This is by far my favorite thrift store. Its got a huge variety of products at a wide range of price points. If you sign up for text notifications, theyll let you know when their having a good sale. My wife has found several high-end outfits and purses and Ive been lucky enough to find a couple great suits and sweaters. Sometimes the stuff needs a bit a tailoring but at the great price, its still way cheaper than anywhere else.
Ena is fabulous. She remembered me from a previous shopping experience and was so do helpful. Great selection
This is, perhaps, the best thrift store I have ever visited. It is always well-organized and clean. The quality of products is impressive and the prices are very inexpensive. The management, staff, and volunteers are friendly and efficient. I enjoy visiting here - sometimes, solely just to get away for much needed retail therapy without waking away with a four figure receipt. I highly recommend Grace Bridge, especially for donations of gently used, valuable items. All proceeds are donated to the community. It is a great organization. For those who compare this location to the Goodwill across the street, while the Goodwill prices are universal (i.e., all clothes same price), the variety and quality of clothing at Grace Bridge is superior.
I personally don’t like giving negative reviews, but as someone who loves thrift shopping this store really disappointed me.Looking around, I see a little food scale for sale with the original price still on the box of 4.99, you flip to the other side and you see the stores price in marker of 6.99! why would you raise the price of a used item? Doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of thrift stores? and the fact you guys also have Christian music blasting in the speakers is not a really good look at all. I’m just disappointed.
This is my favorite thrift store to visit in the north Dallas area. They are routinely pretty well organized and clean. You can find great deals especially one of their sale days. Also the last time I was in there the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They are still recommending masks and shopping 6 ft apart too. Everyone I saw there was following those recommendations.
I liked the Xmas stuff but it was dirty and crowded. Bunch of broken stuff. I do not recommend
Lots of junk! Seems like they take any old thing. Ive found better items at other thrift stores
This thrift treasure spot used to be fantastic! Still has great bargains but few and far between lately (unless you like to dig and dig deep). Ive noticed (especially on half off days) prices are double on items compared to how they used to be. On sale days it seems (to me at least) prices feel marked up just to be discounted down to the normal price they generally charge. Right across the street is Goodwill and to be honest they totally beat grace Bridge on pricing hands down.
Excellent selection and lots of great deal days!
Wonderful staff, organized and nice store layout. I came here for a PC tower chord. I asked about it. They did not have items like that on the sales floor store but they checked in the back and found 1. Just 1.99. They went out of their way to help and it was a great experience. Lol... I came back the next day and signed up for there rewards program
They like to let people in the store and shop without masks even though they have the music stop playing to make announcement regarding price color for the day also that if you dont have a mask that you can go shop online because your not allowed in store without one.. the young lady at the register told me that she will deal with them in a minute to hold on?! Wish I could rate zero stars they deserve it!
The best resale place in the area. The staff is so nice to me each and every time. Great customer service! I am regular. Love it here!
Wonderful place to get a good deal on high end used furniture or clothes. Thursdays are half of all furniture. Well worth the effort looking
Nice Floorplan to the store. Safe location area. Items are used; but, dont look worn out. Furniture was non-existent. Lots of 💿 CDs, tapes & books. Plenty of childrens clothing.
Prices were extremely high they had a half off sale but everything was still extremely high very disappointing
Great place for resale items. Catch them on sale. The staff is friendly. They ensured safety by asking those to wear a mask.
If I could give it no stars I would nothing but junk seriously. Its like items that Goodwill didnt want and just let them have it. Mainly clothes very little home decor and I didnt recognize a single cd they had. They do have DVD but mostly old ones that are already on Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube for free. Very bad
My favorite place ❤
The items are priced very reasonably and 50% on Furniture sale is on for now. DVD less than $1, Blu Ray $2. Good price.
Its great for getting cheap clothes! But there arent many dress selections so know that before you go.
Always love this store and the mission it supports
It was 50% off day today, love those sale days! Spent about $21.00 on clothes for 17 pieces pants and shirts for a baby girl.
