I have shopped around for quite some time for a stereo system for my sons Jeep. When I met Bryan, I felt like he took the time to create the best system for my son in our price range.They met all commitments, were very detailed and took the time to explain the system to us. After a few days we were not completely satisfied with a particular speaker, Bryan instantly swapped with a speaker that better met our needs. I have been doing business with Brian for 5-years. Im very meticulous about what I want and how I want it done and Brian has risen to the occasion each time. Brian has installed multiple audio systems for me, in multiple cars and a motorcycle. All audio systems sound amazing. Previously, I had gone to other companys and was disappointed. Brian fixed some things that was done wrong when I went to other companys. Now, I will only do business with Brian.Ive read the negative reviews and I must say that I have never experienced anything negative at Frisco Audio & Window Tinting Service. I feel like family when Im there. All members of the staff are amazing.Please understand that this place gets busy, most customers make appointments and though you may stop in to get a quote, there still could be someone ahead of you. Brian takes care of his customers; hes honest and stands behind his work. If I arrive at the store and Brian is on the phone; or, with another customer, I wait patiently until its my turn. I wouldnt expect Brian to rush another customer to attend to my wants/needs. Hands down the best customer service.@Marvin, give Brian another shot. You wont be disappointed.

Bryan, the owner, is very customer service friendly. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I took my wifes car to get the window tint replaced and it was old and brittle. Bryan gave me two estimates on how much it would cost (depending on how long it took to take off and how much work it needed.). It ended up being the higher estimate and Bryan called me to explain why it was. I really appreciate this.I also had my wifes head unit in her car replaced. She has a stock radio in her 2008 Corolla. I wanted her to have Googled Maps and Apple Car Play. Bryan have me an estimate and the install looks great.I will come back when my truck needs the tint replaced.

Normally I only give positive reviews. Not this time. I walked into the store and Brian was with a customer and I was not acknowledged at all. He looked at me and said nothing. I’m looking for a full system for my car. This place will not get my business.

I would give 0 stars if I could!My husband and I moved to Frisco 3 years ago and read the reviews on this place so we thought we have both of our cars stereo systems upgraded. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!After the first year, my husband had to replace all of the speakers in his car.After the 2nd year, he had to replace the sub.Here we are 3 years later and we have had to have the car rewired because the person who installed his system did everything backwards. There is no need to be working on a new car if you do not know what you are doing. I would not recommend this business to anyone!

I had a Blackvue 2 Channel dash cam, remote battery and LTE module installed on a new Lexus. The installation was top-notch and it was all done in less than one day. I got a quote from the large chain car audio place on Preston Rd and they wanted twice as much. I highly recommend Frisco Audio & Window Tinting for high quality installations.

I went to see Bryan with these goals in mind for a Sound upgrade for my 2017 Tundra.1. I wanted sound quality over SPL.2. Integrated with OEM head unit3. Sound Deaden doors and back wall.4. Not lose functionality of floor when I fold up seats in back of truck, because I keep my dog there when traveling5. And finally wanted everything to look OEM.I had this done over a year ago and waited to write a review because I wanted to ensure no problems appeared down the road after installation. Let me tell you he is gifted at what he does, and to date I could not be happier.Bryan worked with me designing a system, kept me in budget, and exceeded all expectations. I had front sound stage installed, (Kenwood 6.5 components, Mosconi DSP (to tune and integrate with OEM head unit, 2 amplifiers (subwoofers/components), 2 10” Kenwood woofers behind rear seats, and sound deadened all doors and rear wall and floor of truck. He was even able to flush mount amplifiers in rear floor, with custom cover that not only shows off the amplifiers but also allows full use of fold flat floor for dog while also protecting them.I dropped truck off and let him take his time. He kept me informed of progress, took pictures, allowed me to make changes throughout the process and at the end spent the time to fine tune the system to my preference.The quality of work, sound and customer service have exceeded my expectations. Could I have found somewhere cheaper? Sure, but I believe you get what you pay for and besides his prices were in line with other quality car audio installers in the DFW area.If you want quality, customer service and a place that pays attention to customer desires I highly recommend Bryan and his team! I get complements all the time. I have not had one single problem and in fact will be going back for a few more upgrades in the near future.

