Tom was extremely rude. I bought a TI-84 from this location about a month ago. Today I came in needing a charger. I approached Tom, and asked where I could find one. His response was that we don’t carry them, put batteries in it. I showed him my screen that asked to plug the charger in. He than proceeded to past me off to another associate, with his last remark being, “even if it did, I can’t replace one you lost!” Now I never asked for a replacement, instead wanted to buy one, he than said “we don’t carry chargers.” The gentleman he passed me off to, however was Great, wish I had gotten his name. I do know he is a manager. He walked me over to the chargers, found the exact one I needed, and than help to purchase another calculator as I decided I needed a back up. Besides for Tom, everyone else was great

The print servicing at this specific Office Depot is AMAZING! Ally and Robert were so helpful. I work with Office Depots printing services weekly for my job. I live in Fort Worth but choose to travel all the way to Frisco for their services because they are top notch and always willing to help me!

Staff were great!The self serve copiers not so much. I have never in my life used copiers that were this slow. I worked at an Office Depot in 2013 and the printers were some how better performing then. Im not sure what is going on with these but it should not take 8 minutes to calculate the cost of a standard 6 page pdf. Maybe you need to get someone from Xerox out to service these things.If you need to get copies done go to the counter and ask the friendly staff to do it otherwise you will spend an abhorrent amount of time standing at the copier while you wait for it to decide to charge you the $2 or so dollars it costs. Even better do it ahead online so you can just pick them up and go.

Incredibly helpful staff!! Had a manufacturer issue with a pricey office chair I bought yesterday for my husband. Called the furniture department lead the same day and she was very understanding and allowed me to return the chair for a replacement. I visited this store three times yesterday and the guys who helped move the chair to my car and then move the defective one back inside and move the new chair back to my car were wonderful, thank you so much!! New chair worked out perfectly, no issues 👏

Gave this a five star because the staff super helpful and friendly. The male staff member even walked me over and helped me find the paper I needed.Store isnt the cleanest or most organized but the staff is the friendliest Id seen for a office supply store. Id recommend and come back.

Walked in and was in a rush, the employee stopped me at the door and asked what I needed. My mother and I were the ONLY two present in the store. This is how the conversation went:Me (in an obvious rush) a Cricut (which is a pretty well known art printer/cutter that Office Depot has had for a long time)Employee, looking very confused: “what’s that?”Me: “it’s a printer specific for crafting, I can find it”.I then try to walk past said employee, to which I am blocked similar to a “you shall not pass” situation. Clearly I was not going to get to actually walk around the store (which would’ve taken significantly less time)I am now being held hostage by this clueless employee while he interrogates me about the cricut. Asks me to pull up a photo on the internet (LITERALLY gave him the photo from the Office Depot website), and he remains utterly confused and says they don’t have it. He Asks for the reference number, I repeat it several times (pretty sure it was still wrong)…He then uses his little headset (similar to J. Lo in that one wedding movie) to call to whomever was in the back. Clearly he was feeling incredibly powerful at this moment.He waits a moment, I get visibly more annoyed, and a guy from the back shouts from across the store “AYYYYY YEAHHHHHH WE DONT HAVE THAT HERE”.The employee then repeats “sorry ma’am, we don’t have that here” as if I hadn’t just heard the thunderous Zeus voice from the depths of the empty aisle-ways.At this point it is feeling a little toolabyrinth-esc for me. I’m annoyed, my mother is afraid I’m about to lose it, and we both exit abruptly never to return to see tweedle-dee or tweedle-dum again.Y’all just go somewhere else. Trust me.

Went to use the self print area. Cluttered and dirty, a bunch of a hair (???) on the printer and on the floor.Blank-faced, unfriendly and unhelpful staff - especially whoever the manager was at the front on Sunday 5/23 at 5 o’clock. Not sure how that guy became a manager.Don’t go here if you expect any type of professional customer service.

