Excellent customer service had an issue with one bag not coming out completely full contacted the number on the machine the owner answered, he connected in remotely and shot me out another bag, Answered the first time, quick customer service, satisfaction guaranteed and the next bag was free plus, its only two bucks for 20 pounds of ice!

The neighborhood loves having the ice house right down the street - so convenient and the prices are great!
