We used Premier Grilling to build our outdoor kitchen and it was an excellent experience. They offered good suggestions to help us get what we wanted within our budget and the project turned out very nicely. The mason they used was an artist and blended new brick into our homes existing brick seamlessly. You’d think it was original. Highly recommended.

These guys are the real deal. I went in for a brisket smoking class that they offer in-person in the back of the store. instructor was able to demonstrate and teach with patience while sharing simple, but priceless information. I later smoked my best brisket ever. the store has everything you could need, rubs, grills, smokers, knives, probes. great to have them in the neighborhood.

I can not recommend this place enough, it has everything you need. Please give this place a try! Buy a grill, a few rubs, wood, even some meat here to make your wildest dreams come true. Take a class and learn the secret sauce of good cooking!

Went here looking for gifts. Was going to get a cast iron skillet. But they no longer had the one I was looking for. So luckily I found another item to give as a gift. We also checked out the seasonings. They have a yum select. Will be back to get what I need to make some grilled chicken.

The store and staff are great. But be aware if you need their service team to install be advised that my frustration was off the charts. Website only for scheduling. Email conversation only. If you choose to use, contact weeks prior to install for parts ordering, etc and schedule for day you want. Good luck.

We bought a Green Mountain Grill and the first time we tried to use it there was a problem. Damian and Shaun went above and beyond to resolve the problem very quickly. Excellent customer service before and after the sale!! They were 100% correct.... best grill ever👍👍👍

Friendly, quick and courteous. Bought a Kamado Joe Jr. Took about a week to come in. Didnt have to carry a thing out of the store. They carried and loaded everything. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I do not know what has happened to this company. I have had Premier Grilling do a lot of work at my home. They put in an outdoor kitchen with fireplace a few years back and we could not have been happier with the professionalism, service and quality of work. Just over a year ago I had them add a pergola and we decided to add a polycarbonate cover to the top. There were red flags as the work for this project was not done at the level of the 1st project, and I had to repeatedly have them come back and re do the work until it was done correctly. The polycarbonate has recently come loose and I have repeatedly called over the last 6 weeks to promises of follow up only to be disappointed time and time again. Today with the wind a significant portion of the top completely ripped off and went into my neighbor’s yard. They have children and we were so fortunate that no one was outside and got hurt, or damage to their property. I am beyond disappointed with the amountof money I have spent with this company to be to be treated like this by the owners. I will absolutely no longer recommend them. I see many others are having the same issues with service and quality. This the 1st time I have ever written a review online. I hope others heed the warnings of this company

I cannot put into words how great this team is. They have all the skills and knowledge to answer any grilling question. They carry only the best grills, grilling accessories and even carry the hard to find Wyagu Beef. I recently placed a purchase at my local Premier Grilling on El Dorado. I received a phone call within an hour since the local store didnt have one of the items I ordered for same day delivery. We did a product exchange for the item quickly over the phone and I had my items within 2 hours promptly delivered to my house. Great service and quick delivery.

Awesome store they have everything you can want as it relates to grilling! They don’t try to sell something just because it’s new to the market. Steak was excellent however fresh fries were or tasted like one from supermarket. It’s like wearing $10K suit but also wearing a value priced shirt from Walmart. There should be a balance.

The Frisco location has an incredible demo kitchen and they bring in some of the top chefs and BBQ Pit Masters in Texas to hold training classes. These guys will teach you how to really use your grill, Green Egg, or Kamado Joe. They have price points for everyone from basic to the best you can buy. Went for the cooking class. For $100, you get a tiny piece of lettuce, a very thinly sliced piece of brisket, a 2 square inch piece of baked potato and a two inch long piece of banana with a tablespoon of ice cream - bananas foster. The instruction was acceptable, but a 4 hour class over lunch should include a decent lunch. Having fast food on the way home...

Great BBQ store over in Frisco. Super knowledgeable staff that enjoy and have a passion for their work. Tyler was great to work with and helped me pick out a Big Green Eg XL. I had a lot of questions and he helped with all of them and didnt try to upsell accesories. Great place! I will be back to get more seasonings and charcoal in the future.

I discovered Premier Grilling after I purchased MY BIG GREEN EGG. Timing was not everything on my part because PG offers free delivery/set up if you take a class. The classes offered cover a huge range of grilling/smoking topics and the instructors are top notch (let alone they bring in great Chefs from local areas and lands far away)!The classes are super fun, interactive and very informative! You get to sample great food, drink some great local craft brewery beers (if you are so inclined) and learn that you too can be a star in your own indoor or outdoor kitchen.I highly recommend the classes, the store (for any grilling/smoking/yeti needs) and the staff!

When youre buying a cheap Char-Broil grill, it really doesnt matter if you just run out to Wal-Mart.When youre buying a game-changer temperature-accurate, double-walled 304 stainless steel, automated wood pellet grill - you need to be dealing with guys like Chad at Premier Grilling.Chad not only walked me through the different options and helped me pick the right grill - he also personally helped me out when something went wrong with my grill model, getting replacement parts from the manufacturer and installing them himself.In the end, you want to count on people, Premier Grilling is smart enough to hire old-school, stand-up guys like Chad who are spending their weekends grilling just like you and who take it personally to make sure you have an awesome experience.Dont mess around - go to Premier and ask for Chad.

Worked with Premier Grilling in Frisco to order a grill that I had been eyeing for quite some time. Ultimately, the grill was not in stock, and the manufacturer was not able to deliver any of the product to the store within my buying timeframe. When I called, Shane made every effort to ensure I was updated on the timing and ultimately went out of the way to ensure I was satisfied with what his store had to offer.

Bought a grill and sideburner from Premier Grilling. After-sales service was impeccable. Showed up to clean, polish, and fire-up the grill after the contractor left. Most other stores wouldve been done after you hand over your credit card. Premier Grilling came out to ensure everything worked and was in perfect condition. They, not me, found a minor cosmetic issue with the grill. One of the partner owners personally worked with the manufacturer to have the issue rectified. The manufacturer wound up giving me a brand new grill.Very impressed with their commitment to customer care. I would highly recommend them!

Premier grilling has so many great seanonings and accessories that have been great gift ideas for friends and family.

Premier Grilling is incredible. Our house got electrified by high voltage power and fried many appliances, including our outdoor refrigerator. I originally called BBQ Galore who I had bought the refrigerator from, but they were zero help and dealing with their service was beyond brutal. On a whim, I went to Premier Grilling and after they walked us through every refrigerator, we decided on a True. Jarron came out, installed it (we had a slight height issue), and it looks and works fantastic. I cannot be happier with Premier Grilling - Frisco and I will never go back to BBQ Galore even though BBQ Galore is only a couple miles from our house. Jarron just did an amazing job with the stone work.

The Sewell of barbeque retailers. If you live in Dallas you know Sewell car dealerships are known for their impeccable customer service and Premier Grilling is right in the same ball park as Sewell. Bought a new Lynx 42 inch grill with all Trident infrared burners back in June. It was delivered and the guys accidentally bent one of the supporting pieces that was welded when they took it off the pallet. Now I have a 6500 dollar grill(before the August price increase) that the drawers will not slide out. Called Zach the store mgr. at the Frisco location where I bought it and he immediately got me in touch with Roscoe the warehouse mgr. After a little trial and error it was determined they would replace it and they did. It took a couple weeks but it did get here and the 2 guys Enrique and Jared really shined in the delivery process. They went beyond to make sure I was happy. Even shined it with steel polish. Had a bump in the road but It was handled the way I would have done it. Great customer service and not to mention.... what a grill!Thanks Guys!
