My husband and I have been getting both our cars serviced at Skyline Service Center in Front Royal for the past 4 years and I would highly recommend them. They are very responsive, do great work, and are reasonably priced. Also the customer service is great.

This review is for Skyline Service Center in Front Royal, VA, which is owned and operated by Ronnie Dodson. Poor service, and wrong parts used even though the invoice stated that correct parts were used. It seems pretty clear, based on the parts they installed, and what the invoice stated, that what was done was done deliberately. I had to go to another place to get repairs done correctly, and fairly. I kept the parts Skyline Service Center installed, and the invoices.

I can’t comment about the quality of work, but I can say i encountered extreme rudeness and will never consider this business again.

Very nice place. We stopped while on the road to get needed repairs for our roadtrip on late Friday afternoon before a 3 day holiday. They did a great job quickly and did not charge us too much.

My husband and I have had non-stop Vehicle issues over the past year and a half and the focus has been on our 2010 Jeep. If you name a part, it has been replaced. We are determined to no have a month to month car payment so we are dedicated to keeping this running. Each time we have had our vehicle in their shop, I have been informed in detail about each item they have worked on or looked at, they inform me of expenditures and time costs and ask if I would like to proceed with the work prior to anything being done. The staff has been friendly and kind each time we are in. We have greatly appreciated their honesty and consideration through out this entire ordeal. Best mechanics we have had in years.

My wife went to get her brake pads changed but they dont just change the pads only. This would have been helpful when I was quoted a price on the phone. The staff that talked to my wife was reported as arrogant and rude but he could have been having a bad day.

Very knowledgeable, helpful folks; salt of the Earth. Had time for an oil change and they were able to work me in, even though busy. Reasonable rates too!

Friendly, seemingly trustworthy. Never had a problem with their work. They even took me home after dropping off vehicle for service.

I needed new front brakes on my van so I called Skyline Service Center. I explained my situation and was told to come on in. I got there and the guys jump right to it. Took my van inside the bay and couple minutes later I was told I had a stuck brake caliper. Long story short I had a new front calipers, rotors and pads put on. The gentlemen that work there are top notch... friendly, courteous and the prices are a tad cheaper then I was quoted from other automotive service centers. I would highly recommend Skyline Service Center to anyone who might need repairs done to their vehicles.Maurice Rowland
