I just had a safe delivered after purchasing it through A-1 Locksmiths Frisco location and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and extremely educated on their inventory of safes and offered great recommendations on what would best fit my situation. In addition to the safe recommendation, I also received guidance on what accessories would best complement my safe as it pertained to my specific situation and needs.Based on my positive experience purchasing the safe, the delivery was predictably excellent. The safe was delivered and installed as scheduled and exactly as desired. The delivery staff was also very kind, helpful and extremely informative in educating me on my new safe and accessories before leaving. They were welcoming of questions and very careful navigating the safe through the house even replacing a floormat before leaving. Wow!Im very happy with the experience and would recommend A-1 Locksmith to anyone.

I had a great experience so far from A-1. Robert, the store manager, answered all of my questions and gave me all of the info I needed.I am saving up for the safe and I will have the install on in a few weeks.

I had to have a specific key made that no homedepot, lows, or self-serve key kiosk could provide for me. They helped me and made me two keys in literally 1 minute. I very much appreciate their help. The man at the counter wasn’t the most friendly (he was not rude at all, just not talkative or smiley) but that doesn’t bother me at all. I wanted to get it, get my keys, and leave.

I came to get 2 locks re-keyed and was promptly helped. Both staff members assisted me and delivered on time. 1 of my locks was rusted out beyond repair, (which they told me up front), so once the replacement arrives, I will be returning to have the same service completed. I highly recommend this business and will return when I am ready to purchase a safe.

Best locksmith service ever I got a free key.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take advantage of the situation and over charge you! They charged me $275 just to unlock my driver door with a total coming to $330.... absolutely ridiculous! I have tried to talk to the manager for the past 4 days now about the situation to get some clarity on how that is a reasonable price and he is always in meetings so you cant get ahold of him or a call back. They hardly speak any English and dont have set prices for their services so they make it up as they go and like I said take advantage of your situation and over charge you!! DO NOT USE THEM go somewhere more reasonable!!!

I went in there for help selecting the right safe for me and to buy one. The guy behind the counter was so into his computer he could care less that I was ready to spend money and he blew me off with a condescending attitude and never even got out of his chair. All he had to do was stand up and show me some product and I would have bought. But I guess he didn’t need to be bothered with having to work.

I absolutely love the Frisco location! They are always so genuine and respectful! It’s easy and quick in there every time! I own a business so changing locks and keys all the time and they are always more than happy to help me!!!!!

Dont use this company to program your car key. If you do make sure that there is a money back guarantee. The key snags and they came out, however key still does the same thing and the wanted refund my money this was a $270.63. They said that they could give me $88 back which would be the service fee😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤Go to your dealership dont settle. I call the on the 3/6/2021 key was made onto the 3/7/21 I called and told the the issue. They came back out on the 3/8/21 and still only filed it down this stucks😭😭😭😤😤😤😤😤

Got a few keys from Amazon and had these guys cut and program them for an older model Infiniti, I only took a few minutes and went perfectly, Im using my new key now and I love it.

I needed a key made for a t-lock on a camper shell so i came here and brought in the lock. Keys were made right away (not an easy process either because this lock is quite rare, manually filing/cutting/tedious work).No hesitation, no excuses, no stories...the guy just got straight to work and after some time i had keys.This may not sound like a flashy, newsworthy, heroic customer service story or experience to many of you, but with all the lazy, half-a*%, apathetic, excuse-filled, entitled, low i.q. customer service we all deal with on a daily basis nowadays, this was AMAZING. Broke a key to an older roof cargo carrier in half...it was going to take weeks to get a replacement key. The gentleman that was at the Frisco location took the broken key, made a copy and filed it down in the areas that had been broken and had a new key in 10 minutes that works perfectly. He basically saved our family vacation, and was very willing to help.

Called to confirm that they had latest Schlage key styles on hand before heading over. Walked in and he identified it on sight immediately and had 3 copies in my hand in under 5 minutes. Next time I need even just a house key copy, Im coming back here.

Great safe, great price, great service!I was in search of a Liberty gun safe and A-1 came up as a local dealer. I prefer buying local and shipping costs are way high on a 600 lb safe! The manager of the Frisco store (Robert) was very helpful in educating me on the safes that Liberty makes and even suggested the perfect model for my needs. Although one was not in stock I was able to reserve one from the next shipment. I requested for it to be delivered and installed by their people. It was a tight fit but it worked out fine. There was a breakdown in communication between my wife and the delivery team and the safe didnt get bolted down. I called Jessica and she was very great with dealing with the situation. She sent someone the very next day during a two hour window of my choice. Jessica offered to send out a locksmith the same day I called but I had to work all day. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a safe and want to deal with an honest company.

I have been having trouble with my ignition cylinder for months and came in thinking I might just need new keys made before considering replacing the cylinder. Robert looked at my keys and immediately knew how to trouble shoot my ignition issues without having to go to a mechanic. Robert grabbed his tool box and went right to work on my ignition cylinder in the parking lot outside of the store at 8:15 a.m.! Not only did he fix my ignition cylinder but my keys did not have to be replaced either which also saved me both time and expense not having to find a mechanic. Who knew locksmiths wear so many hats! Great experience.Got key fob reprogrammed and cut so fast could not believe it. Maybe 5-10 min tops.Then due to great selection of specialty keys got a few extra house keys made. Not sure where else has all the NFL keys but was able to get a Chicago bears key here in Texas.Great people,easy to talk due and just very impressed overall with my experience.

Great service, went in yesterday to order a new remote. They were $80 cheaper than the dealership. The remote came in today and I was in and out with a brand new remote in 20 minutes.

The key fob to my 2005 Honda Accord broke. I had received a quote for about $150 from the Honda dealer, so I tried a couple quick fix options via YouTube & Amazon. I ended up getting so frustrated that I used some superglue, which worked great for a while! I finally saw a recommendation for A-1 Locksmith on a Facebook group, & I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Robert did an amazing job of painstakingly taking apart my old fob without damaging anything, & putting it back together in a new, very sold fob. He also personally made sure it worked! Frisco LocationI ordered some extra car keys online and brought them to A1 to be cut and programmed. Come to find out why two keys cost me only $18.95 online. The keys were cheaply made and the batteries would not set correctly. Robert spent over 30 minuets trimming plastic and rubber inside remote housing to get the battery to seat correctly. He did not charge me any extra for his time. Let them know you are a Ticket P1 when your there.

This is my go-to place for all keys and locks. Their keys just fit better than big box stores keys. They have an awesome inventory of safes too.

Lost a set of keys for a 2008 Tahoe and purchased a new set plus remote. These need to be cut and chip matched to the vehicle. Sooo, after calling a local locksmith who told me they didnt have a store location anymore and kept asking for my address I said no thanks. Called the dealership, who gave me a quote and about an hour+ in my time waiting. Neeext, I called A-1 here in Frisco and spoke to Robert. He asked me the type of vehicle quoted me a price for two keys very reasonable compared to the dealership and no telling from the other locksmith. Well, I noticed A-1 was going to be closing in a little less than 30 minutes so hopped in the truck and off I went in a rush to get there in time. Walked in, greeted by a gentleman, who happened to be Robert (SUPER nice and courteous guy so was the other guy in the shop!!!), told him I just called about a Tahoe, hand him the keys and away he went. Cut the keys and wanted to be 100% sure both were working to his and my satisfaction. Took about 10 minutes from the time he cut the keys, tested them on the truck, paid for the service and a very NICE thank you for my business. Lets see, an hour+ at the dealership and cost more vs. 10 minutes at the A-1 store location in Frisco and speaking with Robert and was LESS than the dealership...
