We were relatively new to the area and G&M was recommended to us as a place to get our vehicles serviced. In the past year, weve used them a few times and they have been very responsive, accommodating and most importantly, have completely and professionally the fixed the problems with our vehicles and did the proper maintenance on them as needed. These guys are great! As we all know, buying a used car can be sketchy, at best, but these guys stand behind what they sell. When I took my vehicle home, I noticed some deep scratches in the windshield that were only visible when oncoming headlights hit them. They were very distracting, to say the least. When I took it back, Troy agreed it was bad and worked with me under the warranty to replace the windshield. I dropped it off on Sunday, and went out of town for work until Friday. When I picked it up Friday, the windshield looked good, but when I sprayed off the layer of pollen, I noticed some scratches in the hood that appeared to be made by whomever had installed the windshield. (An outside company.) Troy immediately told me to leave the car there and they would fix it, and gave me a loaner car to driver to work, no questions asked. When I picked it up the next day, the scratches were filled and buffed to look like a new hood. Very happy with how these guys operate, and will definitely keep Troy and G&M in mind when myself or friends or family need a reliable vehicle.

Recently bought an F150 here. First impressions are everything to me. My first impression was that these folks seem down to earth and not pushy at all. By the time i finished trying out and purchasing the truck i confirmed what i thought from the beginning. Great group of folks to do business with. I appreciate the hospitality you showed. I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander here back in November of 2018 and it was a hassle free no pressure experience. The vehicle was pretty much in mint condition both exterior and interior. Great service. I went in for a state inspection, for which I was able to make an appointment. They were friendly and efficient. There is a waiting room with internet access. The mechanic noticed my check engine light was on and asked if I wanted to get an oil change while I was there. Even adding that, I was there for only about 45 minutes.

It wasnt legitimate or legal. Im not traveling two hours to show you an ID. I verified all of my information so dont tell me about a privacy act. I couldve faxed you a copy of my identification to show you that what you have on file isnt me. You only gave me a hard time when I told you the car was obtained fraudulently. Me verifying my information and sending you my identification is more than enough. No reason I should be inconvenienced for your foul up.

Very poor treatment of a potential customer. Talked to Gary on Monday at 1:00 PM and said we were interested in a 2014 Chevy truck. Quoted us a price and we told him we were very interested and would travel today the 1 hour and 40 minutes to his lot. We had already been approved for credit for the purchase. We were one block from the lot when we got a call that someone was test driving the truck. They (Troy) sold it out from under us. P___ poor treatment of a paying customer.

We went to look at a truck, traveled a hour to get there on a Saturday got a buyers order to take to bank Monday morning to buy the truck . Got a call Monday morning saying they sold the truck out under us. Pretty messed up if you ask me that’s the nice version. Sure not about the customers there just wanting to make a quick sell .

Crooks. I bought a 2011 Ram from this place. They hid the rust well. Drove vehicle off the lot and the next day had to take it back. Some unknown issue with thw drive train. Of course they acted as if they had no idea what it was and would not fix it. Truck had a lifter tick. Couldnt notice it until after I bought it. What Ive learned, dont buy used and especially from this place. If you are considering this place go to a new car dealer and save yourself the time and headaches. I ended up trading that lemon in on a new 2017 Ram. If I could give this place zero stars theyd get that and the middle finger.
