Its ice cream. Hard to get it wrong. But I think where people go awry is when they try to mix everything they THINK will taste good together. Just because you like 2 flavors, doesnt necessarily mean they will mix well together. And then add in the myriad of toppings. This is where I feel the store could do better in terms of recommendations and some default combinations. The average person wont know the best tasting combos and will likely walk out thinking meh... It was good but didnt blow my mind. Other than that, the store could be brightened up a touch to be a more attractive ice cream parlor. Service was satisfactory and limited seating is available.

Love their ice cream, cones and shakes. Only a few people when we got there but after a few minutes it was pretty packed. Perfect late night snack, this was my before dinner snack.. Good thing there was another employee to help. Sorry for the bad tip. Ill give a better one next time.

Id say its pretty good. I got a simple cone with a mix of cotton candy and bubble gum, but the cone is a bit stale. They definitely fill the cone lets just point that out. It was creamy and mixed together, my friend found a random marshmallow in hers and freaked out from excitement, so you might get a little more for your money 😉. Come and try it, theres a lot of options and a lot of toppings.

One of the waffle cones we bought had a stray strand of hair in it, and the drink we bought was expired. The soda did not taste so good, so we looked up to find the expiration date, which was in 2019. In general, we had an awful experience.

You dont get a big portion for the price you pay and the ice-cream tasted okay.

Horrible service.. they have no idea about there own promotions and i think the owner was there when i went he seemed so confused like he has no idea whaat or where anything is at his own business. He had no idea how to mix in the icecream my icecream was melted by the time i got it If you are charging so much for icecream you should know how the icecream should be i had to drink it becUse it was so melted! How do you own the business and not know where things are to the point he didnt t know how to use the credit Card machine and charge me i had to tell him how it works. I would not recommend this location. I understand everyone is short staffed i dont have a problem with waiting but atleast as the owner you should know how everything at your business works and how properky make the icecream and qhat promotion is posted on your windows.

It was good. Kinda pricey but it was good.

Place was filthy. Crumbs all over the counter. Waffle station was gross looking. Floors were nasty too. The one person working was not wearing gloves and had a bandaid hanging off his finger. Wont be going back.

This was our first time to be in this area of Texas and we had to phone for help with directions. They were so nice and very helpful. Also, when we arrived they showed a nice sense of humor. They had our favorite flavors and were fine with us bringing in our own coffee. A delight. Must try when you in downtown

The Ice cream jus didn’t hit. It started melting in .346 seconds and I had to scarf it down jus to eat it. I had a basketball game the next day and I thought it would give us energy, but Maggie moos ruin our game experience.

OMGZEEE! This was my 1st visit here and it was worth the wait to get a Waffle cone ice cream which I searched all over Frisco to get. The service was pleasant and fast. Thanks😊

The store was supposed to open at 12:30PM but at 1PM, the lights were not on, and the attendant was extremely slow. She also shorted me on my change but I guess that is what I get for trusting. We will NOT go back. Place looked dirty too.

This is absolutely the worst place that you could go to for an ice cream, they ran out of most of the flavors even basic ones like vanilla chocolate and strawberry not sure why they even have the store open

Horrible Marble Slab, three workers are super slow, line is to the door, no rush, just slow motion moving. Dark and muggy inside, horrible establishment. Never will be back, not to mention it’s in a great shopping center, time for some new workers and a upgrade.

I dont know his name, but theres a young white man who works here with long hair in a ponytail, hes helped me tice, once in the late afternoon, and once around 9/10pm, hes a really good employee. And of course, the ice crean is really good.

All ice cream is homemade. Very similar to cold stone. Highly recommend!

This place apparently isn’t making their customers wear masks even though there is a STATE WIDE MANDATE for wearing masks in public. I saw a maskless customer lean over the glass and the worker didn’t say anything. She even said that masks aren’t required there. Unless you want COVID covered ice cream, don’t come here. I do recommend Andy’s though 👍

Only one employee working in there who was also rude. Poor guy was probably frustrated about having to carry the burden all by himself. Phone kept ringing and going unanswered, more business lost. I ended up just leaving. I called for days afterwards looking for the manager named Kelly but I was told they dont know when he comes in which was also peculiar. Bottom line is you need more staff especially now that its getting warmer. The fact that there are other reviews from months ago telling you there was inadequate staffing and its too slow but you still havent done anything shows you dont care at all. You also only respond to good reviews on here, we see how you operate, very self serving and lacklustre.