Everyone is always friendly! The manager i think his name is Matt goes beyond to make sure staff is knowledgeable about products and services. Went to the one in plano it was the opposite of this location!

Processed an online order that was available for pick up today. I went in store and the lady couldnt find my order. I gave her my name 6 times, spelled it, then the order number, nothing. She finally called someone over for help after 10 minutes of her looking it up and the other guy was able to find it right away.She seemed uninterested in trying to help me, didnt say hello, goodbye, thank you, nothing. As soon as I walked away one of her coworkers came up to her and they started talking and laughing loudly.Im only giving them 2 stars because my custom order came out perfect.I would avoid this location for next time.

I am so thankful to Alex and the managers at the Office Depot on Preston Rd in Frisco. I had a major event coming up where I needed a large amount of printing material because of the size they didn’t have the capacity at their store since they only had one printer. However, I need the job in less than three days, and because of the size of my order, it was going to be completed at another location, and delivery would have been in 5 days (after my event). Alex and the manager rerouted my order to their location per my request they stay late, and they deliver my product in 1 day. Thank you for understanding true customer service and going above and beyond.

Called ahead for an office phone. Staff on phone said they had 2 in stock.I showed up promptly to purchase and they were completely sold out with no explanation.They even made me wait 15 minutes while the staff ran around in circles. Very unsatisfying experience.Two thumbs down.

Curbside Pickup is not that great. Had to call the store about the order since no one ever came out.

Poor customer service I went there to send a fax and nobody assisted me or asked me if I need help w the fax, i had to wait about 10 min for somebody to come and take my payment and lastly they rip me off with $22 for fax 12 pages!! Just wow I regret to not walked away and waited for somebody to take my Payment 👎👎👎👎

Had the worst experience. Went into this facility on Wed Feb 6, 2019 requesting the same service I received on the previous encounters. But the first thing this lady said was she couldn’t do what I was requesting. After asking her why she couldn’t help me she said she was new. She got someone else to help me after trying to make it seem like I was the problem. All I wanted was good customer service. Not someone telling me they can’t do what I’m requesting (even tho it had been done two times before). She tried to talk to me like I was less than which was offensive. She went right over to a Caucasian lady who was just as upset with her service and was talking to her as if she was Queen Elizabeth. I don’t want to make this racial but I think that had a lot to do with it. Hate I ever went here and roll never go back.

My only complain is the outrageous price to send each page of a fax. Close to $2 per page. So many places that do it free or MUCH cheaper. I went to a place less convenient but did it free.

The staff and experience at this location was fantastic! Particularly the young man Daniel. He knew everything about the printers. He explained it well, was patient and more than helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

Was looking for something specific but employees seemed to avoid offering help. Ran the other way. Found something that I wasnt looking for and almost didnt buy because they were too busy discussing a register issue to even acknowledge me. When I finally got their attention I was checked out with no apology for wait. Jeez, Im sorry to have bothered you Office Depot. Wont happen again!

So I go there last week to get some prints on some cardstock paper (from Michaels) and everything turned out fine. I come in today and they tell me no because of the paper not being safe for the printer... I dont understand, I literally was there last week, same prints, same paper & it worked out properly... Never again

The staff is very nice. They help their customers very well and have a nice happy appearance when I went there to get something printed. I would come here again.

I ordered an online wire bound presentation using my landscape photos which I uploaded. The price was around $35 and I ordered it online on a Saturday. It was confirmed that I would receive the presentation that Friday (5 business days later). I purchased it and waited for the package to arrive on Fri. It did not arrive Fri and it did not arrive Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon and the representative told me that the shipping date was pushed out another week (following Friday). They did not inform me nor would I have made this purchase had known it would have taken 2 weeks to ship. I now lost the project due to this and I will no longer purchase anything from Office Depot / OfficeMax. The representative just said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do. Dont buy anything from these guys! They can not be trusted...