I always love prices i get nice staff good prices
I love the Grace Bridge Resale of Frisco! I always find the best clothing brands and cute clothes, and I love how nice the service there is! I would totally recommend trying it out!!!
I was told by a friend to check out Grace Bridge in Frisco. So I did. I loved going shopping there because they had very reasonable prices basically everyday! Not long after I would go on a daily basis, they started selling some green bags with the Grace Bridge logo on them. The manager (African American bald guy) personally explained that if I (or anyone else) bought one of those bags, we would get an additional 10% off our purchase no matter what (no exclusions). He even gave me an example stating that if there was a sale going on of 50% off total purchase, then they would discount the additional 10% off with the green bag making the total discount of 60% off purchase. So I bought one the next trip. The person that made a review mentioning the green bag is telling the truth because it only lasted maybe a month or so and they completely stopped honoring the whole additional 10% discount with green bag thing they had going on. It was a total bait & switch! Since then I stopped going and now I see that they increased their prices because I keep getting texts of their sales. Hopefully someone with a higher rank than the manager reads this and makes them honor it again because thats ripping off people and total dishonesty. Thats not what Grace Bridge should be about.
I found an exceptional deal on a Coach briefcase for $25. Sign up for their notifications to save money for your family. Great organization and they make the shopping experience pleasant👌👌
I enjoy shopping here. They have good sales that they announce in advance. The clothes are organized by type and size, so its easy to find what you need. Clean and reasonably tidy even during sales.
Im sure there are good finds here, it was my first time and I got a few shirts. I didnt notice they are putting tags on the shirts with a STAPLER ....so now I have some cute shirts with tiny holes on them! Horrible way to tag clothing, no excuse for the lack of care to the garments. I called and they transferred my call then forwarded my call.
What a great resale store! I bought several collared shirts that were in practically new condition for less than $4 each. Half the store is dedicated to womens clothes. There is a great selection of clothes and furniture for children. Also there are lots of household items. I loved that marked sizes were in their correct locations!
This place is great. Some items were gently used while others were in need of quite a bit of repair. However the idea that this place comes together to serve a community and help those in need is awesome. I would recommend everyone go there
Grace is such a nice organization. The workers/volunteers are always so kind. We have been donating here since we found it instead of goodwill or other donation spots. We also have found some great clothes and furniture finds inside so come check it out!
Great furniture! Bigger than the one in Plano
One of the best kept secrets of the resale shop world. This shop has high quality furniture, clothing and household goods at great prices. I discovered the store one day when I was leaving the Goodwill Store across the street. I could kick myself for not going in the first time I saw the shop. But, when I saw a 50% storewide sale, I made a beeline over there and wound up loading up my van. I got a 4 draw filing cabinet for only $5. I got a new bookcase for only $30. I bought brand new camouflage pants for $2.50. The prices are unbelievably affordable. When its time to redecorate, Im doing my furniture shopping at Grace Bridge. Drop off the old and pick up the new to me.
Organized clean fast service with room for space to move about
Use this place frequently.Good cause & friendly staff.Have lots of nice things for low prices.Prefer it to competitors.
My favorite local thrift! Always great sales, friendly staff & good stuff!
Volunteered here great people and store! The church is really dedicated to helping the community. Please shop here! Its a small but meaningful way to give back.
I enjoy this place so much it has everything u need sometimes
Best thrift store ever! Very organized and the prices are amazing. It’s fun just to wander around. But be sure and check out the jewelry. You never know what you might find!
Name brand clothes at reasonable prices. And everything is organized well and it is clean. Also, they had pants that actually fit me, which is rare and could be because it is new. Once it is more well known, that may change. The mens XL shirts are pretty scarce by comparison to the rest of the mens clothing. Also, the kids clothing is pretty scarce too. There were like 3 things that fit my 5 year old girl there that my wife liked. There just werent many clothes for my 5 year old girl which were scattered between infant, toddler and 5 year old clothing. I did not check the other age groups and boys.
