I brought my father in law here and they changed his life. This place is awesome!! From the moment you walk in the door you feel the warmth. They really care about their patients.Lesley always greets you with a smile and is very sweet and helpful.Kevin is so knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with my father in law.I would refer anyone that needs hearing aids to them.

Kevin is absolutely fabulous with my mom! He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and listens carefully to her needs! His expertise is outstanding and he so personable!!! He genuinely cares about my mom’s health!!! We are lucky to have him so close by! (Leslie, the receptionist, rocks too!)

Kevin and Lindsay have always provided a personable and professional experience as a patient. Most importantly I can hear now, and I do refer my friends and family to Kevin. He is never rushed and takes the time to explain all of your different options so that you can make an informed decision. I never dread going in for appointments

I have not had a yearly checkup in 1 year and 9 months. The company I had before sent me a notice every year for a hearing test. Also they charge me for supplies. When I made my appointment in March or April (a year and 4 months after getting my hearing aids) I was told that this appointment in July was for my annual checkup. But when I got there there were 4 or five with the same appointment time. Then all Kevin did was clean my hearing aids and cleaned out my ears. He didn’t notice that the covers for the microphone were gone off of my hearing aids. They me an appointment for January 13th to recheck my hearing. Which that means it will be 2 years and 2 months between hearing test.

Needed my hearing aid maintenance and these people were amazing. I was late, had a brand they don’t service and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes and we’re super friendly and helpful . Highly recommend!

The staff at Livingston is great! Any time I have a question or need replacement parts/batteries they promptly help and also check and clean my hearing aids. It is so great to hear people, movies, etc so much more clearly now. It sure makes comedies funnier!!!

Excellent staff. Kevin Watson, the BCHIS, was very professional and very knowledgeable of the hearing aid that i needed and the one best suited towards my issues. I went with the Starkey HaloiQ. I had ringing in my years and this unit addressed the issue. Kevin is easy to talk with and i would highly recommend him and his staff at the Frisco location.

I have been wearing hearing aide since I was 45, and now I am 60. I have been to many different companies, and purchased three different sets of hearing aids. Each has helped some. I moved back to Texas and need a small piece for the hearing aids I was wearing. I stopped by a Livingston Hearing Aid Office in Denton, Texas and was treated as if I were a long time loyal customer. The Doctor went out of her way to help me though; they did not carry my brand. Then I heard an advertisement about an office much closer to me in Frisco. I went and received the same type of very friendly and kind treatment. Dr. Myers recommended Halo 2 with new technology that will works with all my Apple devices. The hearing aids have given better hearing then any other I have worn. They work with my iPad, iPhone and iWatch. Dr. Myers continued to adjust my new hearing aids as my mind adjusted to the new hearing, so I would have the most efficient hearing these hearing aids can produce. I am so very pleased with the Doctor, the office staff and The Halo 2. I would recommend this office to everyone. I need better hearing, and for the first time in many years I am hearing well and have a very covenant form to interact with my hearing aids m Apple devices. Thank you Dr. Myers for all the time you have taken with me to give me the best hearing in decades.
