It’s funny when visitors say I love your door and I say yep that’s where I got it from - Love that Door. Did the transom a few years later and what an addition to complete the full beautiful entrance to my home. This review is 3 years later and the door is in perfect condition - it’s an iron what could you expect. it still looks and swings as if the house was originally built with it and it was not an after thought/addition. Swings perfectly install was perfect with no additional cleanup after the installers left the door and the transom install. Love the metal screen when opening the doors window with the door locked and secure. Make sure your choice has a metal screen opening window. Other vendors leave off for a cheaper experience. This is an investment I’m absolutely positive will provide curb appeal second to none. My original wood door faded and required maintenance every year - no more with an iron door. Wow factor *****

We had a terrific experience dealing with the LTD-Frisco staff and contractors for our replacement door. The design team was happy to craft multiple layout versions from our hand drawings until we were satisfied. The global supply chain slowdown created an 8-month start-to-finish project but the LTD interim communication by office staff was timely and professional. The install was not perfect the first time out but the LTD response, site visit inspection and adjustment made it right. The final product, after pant touch-up, is stunning. We would certainly refer others to LTD.

Great Experience. So we finally bought a metal front door. Been wanting one forever. It was installed Saturday and it is perfect. The process was smooth and we love that the door can be customized any way you want. They will be painting the trim inside and outside to match the door (included with the purchase) then it will look even better. See our before and after pics. I bought a door from them two years ago and the whole door is starting to rust and discolor. They refuse to stand behind their product even though it says they have a 10 year warranty. Please think twice before buying from them they wont stand behind their product.

The staff, at all levels, from sales to final touch-up were wonderful, respectful, and extremely helpful. The door features are as promised. We enjoyed the ability to create a custom door that we could design to match our style. They gave great suggestions and kept us informed at every stage of the process. All questions were answered quickly during the design phase and beyond. The door looks great - like it was always there. They did a superb job matching trim to door and installation was seamless with a team that knew exactly what they were doing. We went with this door to replace a wooden double front doors after storm damage - we can be assured nothing will destroy this door! We removed the double door with glass eyebrow above and replaced with taller iron door which created a much more elegant look for our entry. I would recommend!

Our door was a faux french door that with a good push you would have been able to open it. We had purchased a LTD previously and the quality was excellent. Right after they started opening businesses we decided to inquire about a replacement for this faux french door. LTD listened to our needs, showed us options and when one of our key items was to have clear glass for the side panels but we needed to be able to shutter them, LTD came up with an innovative solution as you can see in the photo. These are not shutters, but steel panels that close and lock.The installation team has a can do attitude, they came in to install and asked if we had any questions and before we knew it the door was installed. Within days LTD scheduled their finishing team and again, what a professional team! One of the finishers had worked on our first door and remembered it. They also kept us informed of their progress and (this was important to me) they were not happy with the way one of their touch-ups were so they got with me and said they wanted to retouch it until they felt it was correct. I could not see the flaw, but they pointed it out and proceeded to get it right.This get it right seems to be the attitude of LTD both times we have purchased doors from them. We had a great experience both times with them and if we do our third door, they will be the first we call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOVE THAT DOOR! Since we built our house almost 13 years ago, we have had issues with our large wooden, windowless front door. The door itself looked nice and fit the look of the house but after having it re-hung several times, it continually had issues closing and had become a real pain! We looked at Love that Door, read about their turnkey model which we loved and the pictures of the doors on their site were beautiful. We decided to take the plunge and start the process. From start to finish, the process was great and the people were professional. They spent all the time we needed to make sure we understood the timing, the process and chose a door that we would be happy with. We counted the days until the new door came. When it did, the installers were amazing! The install was flawless, they even painted the outside trim to exactly match the iron door! We could not be more pleased and still stare in awe at our new gorgeous door (with a window) every time we walk by!

We had to replace a custom sized double wooden door with glass inserts which got direct sun. It was awful trying to get a door until our Realtor suggested Love that door. The owner came out, took measurements and everything went pretty smoothly from there. The staff is great and everything is well documented and explained to you. The install went well and we are very happy. We already put an order in for a second smaller door. I don’t think I will ever go with a wood door again.

We had a custom door made and installed. We were worried because the door trim was a stained wood that just did not go with the iron door. The painter was able to match the door frame paint exactly to the iron door and it looks so good. It updated the entire room.

