because there was no reason to look further. Abby completely listened to me and really understood my vision and picked the perfect dress for me, a dress I would not have thought to pick. She has great instincts, is extremely personable, and made the appointment extra fun for my sisters, mom, and me.The overall appointment felt intimate and not at all rushed. I had plenty of time to try on many styles and then walk around with a bouquet to really get the feel of the wedding day. I highly recommend any soon-to-be bride make an appointment!

So we ended up not getting the dress from here, BUT- these girls were AMAZING! they treated everyone in the party like royalty. super attentive, sweet, kind, and incredibly fun! they made every second thoroughly enjoyable! they have GORGEOUS dressed, and are just simply amazing from beginning to end. highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Winnie Couture! My maid of honor picked her gown here and said it would be great and I went along with it even though it was quite a drive... Jessica and all the consultants there made me feel at ease! I never felt pressured! They worked hard on my price point and gave me every concession possible to stay in my budget and give me just what I wanted. I was even able to mix and match the bust with the chiffon bottom I wanted! The boutique was well set up with individual lounges for each bridal group. Coffee table ready with complementary champagne! I’m so happy I chose my gown here and just can’t wait until it comes in!

I stopped by Winnie Couture unannounced and was welcomed by Jessica. She was so sweet to me and my maid of honor, even though I didnt have an appointment! She offered me champagne and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Jessica gave me her undivided attention, and was so knowledgeable about all the different ways we could customize or style the dress. We never felt any pressure to make a decision or make a purchase right away.The dresses at Winnie are gorgeous and the boutique itself is beautifully decorated. Ive visited at least five other wedding dress boutiques, and my experience at Winnie was absolutely the best. Jessica,I know it has been a couple of weeks since I came into Winnie Couture, but I still HAD to write you this review.To anyone reading, you wont find a bridal boutique as welcoming as Winnie Couture. The moment I walked through the door I felt so comfortable with all of the women working there. Jessica listened to everything I wanted in my wedding dress, and of course with their help, I found my dream dress! I had been wedding dress shopping before at another boutique in Frisco, but it couldnt even compare to the remarkable service I received at Winnie Couture. Jessica is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, and she made me and my party feel so welcome! I cant thank the Winnie Team enough for everything they did for me!!

This was by far the best bridal salon I went to! I got my dream dress here thanks to Ashley! She went above & beyond, listened to what I was looking for, was extremely helpful. Working with Ashley and the rest of the Winnie girls was amazing! They have been so helpful and encouraging throughout this whole process. After going to a different bridal store I was discouraged that I hadn’t found my dress, especially after trying so many on. The second we walked in we were greeted with champagne and bottled water. We were also the only party in at the time so it felt so much more comfortable and personal. Ashley had picked THE dress on the first try. It was perfect in every way and was the opposite of what I had originally thought I wanted. She just knew! Not to mention the quality was phenomenal compared to the previous dresses I had tried on.I cannot be more excited for November to get here! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

Kind of a funny story, but I actually never ended up going here... HOWEVER, I had many conversations with Abby and she was WONDERFUL. She set up a closet for me, we texted back and forth several times and she was very very understanding when I found my dream dress before I made it to Winnie. I felt awful, but I knew I had found my dress and didnt want to waste Abbys or my time. Thank you so much Abby for being understanding and giving me a 5 star experience before I even walked in the door.

This place is amazing, you get the whole personalized experience. I was helped by Ashley, Karla, and Jessica. They were so kind, so fun, and very professional. The dresses are beautiful, and the ladies will help you customize it to fulfill your dream dress.

Before going to this location, I had just arrived from a previous location that didn’t attend me well. Let me just say that I’m glad I chose to come to Winnie Couture second because I was taken care of... Jessica was wonderful, extremely nice, & outgoing! She knew exactly what I was looking for, and went out of her way to take care of me. Thank you Jessica for being there for me in this big important moment for me!

I wish I could give Winnie more than 5 stars. They made the whole experience beyond perfect. The salon is beautiful, they hand you champagne when you walk in, and you are greeted by the most friendly people. I had Kristy for my consultant and if youre scheduling an appointment definitely ask for her. She was so knowledgable about all the different dress styles and fabrics and helped me find the perfect dress for me. She made me feel like an absolute princess and she really cares about her brides and finding them the perfect dress - she is the sweetest person. Between the quality of the dresses and the quality of the experience I dont think you can beat this place!

