We got Honey Baked Ham delivered to our pool for our 3 day swim meet. I had to change the delivery time on the day of and was immediately accommodated. My sandwiches came on time every day and got a text confirmation with a thank you after day 3. I have used quite a few different box lunch sandwich companies over the years and this one was BY FAR the best tasting. Thanks a ton for supplying my team with great food and service!

Top notch friendly service in this relatively new location. Their food options are great, and you can get fresh and very tasty sandwiches at their deli counter. Good for a quick bite, or to pick up some ham or great sides and desserts to ease your cooking load for a big dinner. Perfect ham, turkey, and bacon!

Love their chef salads, soups and of course hams. Very clean location and excellent customer service from the friendly staff.

While I love their hams, they were out of the size I needed so had to drive down to Plano location for it. Guess I should have preordered sooner, Half hams were not available online when I attempted to order either.

The best deli weve ever eaten at. Delicious. Definitely get some of the ham and bean soup. That was divine. The manager was the nicest guy as well! Some of the best customer service we have ever received. We will definitely be coming back over and over. The meal just leaves you feeling good.

Pre-ordered ham and sides for Christmas. Went to pick up today and there were two lines. One wasn’t labeled but people were picking up hams they had ordered and the other line said “Retail Customers”. So, I got in the line were people were picking up their hams. When I finally get up there, she asked for the confirmation # which I provided. She couldn’t find it. She asked if it was pre-paid, which it wasn’t so, she sent me to the other long line that says “Retail Customers”. When I finally got to the cashier, the confirmation number in my email was “not a confirmation number.” I showed her the actual Confirmation Email which was ‘E22-Scott’. She said “it has to have numbers after it”. Lady, you’re looking at the confirmation email y’all sent me. So, I had to call my wife, who was out of town, who placed the order, to get all the details of what she ordered so they could just piece it all together right there.Get your signage together. Get your reservation numbers together. Don’t argue that my confirmation number is not the confirmation number.

Always getting the smaller packs of ham for two people. Hit this up once a month at least.

Today was my first time ever coming in and and the food was delicious but that’s not what’s going to bring me back. It was the great customer service of Marvin and Mercedes. They where awesome, and the company should be very happy to have a crew like them.

This place never disappoints. I haven’t been in a few months but their club sandwiches are amazing. Sometimes the make of the sand which varies because it looks like they try to follow a guide that walks them through step by step to create the sand which and sometimes they all make it a little different, but nevertheless the quality and the value are spot on.

Year after year they are nice amd friendly and have the stuff you need. The pecan pie is rediculous! Try it

Just had lunch here to try and figure out what kind of turkey we should order. Explained to Marvin and David that we have a Marine in the family that wont be home for Thanksgiving but is home now so we are celebrating early. Marvin and David provided amazing customer service from the delicious lunch to helping us to the car with our turkey. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place, clean and yummy items to enjoy there or at home! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful! We will definitely go back and enjoy lunch or purchase another large ham to take home to divide and freeze. The little extras they sell are added goodies that make your meals special.

Picked up my Thanksgiving ham here. Suggest you order online beforehand to make sure what you want is in stock. Staff was very nice.My friends and family all enjoyed the ham.

Great service....I was able to sample the Roasted Turkey before purchasing, it tastes great( I am not a fan of turkey). Also picked up a ham. You can freeze the items up to 5 days!

The bone in ham is very good but the ordering process is pointless. I ordered a whole boneless ham over the phone one week prior to Thanksgiving only to be told they were sold out when I arrived to pick it up on my scheduled day! I expected to have a boneless ham waiting for me but the young lady told me that they sell everything they have. My next question was obvious- so... whats the point of ordering ahead?? She did not have an answer for me. I reluctantly settled for the bone in ham which again was very good but not what I ordered.

The owner Marvin was wonderful. Everything turned out just as I expected. This is the spot to come. I highly recommend!

This is my first time ever to any HoneyBaked Ham store. So I did not know what to expect. The employees were helpful to a certain point but quickly grew agitated because I had no idea what I was after, what they sell and what to expect when I got the product home. After all that I hope this is a good tasting ham.

After going to honey baked hams every Christmas Eve for more than a decade, I FINALLY was able to get Christmas items on Christmas Eve without a long wait. Very efficient and friendly service, and I was in and out in 5 minutes! Very well done!

Its a tradition at least once a year to get a honey baked ham, turkey and some sides. Usually twice a year lol. Theres nothing better honestly and it can feed a ton of people and puts a smile on their face every time.So why 3 stars? The sides... For dinner reason they changed them and they are awful. We LOVED their sides for years like the stuffing and green bean casserole, but we threw most of it away it was that bad. The stuffing was like something you get out of a bag in the grocery store. Yuck!I hope they will quickly reverse this decision. Well still but the ham but theyll lose is on the extras.Hope this helps. If you havent tried them, you have to at least once 🙂

The place is called Honey Baked Ham how can you go wrong. The also offer Turkey and sides as well. You can also buy a ham bone...which is interesting.

Really good biscuits! Portions arent too big. My friend and I ordered different biscuits and swapped half. I had the Monte Cristo. It was delicious!

When I call a retail business and there is no option to speak to a person than that is poor customer service. Consumers can buy ham anywhere but to allow this poor customer service is unacceptable so I will go elsewhere.