Very nice, clean and great stuff. Staff helpful and professional.
Today I got lucky 50%off in all display items bought 3 crystal snow man for 11 dlls. And furniture and all display items will be on sale the weekend of the 4th of july.
Helpful staff, awesome inventory. The best part is 100% of the profits go back to local and international missions. Make this your go to donation spot!
The rewards system is confusing. A discount coupon(saying it was ACTIVE) popped up during check out on my account, but the store refused to apply it for me. It was disappointing. The store said the reward system shows all three day coupons on one time, and the coupon that showed up for me was for the day before. However, the coupon was still showing up as ACTIVE. I really think that they need to fix the system. Confused, and not sure I would recommend.
I shop here pretty often and have tried to purchase furniture before. It was on a Tuesday and I asked the staff to hold it until the weekend. I was told they don’t hold furniture past 2 days, I understood. But about a month ago I saw a nice bar and table set but was already sold. Today, about a month later, they are still on the sales floor. What about the 2 day hold time frame? Second, I bought a green bag during their event in which I was told I would get an additional 10% off anytime. When I was there earlier staff made me aware the 10% off will not work anytime they have a sale. Rules constantly changing at this store, I will be shopping elsewhere.
Great thrift store behind Academy Sports, off Preston in Frisco. They have nice merchandise, and frequent sales. As soon as I finish clearing out my closet of stuff I dont wear anymore, Ill be back with a donation and to see whats new!
This is a great resale shop. Lots of clothes, jeans for less than $10 from designer brands. Good amount of furniture, though about half was well worn, there are definitely bargains and deals to be had. Toys, shoes, home decor, they have it all. Plus youre helping a local charity!
Fairly organized but kind of hard to figure out where everything is as a first time shopper. I also don’t love that they try to sell really stained clothes... there were shirts with huge stains for over 2 and 3 dollars. With that being said, I was only there for about 30-40 minutes and got 3 shirts (Old Navy, Gap, and Lauren Conrad) for $7! So great deal on some things, and other things are really expensive for used clothing! I’ll definitely be back to shop the rest of the store. I also love that everything is labeled so well... you don’t always have that at thrift stores like goodwill. I also want to add that all the employees looked really nice and were very helpful to me and other people that were there.
We lucked into walking into a major sale where every piece of clothing and every pair of shoes was $2.So he had a major Hall and I had to get an extra suitcase to take it all home. They had a really nice items, an excellent staff to help you.
They are pretty pricey for selling donated items and arent too personable, although I would have to give their sister store in Celina, Texas 5 stars. They are more reasonable on prices and have specials throughout the week and have much more friendlier cashiers.
Cant keep my lady out of here. But a great service to our community. Si well worth it.
Ive had a great experience and great finds every single time I come in here. AND there are always specials going on!Much better prices, selection, and purpose than the goodwill that just opened across the street.
Great place to shop and especially for the purpose that they do it for. Would love more smiling faces.
Loved this store. Found it accidentally while looking for goodwill and left with a car full of goodies. Will definitely be returning when in Dallas
Not bad, I would say its a toss up between here and Goodwill. If I had $20 to spend at either place I would probably chose Grace over Goodwill.
Amazing items for everyone. Large clean store with Great staff
I love this place! I always find great items whenever I go. I also love the deals they have.
Grace Bridge resale in Frisco is a great place to shop for used merchandise including clothing toys housewares and furniture. The money goes to a good cause. There is plenty of parking.
This place is pretty cool. Couldnt find anything bad to say about it
This was my first visit to Grace Bridge and I will return often. You can sign up at the register for text alerts that will allow to to receive discounts and store updates via your phone. Their pricing is determined by the color of the price tag; some items are full-price while others are 25% off, 50% off, and even .99! There is a great variety of items, from housewares to clothing. My only complaint is that some of the clothing items are a bit overpriced; for example, I should not expect to pay $9.99 for a shirt that is a brand sold at Walmart when it has obvious wear (and stains on the front!).
