They have the most different snowglobes. They use to be all over Dallas, but not anymore. The young lady that helped me was awesome! Delilah is a jewel!

Bought a humidor at this location and got to meet Dee the manager there. She really went well above and beyond! It is hard to find amazing customer service these days, From initially picking out the humidor, selecting the font for the engraving and then shipping it direct to my brother, they knocked it out of the park!

Taylor is amazing. My pieces look awesome. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my engraving needs!!

Asked a simple question got a rude response. Answered the phone very dead pan and robotic. If someone is unhappy with their job, no one is forcing you to be there then quit. One employee with a great attitude and phone etiquette is twice as valuable than an unhappy one who doesn’t take pride in their work.

Taylor helped me today to pick a notebook with pen set and design the font and style. She was Very helpful fast and sweet. I am satisfied with the final look.

Where do I even start?! 😍 Dee, new to Texas as she may be, has got some BIG southern style hospitality! She made me feel comfortable bringing a very special piece of jewelry from home to be engraved (it was for a Mother’s Day gift, and with only three days until the holiday, I wasn’t sure I’d make it in time). She was knowledgeable about the engraving process and helped me find the perfect font for my bracelet. Upon first inspection, she asked if I would allow her 48 hours to complete the work, and I said this would be fine since I still had three days until I needed the bracelet back for my gift. I was AMAZED when she texted me at 5 PM the very next day that it was completed (I had dropped it off 10 minutes til close the night before)!!!!! When I went to pick it up, there it was! Shiny and ready to be gifted with my chosen phrase carefully engraved on the front and back. Incredible service, incredible value, and done in a flash! I’ve never wandered into a Things Remembered before, but thanks to Dee and her sunny personality and hard work, it’s a place I won’t soon forget! Thank you 🙂

Romey helped make my best friends necklace so special by engraving an E on a pendant for me. She was ecstatic when she opened it and his customer service was the best I have seen in a long time. For some reason thats hard to find these days, he is a great manager and Ill be back to do more personalized gifts for Christmas or other occasions.

I cannot rate this location high enough. Their customer service during the holiday season was outstanding. The script on the snow globe I purchased was extremely hard to read so they made a new one quickly and with super service. When I went to put the pics in, I noticed the snow globe had a bubble in it and was leaking! I ran it back up to the store and they gave me a new one with the engraved plate and were so nice and accommodating! I will always go back to this location to buy those special gifts!! They were amazing! I had help from quite a few of the women that worked in the shop and they were all amazing!! 3 times and 3 awesome experiences despite the craziness of the holidays and issues with the product.

Edwin helped me choose a gift for a friend. Not friendly at all and seemed like no one wanted to help out. When it came time to check out, the girl at the register was rude too. When the receipt printed out, instead of handing me the receipt in my hand, Edwin just threw it by me, on the counter.I have shopped at this store before (I work in the mall) so I was surprised to see this behaviour when Ive been treated good before.

I made a purchase and had accidentally missed spelled something. When I went to exchanged they offered me a new item for free! but they did not have the plaque I needed so they sent me to another store. When I got to the sore I realized the manger from the Frisco store had delivered my order personally to the Willow bend store in Dallas! I was amazed!!That is amazing costumer service. They have a costumer for life :)

I went to a different location where I had accidentally written the wrong thing for my engraving. I called this store, asked a million questiona and got a millions answers in result. They were absolutely amazing. They even switched out my damaged box as this is for a Christmas gift. It’s the Christmas season so I hated being a pain but they took care of me and gave me all of their attention. Great customer service. My wife and I spent $800+ dollars at this store over the course of 2 transactions ($300+ and $500+) in a week for our wedding. Champagne flutes, cake cutting tools, and gifts for my groomsmen. We signed up for their Rewards program giving us $10 to spend in the store for every $100 we spent in the store. Not once were we told that our rewards would expire. Aside from this omission, our service was good. We got a phone call at 8:30 PM the day before one of the two sets of rewards was to expire, and the second set was to expire 1 week later. We went online the next night to try to find and customize a couple small things for our new house. Lo and behold, their website wont let us use the rewards because its not working. We call their customer service number to ask if there is anything to be done, since we were never told in the first place that our points would expire. They said they would place a note on our account that the first reward amount would be usable through the expiration of the second one, one week later. Instead of trying to deal with their website, we just went to the store at this mall. What do you know? They cant find this note. But theyll go ahead and reissue the rewards but it takes two weeks (what?). But they cant reissue the ones that expires in a week, making it impossible to use them together. Like I said, great customer service until its time for them to keep their promises. Then they treat you like an idiot. Dont waste your money here. They dont care about their customers. I hope this store goes out of business and their employees end up working at McDonalds.

Clearly this store does not care about their employees or their applicants. My husband applied to this business 2 days ago for a management position. Got a call for a face to face interview yesterday, then showed up for his interview today 3/9/17 only to find out it was a bait and switch interview truely for an hourly position. I gave this company a one star because there was no option for a no star review. I invite anyone applying for this business to check out the reviews about the employee conditions prior to applying here. You have lost my business indefinately...and thats a shame because I purchase many items from here.