I went to Winnie couture on Sunday and didn’t expect to find my dress. I honestly went on a whim and didn’t even have my mom with me. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with and nothing after that even compared. My best friend went and picked up my mom and 30 min later it was a done deal! I love how attentive Abbyand Ashley were throughout the whole process, even allowing me to try on more dresses once my mom arrived so she could share the experience with me! I’m so thrilled to have found my dream dress and can’t wait for it to come in! I HIGHLY recommend Winnie to anyone wanting to go dress shopping. I’ve been told dress shopping could be super stressful but it wasn’t at all! They listened to what I wanted and let me pick a few I liked as well as pull some they thought I might like and told me how I can get a dress customized specifically for what I needed and wanted! 10/10

I loved something about every dress I tried on here! The dresses are absolutely stunning. Abby was so helpful, patient, and super sweet! This store was amazing! And Tara was truly a gem. She is there to help you and she has your happiness in mind, You never feel like they are just trying to sell you a dress. Tara was very helpful in scheduling my fittings. They have a great collection of beautiful dresses in a calming and comfortable atmosphere. If you are spending all this money, you might as well have a pleasant and personal experience! Go to Winnie Couture if you are looking for something elegant and great customer experience. This bridal salon is absolutely amazing. Jessica went above and beyond to help make sure I found the dress of my dreams. She made me feel comfortable, helped me really decide what it was I wanted, and made the special day very fun and memorable.

Winnie was such a wonderful place and just beautiful inside! My friend and I both got engaged a few months apart and we excited to be able to finally try on wedding dresses. We made back to back appointments so we could each be in the spotlight and our consultant Summer was absolutely wonderful, she made it so easy to relax and be ourselves and just have fun. Even though we did not find THE dress there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. Summer took the time to have us try different styles and even picked some out herself that she thought would look good on us, and of course they did. It was such a great experience and we left feeling like we had shopped with another friend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Winnie! As soon as my girls and i walked into this bridal store we were in awe! Its so classy and elegant. We were given a warm welcome before we started the fun shopping experience. I appreciate all the three girls that were waiting for my team and I at the store that day to help me especially Abby who was beyond amazing. I went in yesterday to shop for my gown. I had been at David’s bridal earlier and just wasn’t sold. Abby greeted me immediately and helped explain everything to me. We pulled gowns together and I found my dream dress by the end of it!! It was an absolutely amazing experience and Abby and Abadan made it so perfect!!!

Winnie Couture was definitely the right choice for me. I thought the gowns might be out of reach price wise. I nearly canceled my appointment and Im so glad I didnt! Winnie Couture was the first shop I went to and I found THE dress on the first appointment. Awesome right? The quality and construction were remarkable and fits my vision to a T. Chelsea and her team have been amazing. They treated my daughter and bridesmaids like royalty. I enjoyed working with Chelsea so much weve become friends! I frequently visit her at the store (and my dress too) when I can! Ive had an incredible experience so far and though we went over budget a little, it was totally worth it!!!

Love Winnie!!! The decor is very clean, chic, and looked very elegant. I didnt feel overwhelmed like with other places that had too many options. Jessica helped me pick out my wedding dress, she was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like i am a pretty picky person and she was able to quickly eliminate things i didnt like and pinpoint things i like. We found out that i liked the top of one dress and the bottom of another. She was able to create my vision live to see what it would look like combined. Absolutely loved it. So i will be getting a custom wedding dress. The customer service was excellent i have to say! They also have champagne for your guests 😎.

I worked with Ashley and Abby at my visit to Winnie Couture. It was my first bridal dress appointment and my mom and I just went to try on dresses for fun. I knew in theory what I liked, but couldnt picture anything on me since I had never worn anything like a wedding dress before. Ashley and Abby were nice and welcoming from the get go. They let me pick out some dresses I liked while also pulling some they thought I would like. My mom and I had the whole store to ourselves and it was an amazing experience. They gave my mom champagne. Ashley seemed to know what I liked better than I did! I had always heard bridal dress appointments were tiring, but Ashley did all the work for me and I wasnt tired at all. I eventually ended up liking a custom gown with the top of one dress and the bottom of the other dress. They even made this dress for me in store by combining the two dresses on top of each other and it was gorgeous! I hadnt seen a price tag since I got there, so when they said they could do this I was worried that it would be too expensive, but when they priced me out it was right in my price range. Also, they were able to do custom sizing for me since I have a unique figure, which is not available in most bridal salons. They helped me look for a veil I might like and the whole fitting process was just amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a dress to go to Winnie and ask for Ashley and Abby!! Ive been talking to them since then about payments and specific dress details and they have been super reachable. My mom and I ended up going to another bridal salon after this, because we already had the appt and it was a disaster (they didnt listen to what I wanted, didnt properly pin the dresses, didnt care)! These ladies are by far the best you can ask for! I cant wait until my dress comes in. I just wish it didnt take 6 months (not a complaint, Im just excited to see it)!!!

