We remodeled a 54 year old home. The small bath went from an old sliding glass door for the shower and in the master bath we totally changed the layout to create a self-standing tub an a separate 8ft wide double shower.We were thrilled out the outcome!!. The planning was easy and end result is amazing!

Very disappointed. I opted with Liberty Glass because of the recommendations by neighbors on Nextdoor. I was rather happy when I had them come out and measure. The owner, Rhett, was polite, quick and knowledgeable.My frustrations quickly piled up on day of install when the glass they brought with them was the wrong size. So I had to wait another 10 days for them to recut the glass.Upon the second attempt to install the glass - I knew something was wrong. The young kid kept going out to his truck and making phone calls. Probably unsure about something. Anyway after a few hours my 2 panel shower was done.Immediately after, I inspected the shower. The glass was never cleaned or wiped down. When they drilled into my tile they made a mess everywhere. They attempted to clean up the dust with some spray can and all they did was smear and stain my white caulk along the shower floor. The kid who installed my door was a total amateur and smeared the silicone on the wall. Some of the silicone is smeared almost 2cm away from the actual glass. It looks horrible, very sloppy.I spoke to the owner directly about all these problems and I was made certain his “best guy” would come out and fix the issue. It’s been about 3 weeks since we spoke on the phone and no one from his company has bothered to call to set anything up. So now I’m leaving this review.I do not recommend Liberty Glass. It’s unfortunate because I am starting my master bath project which is about 3x the size and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst Experience ever! Cannot be trusted, gave an estimation and commitment and held us for almost a week to communicate back that they are not taking the work and this is only after we sent an email asking for an update.

I first used Liberty Glass and Mirror few months back for the frameless shower door in one of the bathrooms and they were very professional (all work done on time and with quality). So when the time came to redo the second bathroom this month, they were the first choice for us. The work was again completed on time. The teams, which come to do the installations, are absolute professionals and I really like the way they perform their work and make sure that the work place is clean.

Received liberty as a referral from a good friend, and was not disappointed. The initial consultation was informative and pressure free, and helped me adjust my design to better suite the shower in a way I wasnt thinking of. The delivery timeline was much quicker than any other company I looked at, and the team kept me updated. The install was smooth and flawless, the guys kept the workspace clean and tidy, and were checking in with me before moving furniture, opening exterior doors, or using any outlets. Consummate professionals who did an outstanding job!! I will 100 % recommend and use liberty glass again for any projects in this house or future Homes.

The shower door started pulling off from the wall in a few months. However, liberty would not do anything except giving me a couple of handyman contacts. Disappointed and surprised that they have such a high google rating.

Liberty glass is dishonest and poor customer service. They replaced some fogged windows 5 years back. The same window is again fogged up. Liberty denied it was their window and offered to replace at TWICE the original cost. So I found receipt proving it was their window! Then they say it maybe their window but it is out of warranty. Industry standard is 10 years for warranty... Liberty said their windows are only warranted for 5 years. And mine was just out of warranty by a couple months. I asked given it is was their windows could they offer at least some better pricing in support of the their product and service. Nope they still want to charge me double the original cost even though it was their product and service that failed. Please do not trust Liberty. I am sure a lot of their positive review are fake.

I just had Liberty Glass install a new seamless glass shower and it looks amazing!! Michael and his team did a great job installing it. Cannot wait to get the other 2 showers done!

Best work ever! Perfect glass door for new bathroom shower, gorgeous frameless glass door, impeccable work!!!! Professional crew, everything done to perfection. Also a large bathroom mirror was installed, measured to perfection and again perfectly done. Very neat work, and overall very high standard of workmanship. Do not call any other company for this type of very specialized work. Matt, Daniel and Ray are not only courteous but also demonstrated a very high level of expertise in their field.