We ordered an arched iron door from LTD and were very pleased with it. Initially, it took a little longer than expected, due to Chinese New Year. However, when it finally came in, we loved it! It is definitely a beautiful investment to our home. LTD came out twice after the initial installation and were quick to resolve any issues we had with the door and framing.

The designer made a CAD design to a proper scale and we signed off on it before the design went to China to be custom made.It takes several months for the door to be made and shipped to Texas. The office had already informed us what to expect would be done and how long it would take, so we werent surprised when a truck with a crane pulled up to install our doors! They replaced my single wooden door with sidelights and a brick header with double metal doors with scrollwork and glass above, in a 16 foot high structure that was installed as one unit.. The finished product is spectacular, and is the talk of the neighborhood. From start to finish, everyone in the company from the office personnel, the installers, the brick mason and the finish and trim guys were true professionals and craftsmen that really took pride in there work. It was a long process, but everything is custom made, and they really kept me informed every step of the way with pictures, e-mails and phone calls. I couldnt be happier!

They have a great variety of options available and are willing to customize to a great extent. Pretty good value for the Double Door, Transom and Sidelights that we got installed. They kept us updated with the progress regularly. Installation was done with an eye on the details. Any concerns that I had during install were taken into account and resolved (per building code in Texas). Stucco guys accommodated my suggestion for modifying the design at no extra charge. The installers went above and beyond by providing me even the custom trim for interior which was not part of the contract. Warranty offered gives us peace of mind, in case anything goes wrong, we could have that resolved. We do Love the Double Iron Door, Transom and the Side-Lights we got installed.

Great service. Two things I love about them is that you can design your own idea and they can make it. Also, my top favorite is the open glass option with a magnetic screen. Every day the weather is nice, I open the glass and let the fresh breeze in our home. It’s awesome! No one else offers that in dfw. Overall we had a good experience and truly do Love our front door. Manufacturing takes a little longer than anticipated, however the finished product is worth the wait.We had some difficulty in the beginning with the door latching and not popping back open due to the weight of the door . This was mostly us getting used to shutting the door properly.We have had the door for approximately a year and a half. It has been great through all weather both hot and cold . The door continues to look as good as the day it was installed.

Ordered a door from the Grapevine location after seeing it at a local home improvement show. The door did take a long time to get due to the plant being in China but came in perfect condition. The door is without a doubt the most solid and best built door you can buy. Have had it for 2 years now without any issues. It is a very heavy and solid door and will surely outlast the house I have it installed on. If I ever move again I will be getting another one of these doors. Also one note, the guys that installed the door did a flawless job.

I just love my new front door. I was able to remove all of the silly side window and top window from over the door and i now have a 9 foot tall, 4 foot wide custom door that is a WOW focal point of my home. It lets in great light and a great draft when the glass is open. I could not be happier a year out from install of my door.

Even after making the purchase decision, everyone (sales, installer, painter/touchup, billing) always came across friendly and personable, even though I bombarded them with multiple questions and changes along the way :-) Anyhow, they just finished my door and I couldnt be happier.

The entire team at LTD was great! We worked with the guys in Grapevine when we decided that we wanted an Iron door (we were referred by family that had an LTD at their new house). We showed the salesman photos of the custom brand we wanted to incorporate in the design and he helped us build around it, suggesting which styles would work best etc. The design drawings LTD created were spot on! After approving the design the lengthy wait was almost unbearable... once the door had been completed and we got the call to schedule the install the scheduling girls made every effort to accommodate my Husbands travel schedule to ensure he could be home to answer questions if anything came up. The field install team hit a bit of a road block when they arrived and learned the door was being installed into a metal barndominium but nonetheless they all worked together to power through the set back and our door is amazing. The Touch up tech was outstanding as well!All the girls in the office were helpful and attentive. It’s safe to say that The Green’s LOVE THAT DOOR!

Their doors are beautiful and they pay attention to you until they get your money then....... no customer service!!! Called four times leading up to my installation and NEVER had a returned phone call. Even spoke to a human one time and left a message, still ...nothing. Horrible.

Door was 6 week later than promised. Installers damaged our hardwood floors, never came back to complete the install. We had to hire our own professionals to finish and repair the damage. Sad, because the door itself it really pretty.

Six months after making down payment still waiting on door installation. After my initial payment they were slow getting specs to me, slow in making order, numerous delays in shipment and have now canceled the install the morning of the install. The company is a joke for a company selling a premium product. The premium was limited to the sales and stopped after I made the 50% initial payment.

Rude, do yourself a favor stay far away from this business. Bad!