I went to Frisco Audio looking to replace the OEM Bose sub woofer on my car with something a little more substantial. The requirement was that the replacement sub would have to be in the location of the OEM sub without sacrificing the spare tire that was currently present. If one were to see the location, it was a tight location and would not be easy to fabricate an enclosure to fit the space. Brian and his crew used stacked fabrication, the first that I have seen in an mobile audio application, to custom-build an enclosure that fit the location perfectly. Brian replaced the Bose paper driver with a beautiful 10 sub that had a massive magnet..The workmanship of the install is impressive, he obviously takes great pride in his work, and it is recognized and appreciated. I am more than willing to to pay for quality work, and his is above approach - highly recommended! - John G.

Ive had Brian do installs of just about everything on my vehicles. Tint on my SL550, and titan XD, LED exterior light bars on my Toyota 4runner, Radar installs on all of them and Ive never had any problem with anything. He does Awesome work at damn good prices and his staff and shop is a great place to be.

Place is a joke. Walked in, guy was on the phone and didnt even care to attend me. Other gentleman attended me and wouldnt sell me a stereo unless I had them install it.

My daughter was complaining about her car speakers not sounding right and that they sometimes went totally silent. I thought it was probably a loose connection, as I had another shop install a Car Play system last year in her car.When I went to Frisco Audio, the salesperson told me that they would charge a 90 dollar diagnostics fee, which I was okay with. After a few hours, he called me and told me that all her speakers were busted which was plausible as the car is 17 years old! I requested he change all the speakers as my daughter (like any teenager) loves her music.Fast forward a few hours, and the job was done just prior to their closing time. And the speakers sounded fantastic. Not only that, they also had the whole system rewired, as the people that installed the Car Play system had botched the wiring up. Whats more, my 90 dollar diagnostics fee was waived as I got the work done by Frisco Audio.I will definitely go back here again, as these guys are professionals and know their trade. In addition, the pricing is fair, as they dont gouge you. If you need a killer audio system or your windows tinted or a rear camera installed or really any toy installed in your car, do yourself a favor and go to Frisco Audio.

Brian hooked us up! We had an existing sound system from a previous car that had been totaled. Brian gave us some suggestions and was able to input our old system into our sons car. The system is awesome! Brian & their crew did an amazing job. He was able to provide us an economical quote so we were able to add some window tint. Tint remains in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for their services. Friendly folks, affordable prices and quick installation.

So Bryan is the man! I had ordered a new head unit and four speakers online and had the thought I could do it myself but after getting my dash apart and trying to wire the harnesses myself I found out why there are professionals for these kinds of things!! Anyways, I called up Bryan and told him my situation and he was more than happy to help fix my mistake. Took it to him and he fixed it, installed it and put it all back together! Decided to do my front window tint on my truck and the price was very cheap.. so I agreed to do it. After installing the tint I let my truck sit for a week so the tint could cure and maybe after the 2-3rd time rolling down my window the tint starts to rip from the bottom. No wonder it was so cheap.. I rather pay more to get it done the right way. Ive had many tint jobs done so this isnt my first rodeo.

Customer service makes a HUGE difference to me. Brian was personable and informative. When they remember you and your name, you know you are not a number- you mean something to them. I’ll be back- and you should stop by their store. Keep it up guys- I’ll always support local vs a big box because of these reasons.

Had a full system put in my 2017 Honda Accord. The difference in sound quality is absolutely unbelievable! Perfect balance, no distortion, and deep clean bass. Can’t even tell I’ve had any aftermarket work done either. Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable and true artists with the work they do. I’ll be a customer for life!!

This retailer add hard to find istilation items. No waiting for delivery so as a result you pay a little bit more. Overall i would shop here locslly before i odrdered online again.

I made an appointment to stop by and talk to Tony. He walked me through what they were going to do for the install and answered all of my questions.I had a few options for the front speakers and he was very easy to work with as some of the options we talked about didn’t end up working due to the car door. He presented the new options and gave me a quote before doing any of the work.The car was ready when Tony said it would be and it turned out great. We have had some bad experiences at car audio install places so I am pretty careful about who I go with. They were professional, patient, fair priced, and did a great job. I highly recommend and will definitely go back for any future needs.

They did an amazing job with an Audio System installation in my 2019 RX450 which happens to be very tedious.This is the second installation they did for me. And reasonable too.

My Chevy came with a jacked up radio installation, and it looked as if there was no hope. Brian had it running perfectly within an hour. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
