Back to school shopping always includes a trip to Hot Topic. Great prices on shirts and hot cash is always nice for online purchases later.

Everytime we go here the associates are So helpful and have a great attitude. I dont always rate retail places, but I had to because this location Rocks! Ive had to return the same pair of pants my daughter bought online because the sizes were a bit off and each time the exchanges and pick up experiences were a breeze. Kudos to the management here because the associates are all top notch!

I really wish I could give this store a fair rating. I had 4 people in my group, but due to COVID they are restricting the amount of customers in the store. The first three people in group got to go in the store. I waited and waited. The line grew behind me. I waited some more. Finally someone finished their shopping and was about to exit the store. I was waved in since I was next in line, unfortunately the people that were finished shopping was my group! I didnt even get to go in the store!

Always an amazing visit! There are such cute and cool earrings to buy. It is usually really crowded though, which makes it hard to walk around. So Id recommend going at less popular shopping times.

Very helpful staff. We got everything we wanted except for one shirt that had been incorrectly placed in the clearance section. There was a mixup with my sisters and my addresses for delivery and billing, but the ladies were helpful in resolving it and we even got a neat discount for putting my online order and my sisters store purchase in the same transaction. I cant wait to see my shirt in a week!

This store was a bit small but had an excellent selection of items and fan merchandise that I dont usually see at similar stores. The employees were very helpful and friendly and I was able to find some cute enamel pins :)

Yeah this store is one of my favorites. They have anime stuff galore, band and movie merchandise and clothes that will definitely make your tween or teenager or even young adult feel edgy and expressive.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I like that they have a foundation for helping others.

There is a wide variety of stuff that my kids love. They are into anime, so this is great place to find nik naks and t-shirts to their liking.

I showed up at 7am in the morning (had to wait until 11am) to buy some squishmallows. I was first in line and I happen to be there with my fiancee. We were first in the door and we had two squishmallows to purchase, mine was for my niece but regardless it was mine to purchase. Somebody else who was in line decided to complain that we had two squishmallows and I was told to pass it on. I wouldnt have waited for the store to open at all had I known I would leave empty handed.It was a waste of time. This particular establishment is not fair. You can improve by treating each customer as an individual. You can still limit them, but it is not cool to turn a customer away because he was there with someone after the same product. I invested my time into this and received nothing to show for it.

The associates are so patient and helpful. I asked that poor girl 100 questions about the sale and she never skipped a beat. She didnt hesitate to pull down sizes we needed. We were definitely struggling to find what we needed that night and I appreciated all of the guidance!

Ive always enjoyed Hot Topic however I havent seen the products that I used to enjoy the most which was genuine heavy metal t-shirts and goth jackets and the type of rings that expresses vampirism. Now the store seems to be directed towards kids and all the Harry Potter stuff which Im not against but theres is more to be offered. I think theyre hot topics should include all the stuff on the past and the new stuff thats being brought out make it equal and make it fair.

I love going there and shop. The mall is a bit far away from me, but I sometimes prefer to go there than buying online, since the store always has things on discount. I love that they have a fitting room, that even when it’s small, I can try things on before buying them and making sure that they are the perfect fit! The staff there is also very nice. They are always willing to help.

This place has really changed over the years, let me tell you.. nothing like it used to be. Probably the only remaining homage to the old store is the small corner of band shirts and somehow.. a bunch of Nightmare Before Christmas apparel lol - staff is super friendly though - its much brighter in there now days.. just dont expect to pick up the latest death metal CD while youre in there.

I love Hot Topic but man why do all stores have to be so darn small? You cant move around, you feel rushed because other people need to get past you. You want to look at certain things like for example: shirts are way up on the wall and if you have a display behind you, you cant step back to view the shirts on the wall without getting a crick in your neck. Its dark most of the time and you feel like your eyesight will give out at any moment. I like the products but dont like the store. Suggestion- if yall want to make wish lists for customers to write on, might it be best to relocate to a bigger store? Sometimes there are products we wish yall had, and some sections dont have enough retail. Its bits and pieces of whatever. I mean dont get me wrong we like to shop for certain products but there is plenty of room for improvement.

This is a very great store to get everything pop culture and music related. I usually get shirts from this store, but they have way more than that. the only con is the price of the shirts, in which in case one of them costs like $22. that is ridiculously insane. and it is without tax. I also love that they also sell wallet chains. they are a very cool accessory, and I will be coming back again soon.

Its a great store, and the people are always so nice. Its got great merch. Its a little pricey but that doesnt stop me from coming back.

My little sisters are teenagers, shopp this is their place. Hot Topic is loved by the whole family, though. Nice place! Its unfortunately tight quartered, and some if the merch is behind the sensors so they go off if you get too close to the window. Otherwise, great place!

The clothes and memorabilia are cool and the staff is always very helpful. If you are in a wheelchair, on crutches, etc. the store is not available to go into.

Well its like... whats the point? I mean, who even cares right? I walked in super hype to find some offbeat counter-culture clothing and merchandise but then all the racks of clothes and the tightly knit walk ways had me in a total mood. The air is cringey af. I needed to break out my quad fidget spinner just to handle the ness of this place. After I dyed my hair last week and put on some mainstream anime gear and got a tattoo of my favorite Harry Potter quote combined with my favorite Supernatural quote I figured I was ready to Hot my Topic. I wasnt... I was still a total weeb in this place. The salespeople were helpful af but I could taste the passive judgement in the air surrounding their fresh piercings. All in all I was filled with regret and left with a dark void of pointless attempts at happiness. Hot Topic is soo mainstream.

I am a big fan of the movie IT and my friend told me today that Hot Topic released a new exclusive -- Pennywise in the Gutter pop figure scene. I called around different Hot Topics and they were all sold out except for the store at Stonebriar Mall (they had 4). Excited... I told them I was on my way to pick up one . I drove from Dallas (about 45-55 mins) and when I got there... one of the ladies told me in a very smiley, cheerful demeanor... oh... we sold out... somebody bought them all 30 mins before you got here. Hot Topic Management - I know CASH IS KING and if YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE but do exercise some discretion. When you are selling an exclusive item -- please be mindful of your other customers. Why was it ok to sell 4 exclusive item to one customer? Wasted my time... Yup -- one star in my books.

Love the store. Not the best place to go if your claustrophobic but still an amazing place to find band merch.