I would not recommend them to any one. Two years ago we got a frame less shower installed, the door keeps pulling away from the wall. At the time of installation they said the installation comes with lifetime warranty. But they still charged close to $200 dollars to fix it, telling that it does not come under the warranty, bottom line they will come up with some reason to charge you but they will tell you it is lifetime warranty at the time of installation.I want to give a response to the reply from the owner.I want the people looking at the reviews to get good sense of what kind of service they will get, so that they can make an educated decision.At the time of installation they never told me that the door will pull away from the wall. It happened after 9 or 10 months after the installation.Then I asked about the door pulling away from the wall they told me that I have to hire a drywall contractor that they refer (they never mentioned any kind of their own charge), when I got quote from the contractor they referred, he gave me an estimate with very high price and then I took quotes from 3 other contractors and all of them gave estimates for about half the price, it is no brainer why the estimate from their referral was so high. When I told them that I am hiring a different contractor and not their referred one, then they got upset and told me that I have to pay $185 (all that is involved is to remove the door one day and put it back after few days later, I could have done that myself, did not know what was involved), and I argued that it should come under warranty, they would not agree. I called them 2 or 3 times in a span of about a week or so to explain why the problem should come under their warranty. They blocked my phone number just for asking warranty service (go figure what kind of a company is this, blocking the phone number of a customer, I called few times it would disconnect after a ring). I had to search internet to find another phone number of the company to call them to pay their charge and get the work done, as I had an appointment with another drywall contractor. This is one of the worst company I have seen so far with regard to customer service. Never going to call them again.

This company is first rate. They know there glass. I have used them for years.

Liberty Glass was contracted by WestShore homes to complete our custom shower. They were fast and produced excellent work. We contacted them a week after completion to add some sweeps and they showed up the next day and completed the task. They definitely know what they are doing and I will always use them for custom glass in my we areas.

We broke our bathroom mirror and got a new one on our own but was afraid to cut and install it ourselves so I called Liberty Glass and Mirror to see if they could help us out. Everyone I spoke with was amazing. The person that booked the appointment was helpful with questions that I had. Daniel and Mark were the two that came to do the installation. I wasnt sure how much to cut off of the mirror but they gave suggestions based on the size of the vanity and the overhang of the towel rack. They were right! They installed it and it looks amazing!! They were very friendly, professional and obviously experts in their field. They gave me a tip on our shower glass which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond. They are not just workers there to install. They are people that are truly there to provide a service to ensure the customer is happy. I highly recommend this company and Daniel and Mark!!!

Wonderful experience with Liberty Glass & Mirror from start to finish. They came out for a free estimate, measured my space, and provided an estimate with no obligations. They followed up a month later to see if I was still interested but I didnt feel any pressure to commit. I called a few weeks later and paid the 50% deposit to start the process. They kept me informed of the process (e.g. ordering, arrival of glass, and installation). Ray and Daniel came out and did a great job of the installation. Cleaned up after themselves, explained the warranty and how to clean the glass. Thanks for the great experience.

Still have not heard a whisper or seen a response to my request. my mistake. they replied promptly but it went to spam. we now have a time set for providing an estimatework completed! outstanding job at a reasonable price. definitely recommend them!

Rhett the new owner came out and measured.8/21/20: Came out to install glass but said the incorrect measurements were taken on the first visit.8/24/20: Came out to remeasure - said we would receive a call that afternoon for timeframe.8/25/20: Emailed office staff for an update.8/26/20: Office staff emailed back - said we would be provided update when they had it.8/30/20: Emailed office staff - requested caulk be removed from hall bath at no charge, if not willing to come down on glass since this has taken so long. Never heard back.9/14/20: Came to install glass - brought panels in. Made comment about door being in our house from their last visit, which it wasnt. They said oh, we left it at the shop. At 10:12am I called office staff and they said the owner was out on a call. I gave my direct number to call back. Installers came back and said they lost the glass door. At 11:10am, I called back to the office staff and they said the owner wasnt back yet but they had my number for him to call. At 2:23pm, I called back and they said the owner was in the shop that a truck broke down and they they had my number for him to call back. At 6:41pm, the owner left a message for my husband instead of me (who had been calling the office all day and had left my number to call back), so I called and left a message.9/15/20: Called the office and the owner said he got my call but he missed it on his phone and he hadnt listened to it. Explained all my frustrations about this entire process. He said he would be my only contact from now on. He said that they went through over 200 pieces of glass in their warehouse the day before and realized that my shower door was the one that was broke the week prior.9/16/20: Owner called and said glass would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday and we scheduled the install for 9/25 between 9-10am and would be sending John the best installer out.9/18/20: Office staff called to schedule the install. I said its already scheduled, I scheduled this two days ago with the owner. She said oh yeah I see that.9/25/20: Came to install the glass - said a piece was on backorder and would have to come back out to install it later. This was the first time we had ever heard of this being on backorder. The installers brought someone that they were training out, he ran into one of my walls with the glass and then tried to act like he didnt, but we saw him do it. One of the other installers came over and said, Did he just run into the wall, we said Yes he did. The silicone where the two panels go together has a clump in the middle and this is the first thing you see when you walk into the bathroom.9/30/20: Called and said that the piece came in and would be coming on 10/2 between 11-1 to install. We called back and ordered a matching handle for our hall bath.10/6/20: Installers came and installed handle on hall bath and piece for master shower that was on backorder.This entire process took over two months. Office staff never calls or emails back. This was the absolute worse process I have ever had to encounter. There was not any communication and when there was, no one knew what the other person was doing or had done.

