Awesome experience. Professional. Came within an hour when my car was trapped in garage after garage door spring snapped. I had another company called DFW Pro Garage doors come out first and the tech was shady and told me it would cost over $800! ProStar was honest and did not try to upsale me. $350 for new spring and new metal strut and labor. Call them first!

Alright, alright, alright. Yes, I waited to the last possible moment to call the garage guy to fix our issues with one of our garage doors. I practically waited until it was falling off because it needed to be fixed. But me being one of those typical dads, I waited to the last moment. Basically the door would not open because of the panels were damaged and I had to get it fixed quickly or my vehicle was stuck in the garage. I called up several garage doors businesses and they either werent available until a week later, or they wanted to charge me a fee to show up and just take a look.Luckily, I found ProStar Garage Doors and gave them a call. They told me they would have someone at my place the following morning. Little did they know that I was in a serious, garage situation and I would have paid just about anything to get the door fixed ASAP. But no, they were real professional and didnt even charge me a fee to take a look and write up an estimate.The next morning one of their guys showed up with a Ford F250 pickup ready to tear away my door if he had to. Lucky for me he didnt need to do that. He just took a quick look, told me what he would do to fix it, gave me a price, and in less than an hour he was done. The final cost was very reasonable since he didnt charge me an emergency fee or anything like that. My garage door was fixed, quieter than before, and works great.The great thing I like about these small companies is that the people that work there care. Its clique, but when you just call up some large garage repair business you get in the queue for the next contractor that shows up. When you deal with small companies, they have long-term, skin in the game. You can see it in the quality of the work they do and the people that they send to represent them. I highly recommend these guys.

Brandon was great! Our garage door bent and went out last October and I’m so glad we called him. Fixed it in no time! Then, our third door garage went out this October. We knew exactly who to call! I had an issue with unwanted creatures (a rat) getting into my garage because of the bottom door seal and it had not been replaced in the very long time (that means never) and a little bit of it was missing, know that I knew how they were getting in I had to have it replace ASAP.Brandon was able to come out the same day, was so incredibly friendly, because my door track was so old and had a bit of a warp in the plastic it took him a bit longer to do and bit more difficult, yet he still did it like it was no big deal and did not charge me more. I still got the best price, beating the other 5 places I called and even better customer service than I would have expected.In fact I called my next door neighbor to tell him about the work I was having done and Brandon was able to take care of his issues after mine. His only took about 15 mins to do the same job as mine that took 40 minutes because his track was newer and made of aluminum and not warped plastic.Call ProStar to come fix your issues, Especially if you live in Frisco Texas, this company is Owned by a 3rd generation Frisco Resident.I will definitely be using ProStar for any needs in the future!
