15 year licensed pro here. I dont expect a hunter house to have more expensive pricing on hunter parts than a rainbird house. Longhorn was $20 cheaper and around the corner. Horizon may be cheaper for our installers, but I dont see any savings for repair techs. Also, Lou is horrible and needs customer service training.

I had a bad solenoid and was looking for a spare and could not find one at Homedepot or Lowes. I tool my old part and went to this store, they gave me the exact matching spare (told me to buy the entire valve as it is cheaper). Installation was easy, as it was a perfect match, took the parts from the new valve and replaced the parts on the old valve. Everything worked find after the swap. Employees are professional and helpful
