Lacking in the Customer Service Dept..Called for a quote and the man who answered was rude and made it seem like my business wasnt wanted.

The promptness was refreshing, plus they wanted to know more about my needs and a conversation was definitely the best way to find those out. Customer service sucks! I called to request info on packing for my products and the response I get is super rude. 10 seconds is all it took to persuade me to look somewhere else. I gave it a 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review.

I wish my experience would have been 5 stars. The guy that I spoke with was very short with me, and not really allowing me to explain my needs. Conversation lasted about 60 seconds.

Absolutely AMAZING company! I own a subscription box business and was looking for the best (cheapest price with best quality) packaging company to go with. I seriously went through at least 10-15 different companies in the DFW area. Some people were rude and just about hung up in my face because Im looked at as a small business that may not be worth their time.
