This has been my go to place for Origins products for many years. They use to have a nice big store and moved around the mall ending up with a kiosk location. This location had the same staff with very little rollover for many years until the kiosk and now rollover is constant. Origins is discontinuing many of their products and replacing them, this is disheartening.

Great location with overall exemplary customer service and very informative advisors ready to help you start what ever regimen! I’ve enjoyed visiting and getting new products and have to say gift sets are awesome!!

Few months ago I visited the store and new girl was helping me( I worked for Origins for almost 6 years and I loved it, so when I go to stores now I expect see positive sales people) I asked the girl if she is new and if she loves it and she said :” its ok”, ok?!😳Yesterday I went to buy my foundation and she was there, she said my foundation was discontinued, I asked her what pretty in bloom does, the response was:” its foundation, girl, what do you think it does?”, I was:” ok, but what else does it do?”, she said that it has SPF and asked what do I mean, I told her that Plantscription used to be firming and lifting, what benefits this one has, she couldn’t say anything, I decided to go to different store where associates are more knowledgeable, I said bye to her and heart her saying about my attitude to her 2 other colleagues! Great lady!I know for sure I will never go back, as much as I love shopping in the store I will shop online and will tell my friends don’t go there! The store was empty all the time I passed it, no wonder! Its sad because my heart is still with the brand!
