Excellent taste and value. This is my go to place for fast burgers. Toasted buns, thick lettuce, thick tomatoes, nice sauce and cheese, good service and very thoughtfully packaged. Did I mention good value? Check out their prices. Recommended.

It was my first time at an in n out super friendly staff. Will come back if I am back in Dallas. Really enjoyed how fresh everything was from the tomato to the bread. Awesome job everyone

Hadnt been here in a while and biting into my burger made me realize I was in the wrong. In-n-out is seriously better than Whataburger, yeah, I said it. The meat is perfectly seasoned, the fries are fresh and AMAZING, the cheese is perfect, the veggies are CRISP. Everything is ALWAYS perfect. Love u in-n-out!!!

So, I think this is the best burger by any of the major burger joints. The right balance of ingredients. The fries are to only be eaten in, not for take out. Just not the same taste. If your a shake person, they also have the best shakes around. Service is consistent and very good. I visit most every week.

Burgers tastes way better Han other burger joints we tried so far. But recently observed that the bun size reduced. French fries here are the best.

First time in an In and Out burger. Customer service was outstanding. The burger was just ok, hence the 4 star rating, but as far as the Customer service experience, which is whats important to me, this place nailed it.

Better off going to McDonalds dollar menu. Price wasnt too bad. $21 for 3 meals. But food was disappointing, especially considering they literally only have 3 options. Hamburger, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger. Youd think they would have it perfect. Fries were limp and tasteless. Dont waste your time and money.

Excellent, excellent. First time here. Everyone raved about it and I was like they better come through! Well, they did!! And my sweetheart said the lemonade was on point! Not too sweet 💛 Everything was clean, tidy, professional! Love the simple menu! Rare to see that these days with businesses trying to please everyone by having EVERYTHING on a menu. Nice to see a chain maintaining their integrity!

Got to love In and Out. The burger was perfect. However, the extra crispy fries were not even crispy at all. It was mostly burnt than anything else. Some of the fries were floppy. I am from California, and this really disappointed for me to taste these types of fries. Maybe it was the person frying them, but I am not sure. I will give this place another go, but that is why it looses one point. I love in and out fries, and it is sad that it wasnt extra crispy.

Super clean. The service couldnt be better. They do get some really annoying requests and handle picky clients really gracefully. Definitely my favorite in N out spot.

We had 4 orders of French fries they were cold and old, dried out. When I talked to an employee about that and showed them but snapping them between Mt fingers they said so sorry, then went back to cleaning tables. As they were busy at this time fries should have been fresh and Not over cooked and dried out! My first time to visit and I will not give a second chance. Personal taking the orders deserve 5 STARS on just his personality and helpfulness. Food brings it down.

One of the best fast food burgers, ties with Sonic. The burger is juicy and the veggies are crisp. The secret sauce makes it taste a little different, however I would say they put too much sauce on it. The fries are like the frozen fries you get at a store. Ask for cheese on them to make them better. Still I would like crispier fries with more salt. Super good quick service, even with long lines.

Was on a near 8hr road trip and this was the perfect pick-me-up on our way. The animal style fries were super hot and fresh with perfect amount of topping. Nice staff and clean restaurant. What more could you ask for?

Delicious! Fries were fresh (cooked to order), and although burger patties are really small, the flavor is good. Shakes are always a hit. We love In-N-Out so much its a high point of our trip when were driving through Dallas from Albuquerque.

Always get great, friendly service here. They are one of the best in the whole food industry on cleanliness and customer service. Its actually one of the only fast food places where my family and many others I know felt comfortable getting food during the pandemic. Their touchless pay option and many other precautions that they have taken are very commendable. Every restaurant should follow their ways of doing things.

Fries were hot, burger was not. It was really busy inside but yet it seems the drive Tru moved a lot faster. We waited 20 minutes, (understandable being they were busy) for a cold burger obviously since they had been waiting on fries. I love in&out but this location isnt my favorite.

Not so happy this time around. Went inside to discover the outside customers was more important than the inside customers. Placed my order didnt mind at all.Waited 15.75 mins to get my order to discovered I had a sandwich and not a combo. Went back to cashier to let her know you did not ring me up correctly and I need my fries please. She states oh we have to charge you for those. I stated I dont but Im ready to go. Waited another 15 mins @ 7 :45 pm. Just made it home at 8:39pm. Should have went thru the drive thru.

The protein burger is so delicious. The lettuce wrapped burger is always a go to and never disappoints. Lettuce us always crisp, never wilted and covers the entire patty and then some.