I was referred to liberty by an old family friend, and was NOT disappointed. The installers Josh, Sean, Matt, and Daniel were extremely Professional and diligent when installing my new frameless glass shower. Josh did a wonderful job with explaining what shower guard was, Sean was very personable, Matt was extremely cautious when carrying glass, and Daniel my dog really loved. So over all I was very pleased with the service I received from them all.

If there is a no star available on this app, I will give no star. My husband and I went to the store to pickup the design for the mirror which was recommended by the shop manager. We couldnt place the order by then cuz we didnt bring the exact measurements. We called on the following Monday (since they dont open on weekend) to place the order. When we went to pick it up the mirrors l, they were not the ones we originally selected. The response we got is not same sale person who answered the phone. Now we are stuck with the ugly flat mirror. The lady was nice enough to offer to remake the mirror but it wont fit our timeline with remodeling process.Also, if you are buying glass or mirror from them and want to pick up on your own, make sure to bring some wraps by yourself. They wont even wrap them for you. Good luck to take it home safely.Follow up: the store called the second day and offer to remake the mirror but with full price. No thanks. Never do business with them again.

Saw endorsed on Nextdoor and was absolutely amazed at the experience. Local Frisco,TX office was prompt, followed up verbally, texted details about visit and their team followed-up personally. They were also great about social distancing and used PPE to help put me at ease (I requested in advance and dont know if that is the norm). If I could give a six star, I would.

Had priviledge of working with Josh, Matt and Sean on January 10, 2020 from Liberty Glass in Frisco, Texas to have a glass enclosure installed for my new master bath shower. Their attention to detail was superb. They were able to carefully adjust the materials to be installed and to work correctly.They were conscientious to ensure install was done well.

The shower door came off of the frame (someone else installed - another company, older home) and Josh and Daniel came out and quickly and accurately assessed the situation and reassembled the door frame and door to the walk in shower. We actually walked in to their show room and took a look around at our options.Scheduled a day and time for them to come out measure and give estimate.They arrived right on time and measured and gave us our options with a fair price. Once we had decided on what we wanted we called them and placed our order.As we were preparing the shower, clean grout and shower pan, some problems arose and we placed a call for their advice. Mike and Steve came out a couple of times to look at some tile issues and we decided on the solution. Once this was completed they were ready to do the install.Installation took about 45 minutes and now we have a beautiful, “like new” shower. We used Liberty Glass about 2 months ago, and we were very impressed! Their customer service was excellent from the first phone call I made to them, to the installer making a special trip to get our glass installed early. They did an outstanding job and we love our glass shower enclosure!

Met with Chrissy, in the showroom in Frisco, and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Also found them to be competitive with other quotes I received for an installation of a frameless shower enclosure. Josh performed the installation and did a great job. The shower enclosure looks terrific, and the quality of the install is spot on. I give them my highest recommendations.

My large master bath mirror was detaching from the wall. Mike came pronto and secured it along with all others in the house. He was prompt, polite and I’m now safe from shattering glass everywhere. I will call him for shower doors and anything glass-related for sure !!!

Ive had a lot of bad luck (no pun intended) with some previous bathroom renovations. I recently moved and the bathroom in my new home needed some work.
