Not sure who was doing the embroidery/stitching today but that guy knows what he’s doing customer service wise. He was really cool and helpful with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted and he was still helping other customers as they came up and around him. It was a really good experience for my first time at Lids 🤙 #Bro

Had a custom hat mad, guy took really good care to match what I wanted. Less than 50 bucks, great quality, and perfect fit.

Dude was rude in a sneaky way. I was beyond happy because I had been looking for a Kangol hat for years because they remind me of my dad. He brought out the wrong color. Got the right color. Sat it down & started putting stickers on other hats instead of completing the sale. As to say that he did not believe I would pay. Waited on him to finish. Told him I will call my dad to see if he wants one for Fathers Day & that I will be back. He said, Yeah, I know what that means. As to say that I will not be back. DONT GO TO THIS LIDS!!

The gentleman working there today was just not willing to answer nicely to any of my questions. He ended up asking me if I had a USB key to transfer my logo from his computer to his machine.is it the first time for this store to deal with this???This gentleman decided he would not help me.Ill give me $ to people who want to work

The store was quite busy for a Sunday. Tristan was the only person working and he did a phenomenal job handle all the customer that came in. As I was shopping I heard him greet everyone that entered the store.Great deals for fourth of July sale!

Cant say enough good things about this store! Went in on a crazy Friday and everyone in store was friendly and helpful! They found my hat from a picture online, the manager helped me on the pricing. They had a sale and made sure I was happy! Kevon helped me find the hat and made sure it was the right one, spent alot of time finding it! Was super helpful! Then had Jacob put writing on it, he knows whats he is doing helped me pick the size font and area that would look the best! Turned out insane! Then the manager Derek made sure I was happy and made sure my online order was filled and right as well as my in store purchase! Thanks LIDS customer for life! Wont ever go to another store!!

When I came in I was just shopping to kill time. A guy named Tristan (I believe the manager) greeted me and starting asking me about my favorite teams and what he could help me find. He helped me find a new cowboys hat and got my name on it. He welcomed me as if we’re were already friends. Great customer service. I found my new hat store for sure.

Decent selection of hats, customer service on the other hand isn’t that great. Both times I’ve gone to this location, a young lady (might be assistant manager) wasn’t the friendliest. Very short, when asked questions about products & threw items purchased as well as receipt into bag even after I asked for it to be handed to me. Once I found out the same hats were in stock at another location, I went back to this location & return the ones I purchased. Based off the other posts I guess I should checked to see Tristan was in as it seems he cares about/values customers. Safe to say I probably won’t go back.

Tristan did a great job. I’m super picky about my hats and he was patient and very helpful. 2nd time coming back to him to have my hats embroidered. Defiantly will come back cause of his customer service.

This lids store had a lot of variety of cool hats in stock. however, I was really mad when I found out that they do not have a Monster Energy drink logo hat in store, and that hat is way too popular it got sold out quickly, but I just got another young and reckless type hat, and I guess that one was okay too, I guess it looks nice, and I will be coming back soon.

Very bad customer service the employees are rude and don’t help u when u ask them bought a hat and I returned it and they employees kinda got mad never would go back to that lids

I spend tons of money in this store because I live with a hat junky. Ive always had great service.

Lots of the same, or slightly different colorway stuff. Way too many snapback or Velcro closures and not enough variety of styles. Its okay if you want one of the ones they have a massive supply for, but otherwise...tough.