I went there driving northbound on Preston, turned right on entrance, was about to turn left for drive through. I had always driven that way. A line of several cars were on opposite side. There were cars behind me and no sign indicating driving direction. It was difficult for me to go backward to get to the opposite line. I waited patiently, letting 3 cars in front to get into the drive through lane. After I had paid, the lady at order pickup window said there were 5 cars behind would get orders first and told me to go to the parking lot waiting for my order. I followed her request, but felt humiliated. Did the driver behind or the order lady call her? I didn’t mean to cut in line. The lady who brought me the order was nice.

Quick, friendly service, plenty of space on the patio, and clean facilities (even when theyre busy).At peak times, it can be a little tough to find an indoor table, but you wont wait for one long.Try ordering chopped chiles on your burger for a nice added kick. If youve been to an In-N-Out, you know what this one is like.

Listen up...it is tradition for Okies (I can say that as I am one) to stop in when in Dallas. Its delicious...period. I flew down to buy a car (yes, thats my new car that I bought) and for some In-N-Out. Just go, its good...real good.

Clean location. Friendly and efficient staff. My double double burger was good. The fries werent as done, or crispy, as i like. They were rushing to take care of lunch crowd.

The guy helping us at the counter (Josh) was AMAZING. Patient, polite, super helpful. But they werent cleaning the tables between customers, though they were really on top of other things like the trash. The food was good (not great) but there are only 3 things on the menu. We customized every one of our burgers and they all came out correct, but having such a small menu usually makes a place super quick and this place wasnt. That being said, it was fairly busy and they make it fresh, so its kind OK waiting. If you think of it that way (its not just sitting around waiting to get shoveled at a customer) its kind of nice. On the other hand, you literally only serve hamburgers. You could have the meat ready since you had a very steady stream of customers. I feel comfortable with my 4 stars.

Moving from NY to Texas has been a wild ride, but just to live closer to this establishment makes it all that much more worth it. Small menu only allowing room for QUALITY items. Fast service always even when it’s packed (which it will be) and the staff inside is as close to “chic-fil-a” nice as you’ll find. Love showing off my delicious double doubles to friends and family back home, they can’t stand it. 5/5

I felt bad paying because all I had on me at the time was a $100 bill. Their burgers and fries were amazing! I went to the fair afterwards and almost threw up on a few people but hey, gotta get my target practice in somehow.

Im originally from Southern California and have lived in various places over the years due to military service. I now travel quite a bit and have made it a point to stop at this location while traveling through the Dallas area. They are polite and provide a great experience. The only issue I had is they seemingly are intentionally deceptive about their hours. The door says they open at 10:30 AM when they actually opened at 10:00 AM. I asked an employee what time that open and was told they open at 10, but advertise 10:30 to allow time for prep which I find to be odd and deceptive. Due to traveling from another state heading home I arrived early and sat outside waiting only to find I was sitting outside for nothing due to this weird practice. Also, I saw a few people drive by and kept going after reading the hours on the door. So, keep in mind this place actually opens at 10:00 if you are planning an early visit.

Excellent burgers with perfectly cooked beef and lots of condiments. I do like a wet burger. However, I know that many will disagree with me, but the fries are just not very good. I realize they are made from fresh potatoes and the seasoning is tasty, but the fries seem under cooked and just mushy. Keep in mind, I have never been a fan of something like smothered or chili cheese fries. As far as Im concerned, you might as well order mashed potatoes. A french fry should crisp, crunchy on the outside and creamy potato on the inside with a hint is salt. I would rather eat two burgers and hold the fries, because in the end, it is probably the same calories and fat content. In-N-Out burger will never change their menu, it is their mantra, but I hope they can figure how to cook the fries just a little better.

Great quality! The service here is amazing, lovely folks always willing to get your order to you. The restaurant itself is well maintained, the inside tables and outdoor area are clean and always appealing to sit at. As for food, pure quality. I always get a double double burger, fries, and a chocolate shake. To start with the burger, it’s amazing. The meat is always perfectly done, the secret sauce is always well present, and the ingredients are well incorporated to ensure no overflow. The fries taste great, although sometimes they add too much or too little salt. That is not a concern of mine though, as it is more of a variable thing as to how much salt they have. The shakes are really delicious, with a smooth and creamy texture that is always great to wash down with a meal. Due to Covid, we do not use their soft drink area, but they offer a great variety of drinks and beverages for customers. 10/10 would recommend, some of the best and most affordable burgers in town!

I had never had in n out and honestly didnt know what I was getting into. They are really well done burgers not fufu food or anything just honest good burgers and fresh potato fries. I really enjoyed the experience. Very nice staff also. I kind of wish we had one closer to home.

Excellent service! Everyone is super nice and attentive, in particular the staff in the drive thru who were on top of everything. The line was pretty long but they had a system in place to get things moving and the system worked in perfect synchrony. The order was complete, very well packaged and the quality of the food was outstanding. Thank you very much to the gentleman at the window around 6pm who gave me my order and made my day by being extremely nice and helpful. The staff in this location makes the difference, keep up the good work!
