I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. They do the sales part well and that made us feel good until we got into the actual work. Their contractors are not skilled in their areas and the company is unwilling to remedy their mistakes. We were often told our expectations of work quality were unreasonable. We were able to contract with an amazing contractor to complete other projects and correct Home Floors mistakes. If youre looking for a contractor that is skilled in their work, does so with integrity, and whose costs are very reasonable, get in touch with Beautiful Backyard Living/Beautiful Interiors, NOT Home Floors. Please check Home Floors out with the Better Business Bureau as well as their pending litigation and bankruptcy (that is preventing our claim from remedy) that is available to the public. Unfortunately, when we checked BBB the claims had not been fully processed so their rating and subsequent ban from BBB had not come through. This should give you the story without more details here. We thought the bad reviews were just outliers until we experienced a very costly and poor experience ourselves.

I would not recommend Home Floors Remodeling and Granite Yard if you are seeking timely installation. We paid for countertops nearly a month ago and have not had them installed yet, primarily due to oversight during measurement and poor communication. We selected the company because we were told they could install them within 7-10 days. We also have a kitchen remodel in process with them and the experience has not been much different. I will update my review after we finish the kitchen project to let you know more.

Do not complete their service! They get paid in full, but gcs dont show up or even communicate.

Allen and Adam and team are excellent to work with. The remodeling project is a huge commitment for us. Their professionalism gives us a lot of confidence.

The new countertop project was the best home project I have experienced. The installers Hugo and his companion, were super nice, and well prepared. The measurement process was astonishing. He was able to accommodate an uneven wall, and leave no gap between the counter top and the walls. The scheduling was top notch and he kept us informed each step of the way. I really thank them, and in the end, we have beautiful counter tops. What a great job I wish they all went so well.

I cant say enough about the professionalism and quality of work done by the team from Home Floors! They followed through on every step of the process of installing tile floors in my aunts home. Compliments to Hugo and the guys who installed the floor. My aunt is thrilled with the work; they were punctual and best of all they cleaned up the area where they worked and left the remaining tiles in a neat stack in the garage that allows space for my aunts car! Thanks for a job well-done.

We just had wood floors installed from Home Floors in Frisco. I would highly recommend them. Cindy, our salesperson, took great care of us from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. They definitely exceeded our expectations. Their installers did an amazing job and completed the job a day early. Our floors look fantastic!

A major plus to have a granite yard within the Frisco area, didn’t have to travel far. I was able to view, compare, and make my granite slab selections.The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Each and every question I had was researched and answered.They absolutely earned my trust and my business.

I have worked with Alan and the crew many times for multiple homes that I own, flip, or am doing construction on! Each time I get the same result! Satisfaction at a fair price. No need to look else where,they work hard to make you happy!

They followed up with me after their quote to see if I had a questions or concerns, ultimately I went with their company and I’m so pleased I did. We recently bought marble countertops from Home Floors and will undoubtedly be returning for any future work. They were more affordable than any other place we looked, they are incredibly professional (Adam and the installers), and they take so much care in making sure your work is done exactly right. Id recommend them to anyone.

Good experience working with these guys. I had aamaja home repair/remodel to get my home ready to sell. The crews did a good job and did the work professionally. I had shopped around but decided to go with them cuz they gave me competitive price and lived up to the standard. Would definitely recommend.

The initial process was great. I give them 5 starts for that. I unfortunately have to give 1 star for the warranty process. The website states they will contact you within 10 business days. I have to be the one to call and ensure they still have my claim, and this is the 20th business day and still no word from them. Its unfortunate that I had to change my 5 stars to 3 stars because of this, but the warranty work seems to be extremely low priority.

Great service and great prices! They were very patient with our remodel of our kitchen and we loved the countertops once they were installed! We will return. Thank you!

Sales rep was the most insightful of the three we engaged from different competitors. Estimate and follow up continued throughout the process and the over all quote was inline with industry pricing. The installers of our hardwood were extremely careful, and prepared the entire work area to minimize work debris from the rest of the house. Overall finish result was as expected and desired.

We have hired Home Floors who were recommended by our two neighbors.They used their services as well.I need to speak highly about Adam the designer and the crew who did our kitchen remodeling and the results are more than I expected .I am very pleased with my project and recommend this company highly.

Picking out the granite slabs was great. They have a decent selection and are open on weekends which is the main reason we went with them. Since other stores with higher ratings arent open on weekends it is hard to set up appointments and pick out granite slabs in the middle of a remodel while working.The installation was a disaster. The installers didnt come the Friday they said they would due to a communication issue between the sales team and the installers. Then got stuck at another job on Monday but offered to come at 7pm (its a loud 4-hour job and I have neighbors and kids that sleep at night). So I had to use another vacation day to be home Tuesday when they actually came for the install. The granite was not even sealed so even cups of water left marks on the granite. There was an 8 overhang for a bar that was not supported, and was frankly a safety hazard. I had to get supports for and install afterwards. The plumber didnt show up to do our sink connections on Tuesday. So my wife had to take a vacation day to be home Wednesday. Wednesday he came to reinstall the dishwasher and put drains in the sink and hook up the garbage disposal. Friday the same plumber came to seal the granite. Saturday smoke started coming out of the bottom of the garbage disposal the first time we used it and it smells like electrical fire, so Im going to have to hire a new plumber to come and replace a brand new $200 garbage disposal. Then the invoice came and the math wasnt even right on the invoice.Now that it is all over Im glad the granite looks so good and the price was fair. But it should not be this difficult to show up for appointments and do the job right the first time.

My husband and I recently used Home floors for a job to build our masters bathroom. We chose the correct tiles and told the sales guy where we wanted each tile to go. We told them we were going on vacation and asked how long the project was going to be. They told us it was going to be done in about a week and the half. When we left, we turned on our video cameras and made sure things were getting done. What we noticed next was appalling. The workers had no regard or respect for our master bedroom. They laid their tools on our bed and as they uninstalled our old tiles, they did not cover any part of the room. When we returned from our vacation, the ENTIRE house was dusty! The closet door was removed and my husband and I’s clothing, shoes, and my handbags were covered with dust! Not only that but they had also used the wrong tiles on the floor of our masters and the wrong tiles for the shower tiles. We were furious! The entire project ended up lasting a month! And they were unapologetic and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend them for any remodeling at all!!!!

Terrible experience working with Hany. Would not recommend. Three no shows on the installation. Hany plays number games with the estimate. He attempts to charge you for square footage that you dont need. He attempts to charge sales tax on labor that is not required by the state of Texas.

IDONT reccomend it they make a big mess in my house and the workers grave food from my kitchen PLEASE DONT MAKE DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY.