I had an AMAZING experience at Winnie Couture last month ...from the appointment booking at the Las Colinas Bridal Show to my visit to the boutique in Frisco! The ladies were friendly and professional. I didnt know what I was looking for and my stylist was extremely informative, supportive, and PATIENT! Winnie was my first Bridal appointment and Im happy to say they turned out to be my final stop. The service, the assortment, and my experience was AWESOME! I tend to be very indecisive but this boutique offered a great amount of silhouettes & fabrications that allowed me to not second guess the Perfect Gorgeous Dress that was designed for me & my special day! My stylist, Abigail, was wonderful and delivered excellent service. She was attentive, very down- to-earth, and shared in our excitement. 😊 I felt special and appreciated that there wasnt any pressure to commit. I left extremely pleased with how accommodating the Winnie Couture boutique staff was and am sooo happy to be a Winnie Bride. Thank you for making my bridal appointment so great! I am super excited to wear my gorgeous gown on April 18, 2020.

This place is amazing. I first discovered the designer because I fell in love with a dress on the D wedding magazine. Winnie Chlomin is the designer, I checked out their website and found them to be a beautiful collection. I made an appointment at the Boutique in Dallas and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent. I felt that I was in competent hands and that the stylist was very friendly and helpful. The collection is just so gorgeous, its like french haute couture it modernizes beautiful vintage looks, and it simply epitomizes my taste in wedding dresses. I found my dream wedding dress at their boutique in Frisco and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for these kind of dresses. It is a high end line, so you cannot expect cheap prices, but it looks even more expensive than it is, basically, the quality exceeds the price.

I called ahead of time because I saw a sale advertised on Facebook. I called to see if they would actually have my size or something close to at least try on and they told me yes. But they totally lied!!! As a plus sized bride, going into a store and them not having anything that remotely fits you is extremely discouraging!!! I will never recommend them or return. And for future reference, any plus sized brides should avoid. They may say they habe something, but the biggest size they had in store was a 10 and I am an 18. I also gave the woman a budget I had to stay under and she did not bring a single dress that was within a $1000 range of the budget. So just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

First of all Robyn was my consultant, and she was wonderful!! Go see her! I visited Winnie Couture at the bridal show in Las Colinas in January, finally went in for some fittings in March, after visiting 4 other bridal salons I would have to say the experience here was my favorite and their prices are fantastic. The salon is decorated beautifully very girly and lavish. All of the consultants are so polite and friendly. When we walked in, Robyn had dresses already pulled for me, from my closet on their website, she asked me what I was looking for, and I think she picked the best dresses for what i was asking for.Full disclosure, I am a plus sized bride, (ended up trying and purchasing size 20) and I swear this place really knows how to make a dress where you feel wonderful in, not squeezed into or like youre covering everything up. I feel like at other salons, they were all trying to just take what I liked other places and find one extremely similar but better somehow. Here I felt like Robyn was just looking for whatever I felt the best in. The first dress that she put me in was the dress I ended up getting! Good choice Robyn, of course is wasnt a dress I would have ever picked. I came back the next day on my own to try on the two dresses my party was torn between and she accommodated me no problem.I love that there is only one designer, so youre not overwhelmed with too many options, and everything is completely customizable which I ended up customizing my dress, changing the sleeves, adding crystals, a zip off train.. come on a zip off train!? So excited for it to come in! I cant wait. Thank you Robyn!

My little sister is getting married this year and she is far from a traditional bride. She wanted a very special dress that no one has ever seen before, but most of all she wanted to feel comfortable for her big day.I found Winnie Coutore online and immediately made an appointment. We were lucky to be the only ladies in the boutique and we had Ashley as our consultant. Let me just say, after Ashley listened to everything she wanted on her big day - we tried in a fee dresses but it just wasnt working out. Ashley then brought a very special dress that I had noticed when we walked in. It was the one! We even customized it to fit her style with a 3 point bustle, a sheer tulle, and custom lace overlay. The dress was ready almost a month early and the final fitting made my baby sisters dream come to life.Ashley was amazing with measurements and customizations. A big part of this experience going so well was her - we didnt once feel rushed. She even texted us updates, served champagne, and was great with my sisters anxieties. Not to mention she told us that they were having a Valentines Day sale so we even saved some money.

Called and made an appt to look at dresses for the sample sale. I was asked what my budget is and I said up to 500, she said ok we can definitely find something for you. I was asked what type of dresses I like, style etc. This was my first trip to a bridal store so I gave some ideas but I wasnt sure what would look right. I was also told to add some online and they can look it up there. When I got there, only 15 ish dresses and NONE my size (14), and she did not give suggestions, she kind of avoided the question if she can write down my measurements until I asked twice. I was just an absolute waste of time..and i did not feel catered to at all. So I guess only go if you plan on spending over 500 and are smaller than me..

Loved them and got the best deal on my 2016 collection dresses in 2015!