This was my first time going to Marble Slab Creamery. The ice cream was really good!! ( I got the cookies and cream yo-yo...highly recommend) The staff was really friendly and the owners are also local owners. Great Experience!

Terrible Place. The ice cream tasted like smoked cardboard, my grandpas cone was stale. There was only one employee working there while the other one was just standing there like a big idiot not helping. The ice cream made my stomach hurt. You should be ashamed of your ice cream,And how you make it. I can go online right now and make better ice than you guys can.

The ac was either out or off, the lights and fans were all off and the Icecream was melted before they handed it to me. I know that their power wasnt down because the lights behind the counter were on and the refrigerators were running. Not sure what they were thinking

$7 for a shake is a bit high, and the kid behind the counter was a bit timid BUT...... I asked him to my our shakes a little “thinner” (I hate shakes that are hella hard to suck through my straw) and he NAILED it. The flavor (cinnamon+sweet cream) and consistency were spot on. I loved it.

I am giving one star because the young men working there during our visit were very kind and I believe they were trying but overwhelmed, and its the lowest rating possible. We came in behind a large group of youngsters, and there was a large group behind us as well. Both my boyfriend and I ordered shakes. My shake was the consistency of water, and I did not have the heart to tell them. It just stinks because this was the finale to our date night and the shakes were not cheap. Kudos for hiring nice staff, but that was the only plus side of this visit.

We use to go here all the time but seems like since the owners changed, this place has gone downhill. They dont turn on their lights so you question if theyre open or not. Their ice cream is not cold enough. As soon as you get it, its already melting. Id drive further to get better ice cream. They are cutting back on expenses in all the wrong places.

PASS DO NOT COME HERE-Man I gave them a chance however the Ice Cream is not cold enough, I had bubble guts from eating it and the ice cream melts before you walk out the door. I usually go to Addison they have THE BEST, also the guy working here doesnt know how to simply scoop the Ice cream!!!! This man puts the ice cream side by side instead of scooping on top of each other. Upset stomach, not frozen enough, horrible scooping IM never comin back. UNLIMITED mix-ins seems like false advertising to me. Ordered ice cream with 2 mix-ins. When I asked for a little more of one of the mix-ins, I was told no. So you can order all 20 mix-ins, but cant get an extra half scoop of one, on a small mix-in order. Yeah, that seems logical. Ill pass on this place from here on out.

Convenient location

Ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The writing was very sloppy and looked rushed. The store was very dirty and had an unpleasant order. Won’t be returning.

So disappointed the coconut ice cream is NOT the authentic coconut Marble slab ice cream😟.It just taste like milk with sugar and coconut shavings (the authentic doesnt have shavings). The store stinks but service was good, nice lady.

The line was ridiculously long out the door. I frequent marble slab at different locations and they never seem to have more than two people working which makes it very difficult on hot days hence the line

Went by expecting a nice little joint. Waited about 15 minutes, watching two gentleman poking their heads through the backroom before one of them finally came out. Got my ice cream and left. It was at night time around 10:45pm. Dropped my phone waiting at a light so I turned on the light to find it, before turning it off I found an extremely long peice of hair buried in the ice cream. How disgusted I was I didnt even finish the ice cream.

Just left Marble Slab Frisco. We will not return to this location. It smells very bad inside and was probably the dirtiest facility I’ve seen in a long time. The counter top was filthy and frozen dead bugs inside the ice cream freezer. Disgusting.

Ive been to many Marble Slabs and am normally a happy customer...this location had one employee who was on her phone and could only get one verbal order at a time, chairs and tables were dirty, smelled musty.

Peanut butter was watery, like it had separated, and slab wasnt cold enough to prevent the ice cream from nearly completely melting.

It took 30 minuets to mix in gummy bears by the time I got my ice cream it was melted the hot fudge looked like poop really don’t go there
