I cant recommend these guys enough, great customer service, knowledgeable techs, great vibe and great service. My VSX1100 was sitting in the garage, parts all over the place, for over 3 years. I came to the shop and had a chat with Brent. They came to the house and picked up the bike and all the parts. They charged me fairly and were very attentive to every detail, they even saved my gas tank which was in a very rough shape for sitting there for so long. The bike now sounds, looks and rides great. I will keep coming here for sure.
I am a through and through Harley guy. I have a Slim, my wife has a Sporty. MBW has been amazing, super responsive when the Sporty was getting routine maintenance done. My Slim is about to get a bunch of accessories, Kristen one of the front counter ladies is incredible!!! Took my vision, and has been communicative, transparent, and has stuck to my vision! Best part is they seem just as excited for my project, as I am! I would recommend this place for maintenance, repairs, and custom work, especially if you want a place that stays true to your vision!!!
Ever since moving to TX I have had 2 different motorcycles. I ride with a HUGE group of other riders, and they ALL recommended that I only take my bike to this place. And they were not wrong. Everything I have needed to have done, they have taken great care of me. The only thing I wish is that they were open on Mondays as well, but as far as customer service, quality of work, and just knowing you arent going to get swindled by them tacking on unnecessary addons, this place has always taken great care of me and my Ninjas...
After being disappointed with Cycle Gear and Freedom Powersports, I decided to call these guys and boy was it worth it. I needed new tires for my Vulcan S and these folks delivered. With reasonable prices (especially compared to the other two mentioned above) and great service, you can be sure Ill come back here for any service related to my bike.
Great shop to visit. Came here for a small repair on my Motorcycle and was blown away by the level of service I received. I called a day prior and was offered same day repair as a courtesy. The team here was very personable and knowledgeable. The shopping selection has a good variety that should suit all types of riders.

Needed a clutch cable replaced on my Triumph. They ordered the part for me. Texted me when they were on the way. Installed it. Then had me test ride it to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Professional. Inexpensive and great customer service. Looking for tires to schedule my next appointment.
Recently tried them for the first time. I went online, reviewed the services and menu prices, picked what I needed to get down (rear tire & brakes front/ rear), and set up my at-home appointment. They came out as scheduled and took great care in the service work requested. In fact, one item was to change out rear brake pads, which they informed me didnt need to get done at that time. What a great experience, I highly recommend you give them a shot, Im hooked, how convenient.
I have a electric hub motor for a motorcycle and needed a new rear tire. I spoke to Garrison he told me to bring it in and mechanic will figure it out. Well let me say it was not a easy task JT the certified mechanic figured it out and did a professional job. He also adjusted my rear shock and replaced my break leaver. I would give 7 stars if I could. I will ALWAYS bring my bike here. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT HESITATION !!

TL;DR Fair pricing, good customer service, friendly employees.I went in for an oil change, chain maintenance, and a general inspection and it didnt take them long to complete. They had a nice waiting area and a good selection gear to look over.

Tried for the first time getting tires for my 2016 HD Sportster. Tires were not in stock which is to be expected at the majority of shops in the area. They ordered the tires and about 4 business days later the tires arrived. Facility is well maintained, clean and has a small waiting area. Employees were friendly and helpful. Communication was on point and they used methods I preferred vs forcing what they want on me. I dropped the bike off to have the tires installed and explained what time I was hoping to be back to pick it up. I received both a call and message letting me know it was ready. In and out... easy and quick. Thank you MBW...

These guys executed a 13” ape hangar install on my 2018 Harley Road Glide. Given the design and bends of the handlebars, I am sure there were many challenges in getting the wires pulled through the bars. However, a flawless execution, on time delivery with the bike wiped down and free of fingerprints. It looked like my bike came from Harley with these bars. I am all for supporting local businesses so these guys will get all of my work from now on. Harley owners, give these dudes a shot!

The wait time was 3 hours for an oil, filter change and fixing a indicator bulb, $162 .. i leave it on you guys.. i am happy to see a shop near my home but respecting time or atleast letting customers know an estimated time is important. i missed an event and couldnt do lunch

My daughter Donna a single mom has been going to this shop since they opened. My grandson Thomas started racing motor cross and was in need of guidance and repairs to his bike. Words cant express how grateful I am of this shop and the guys that works here. I been knew about them but today was my first time coming. Alot of things was explained and even showed me issues with my bike that needed attention. The place itself is a cool set up with the vintage coke machine thats free. TV and coach to relax while they work on your bike. Im a lifer now
These are amazing guys. I have purchased tires and have them installed.They take great care to not scratch your wheels, cant say the same for 2 other big dealers in Plano. Dropping bike for carb tuning soon.UPDATE:Took in for service my 1988 Hurricane for carb tuning and re-jetting, since the heads had been ported and polished. The bike was done not only right, but had no issues and pricing was super duper reasonable. I am putting another tire this weekend with MBW. This shop is top notch.

I am not typically one to leave reviews but I feel it greatly necessary for the experience I have had with the owner Ken. My motorcycle has been in his shop since May 12th. Today being August 10. With that it has been a extremely challenging diagnosis for them to figure out what was wrong with my bike. That being said they did find the problem and a solution for the problem. For me at this point the repair cost and labor was far beyond what I can afford to put into a motorcycle that is not a necessity. Ken has offered to by the bike from me in the current state which allows me to pay off the loan note and put some cash in my pocket. I have spoken to the owner personally and he is very true to his word that he wants the customer to be happy. I will tell you at this point in my workings with MBW that in the future he will receive any and all work I need preformed and hopefully one day for a new motorcycle purchase.
So much more personal than going to a dealer or retail chain. These guys are all riders and they understand the community on a personal level instead of just a business one. Its awesome to hang out and chat with them about the passion we all share. Had work done there and will absolutely be returning! Thanks guys!

Quiet, let us look at whatever, didnt feel like he was trying to rip us off, let us hop on the motorcycles and kick the stands up, it was overall a pretty good experience.
I don’t know why I didn’t do this the first 6 times or so I’ve used MBW. There’s too much to say about this shop and business. I’ll make 3 big points that I always notice.1. Price. Pretty hard to beat their price for professional mechanics who can handle all cruiser and sportbike needs, but actually have real training and experience with European bikes too, which shops normally charge $150/HR for work. I’ve brought both my Triumph 765 RS, my Aprilia Tuono and SV650 trackbike in for worK. Never an issue or delay. And my wallet was a lot heavier Walking out than if I went to the Triumph or Aprilia stealership.2. Perfect mix of “cool but professional”. This isn’t your buddies “shop” that’s out of his garage or a storage unit. But the front shop and lounge area is incredibly inviting and personal. Immediately can tell this isn’t some big business chain. Riders definitely come first. It’s amazingly clean even though they have tons of business and bikes being worked on3. Their mobile trailer that can do mobile tire changes and minor repairs. Just a great convenience if you need it and their prices for tire changes and tires are fantastic as well and you don’t have to worry about them damaging your rims or paint either.It’s very rare that I’m impressed by a business. I expect a business to do its job and well. But this place always has me happily handing over $$$ for their quality work.