Lovely store irresistible deals on furniture including a $5 room. Where else can you buy a couch for 5 dlls? They also have nice selection of clothes etc. The prices are amazing and the store is kept clean. I will be back!
Way to over priced. Some items were good but lables 50 dollars for a shirt is outrageous. And the ones that arent high priced are not good quality.
This is a great place to shop for good quality used items everything from furniture to clothing to dishes to Knick knacks. The proceeds go to charity so this really is a win win scenario. I would recommend shopping here as well as donating your used items. Very conveniently located in Frisco.
Normally I enjoy shopping here, great cause, great music, and friendly employees. I’m not sure if your volunteers know who you represent or that you are a ministry but the guys who take your donated goods, were using really foul language today. NOT the gentlemen in the company shirts but the guys in regular clothes. Red shirt and blue shirt. My kids were in the car and the door was open. Maybe think about letting them know that if they’re helping Gracebridge, they represent Gracebridge. However there were 2 employees who helped a lady who’s car died in the drop off area. The head guy who’s on the TV in the store, Maurice I believe, handled things super professionally and the other employee who gave the person a jump, was very nice as well. Kudos to them, helping those 2 ladies, that is what Gracebridge is about. Wished those volunteers could have seen that.
Inventory is good stuff. Prices tend to be a bit high compared to other resale shops.
What a great team !! Well organized Good quality products. Since walking in I was asked several times by various employees if I needed help very friendly and professional.
Super cute spot, great atmosphere and staff, good quality products, and most importantly, great prices!
Clean and huge selection for adults and kids. Not so much for baby/ toddlers. Good prices, a lot of sales. Some furniture. Nice employees.
Pretty impressive ...lots of quality items great prices and store is clean
Awesome very nice and pleasant they had a huge sale today
I love a great thrift store! Clean and well organized !
Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the prices are reasonable and the music is great!!
Awesome place, awesome prices, awesome people, this place is addicting. A great place to go to fill your house with furniture
The people that work here are great, they know me by first name and are always happy to help me!
Family fun with lots of fashionable items! Plus good cause and savings.
Nice pocket friendly place to buy furnitures!
The volunteers working there are super nice and friendly. I have found a few great items and their merchandise is priced to sell.
Great place. Love the prices and the people are so nice.
Always have great sales! Prices are reasonable and when I need some more clothes this is my go to place!
Disappointed in the dis organization in the store - prices are OK - quality of items OK, I understand it’s for a great cause and will continue to support the store but do see areas where improvements can be made
They will not STOP sending me text messages. Not how they received it in first place. I have tried to request numerous time but I continuously receive messages
Great selection of things although it is a bit on the pricey side. But almost every week they have amazing sales would recommend
Huge. Loaded with merchandise. Well organized. Worthy cause.
Good assortment and well organized
Awesome thrift store with incentives as a frequent buyer. Clean, friendly and professional at all times. 👍🏽
Grace Bridge is my favorite place to shop in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
I love the reward system! Such nice things for great prices!
Love it ..Great place...awsome people... wonderful prices and sales ..... i love the color rotation... something is always 99 cent. !!!!!
Great prices..... And smells great inside
Dropped off a bunch of donations easily and quickly.
Was disappointed at the quality of items for the prices. I shop non profit thrift all the time but this was a bit too pricey even for the good theyre doing.
Lots of items to choose from. Friendly staff.
Large selection of mens, womens, childrens clothes, shoes, toys, household items including lamps, small appliances, and furniture. Convenient drop off for donations to this worthy cause.
Great brands at great prices and I love shopping knowing Im helping a cause
Wonderful store and help with a great selection of clothes and furniture. Quality and condition and price was excellent for my purchases.
One of the best charity resales in DFW and the people who work there are friendly. So much merchandise and the prices are fair.