One staff member told another to help me and another lady and she completely ignored us and went to someone that had just walked up. After she dealt with her she once again disregarded us both and started to walk away. She was extremely rude once i called for her attention and had an attitude when she gave me the information i requested. She definitely needs to be trained in proper customer service

Wide range of products and services, with very helpful staff. Got a great deal on 10 reams of quality multipurpose paper.

Good prices on some stuff but most of the sale items were out of stock. More staff standing around behind the counter doing nothing than there was on the floor to help customers. I dont shop here during the year so I had trouble finding the items I was shopping for and no one was around to assist. I ended up leaving with less than I came for because I couldnt find what I was shopping for. Target and Walmart got this right by having staff in the back to school section to help customers find what they needed.

Like walking into a Borders Bookstore during the final years before the chain was crushed by Amazon, going to Office Depot is like prematurely attending a wake for someone terminally ill who hasnt died yet. You can generally get what you need for office supplies here but its depressing to do so. The few staff seem to know it too. Unfortunately, this doesnt attract the most knowledgeable employees when you need help finding something (e.g. an ink cartridge for a particular printer). In other words, the place is functional but depressing.

The business printing side has a staff member that is absolutely rude and unhelpful wish I would have gotten his name to post. I was asking questions about printing invitations and envelopes and he was just not helpful or professional. STAPLES will continue to be my choice for printing my business needs. Mgt talk to that department they are there to answer questions and be helpful.

Been a loyal customer of office depot for years (particularly the Denton branch), but will not be going back to the Frisco store after my experience today. After some friendly chat about something I was buying, the cashier, an older man I did not know, asked if he could kiss me. The comment was inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. I will not be back to this store.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This place is filled with clueless employees. We went in around 10am to get 8 papers printed in color. 8 PAGES. SINGLE SIDED. Not even on special paper. We were greeted by a curly headed woman who if you’ve ever seen step brothers looks like the female version of Dale Doback. We had things to do so came back SIX HOURS later. Still no printed pages. After these six hours of no papers printed we were greeted by the same woman who now not only looks like Dale Doback but has about same IQ. We were told to walk around and wait and after 25 more mins had passed we approached the counter to ask for an update and she proceeded to say “I called your name but you weren’t near by so we sent your name to the back of the line again. We then proceeded to place an online order with Fedex print and picked it up within 15 mins... beyond disappointed.

I’ve thought about writing this review every time I leave the store and I’ve finally caved in. While the deals are great sometimes, this store is in bad shape. ANCIENT computer systems which make the checkout process take entirely too long. Internet is horribly slow so good luck using that if you need to look up anything. Just tried the apparently new pick up in store which holds your items in lockers..terrible first experience. My email should have had a QR code which it didn’t so we had to use a self-service computer they had set up nearby. It took 2 staff members 10+ mins to find my order (mind they had the order number and everything). I still couldn’t access my locker myself so the manager had to input all these codes to open it. Lastly, the store is so stuffy so be ready to sweat like a pig if you stay in there longer than 2 mins. All in all, this place needs improvement.

The staff in this store are very helpful. I did a mistake with my returns, but they did the best to help me out and complete the returns successfully

Just saw a pizza delivery guy drop off a large order here. I asked him how much of tip he got. Said he got stiffed. I know that look on his face. I used to be a pizza delivery guy. Very low class on this ODs part.

Friendly cashiers, helpful technology and copy center. Wifi is very slow, but all in all it was a good experience

They had most of the items I was shopping for. I found one employee that was very helpful.

No one really greets you or asks you if you need help. The one gentleman that did help me finally for a desk was very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find what I needed

Went in to purchase 4 chairs for my office, while inquiring about the most expensive chairs in the store, the gentleman just simply walked away WHILE I was talking and said, I got to go I got help another customer. Very RUDE!

Had a real good experience from the staff there. They were real helpful and cooperative when had to return a laptop.

Half of the time I go in it’s super slow and then I find out that they’re out of shipping labels. Every time I go in at least one person in line is frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

While buying office an chair my wife and I both got bit by mosquitoes inside of the store.
