10/10 could not recommend this store more! Always going above and beyond for my family since we made the move back to VA last year. Yesterday was no exception to that treatment. Mark was so attentive and ready to help even from over the phone when we weren’t sure which direction we were headed. Every concern of mine was met and exceeded yesterday. I felt very much appreciated as a customer, while still seeing the dedication to helping people but making sure the job gets done on their end too. Walked away extremely happy with my new phone with all the bells and whistles PLUS SOME and a 14yo almost doing backflips for a new cell phone that actually has service. Jessica was amazing. She solved all of my phone issues when no one else could. Delt with 3 other people on help line and in the store but she solved the issue that even technical couldn’t solve. So great full for her help and will be getting her assistance from now on.

On 8/23/2021 I went to your store to turn in my Hot Spot, which the store manager emailed me about. Kyle was your employee that helped me.I was there about a promotion to double my time on one hot spot and eliminate the charge on the other. When I found out I had to pay $ 140.00 to return the hot spot, it upset me enough to leave Verizon and find one company of many that would serve me without any tricks or games.Kyle Farris is the only reason I am still with you.He remained very professional through all my complaints.I returned on 8/24/2021 (Kyle was not there.) A young lady waited on me. She was unable to put a @ on my other hot spots password. She called Kyle at home and couldnt do what he was telling her. I was there around two hours and she told me to return 8/25/2021 at 10 AM when Kyle would be there. I returned at 10 AM, Kyle fixed my password @ problem and I was on my way home.I believe Kyle Farris is an exemplary employee that deserves consideration for advancement.I felt like I was important enough for him to save my account, which he did.Thank you,James Chiavetta
We went to store to upgrade 2 iPhones. Salesman never mentioned that IPhones 13 would cost same as 12s. We ordered 12sGot notice that phones were in, went to pick up on Saturday . We left old phones there for data transfers, came back 1 hr. later, not ready. We waited 1.5 hrs. and data still not transferred, told to come back on Monday. We went to Verizon in Winchester, told that 13s were same price as 12s. Cancelled order at Front Royal and ordered from Winchester. Data transfer can be done via The Cloud and will not be problem per Winchester.
Yesterday, my family and I bought new phones in the Verizon store located at Shenandoah Valley in Front Royal, VA, and we cannot be more pleased with the great customer service that we received by Jessica. She is professional, personable, patient, sweet, knowledgeable, and helped us to get the best deals for our family. She even went the extra mile of getting us phones that were not available in that store from another store. Her customer service is like no other and we are very thankful for her.
Only had to return to the store once to have additional features activated. Just go back to the days of the printed owners manual. Too slow to solve solve simple problems just on line. Over the phone tech support is non existent.

Jessica Cruz was an amazing help with my mom and I. We came in because my mom broke her phone and Jessica was able to explain everything clearly and with great knowledge. She was very patient with us, my mom forgot her passwords and let’s just say it took longer then it needed. Came in with a broken Moto Z4 and had no insurance! Met with Mark and he informed me of some wonderful buyout promotions that could save me hundreds,. Jessica Cruz was the associate that helped me today and was the associate that helped my dad a few weeks ago. She was attentive, good humored, and clearly knew what she was doing. Despite us running into a snag that was entirely out of her control, she worked hard to solve it while effortlessly multitasking and helping other customers. In the end all our problems were solved and we walked out with a working phone, a better plan, and all for roughly the same bill we were paying before. I went in to the Verizon store to upgrade my phone and Mark, the location manager, helped me out. He was extremely friendly and personable and we talked for a while about muscle cars as well as future tech and a couple other things. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation while he was setting up my line. The store was clean and bright, the rest of the staff was friendly, and Mark was very considerate to wear a face mask when interacting with me. They had plenty of helpful accessories in stock and even offered to discount the price of an Apple Watch. 10/10 recommend, and I will definitely be going back for service and any other products I may need. The process was quick and painless.
Front royal Verizon is great . The sales people are friendly, helpful, and just great to deal with . Unlike Verizon on Liberia in Manassas . That one sucks .
I received some of the best customer service ever from Lena LePelley in cellular sales. She was extremely nice and patient with me. She personally reached out to me when my phone was delivered to the store and set everything up for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about Lena and about this Verizon location!
We had multiple transactions going at one time. Service change and transfer of 1 Phone to another unit brought in, Upgrade of 2 phones, Data transfer, Plan changes. We had many questions also going through the whole process. Almost a full days work from just 3 customers, Plus walk in regular customers were greeted and helped or service even in the middle of multi tasking our stuff. I was amazed, appreciative and the Manager made it an enjoyable experience. Front Royal is by far the best Verizon Facility / Retail service store I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly, professional, has real answers to even difficult or even some hard to understand, Say from an elderly, non technical person. One phone we had done for our 86 year old Mom. All 4 of us Patrons were very pleased and Highly recommend this store location for any need. You WILL receive the BEST help possible whatever it may be.

Jessica Cruz at Verizon in Front Royal is absolutely amazing! She cares about you as a person and making sure she gets the best phone and plan for you. She helped set up a new phone and watch for my friend and then when I had a huge problem with my bill she had me come in so she could be there while I was on the phone with Verizon to make sure they fixed my overcharges. She gets things done at Verizon and makes sure, everything is the way it’s supposed to be! I would recommend her to anyone. If you don’t have Verizon, you need to go in and see her and what amazing deal she can get for you and your family.

Phone they sold me is apparently not working right at all. Very disappointed I this Nokia 8 V5G UW.it does nothing I want it to do. Apart from making calls. Cannot find holster for it neither me.Russell front Royal,va.

Lena LePelley helped me and was very knowledgable and personable. I’d just broken my phone and was frustrated and not at all aware of what my best options were, if I should use the insurance or what. I wound up purchasing a 12 Pro with a better case than my previous phone at her advice and am very happy with it. She made a normally frustrating experience very enjoyable.

I have been a Verizon customer since 1999. My past experiences with Verizon were very frustrating. I have never been very tech savvy and also have dyslexia so navigating the phone world has been extremely difficult. This has all changed since I came to Cellular sales in front royal and worked with Lena. She has spent countless hours working with me to ensure I not only had a phone that met my needs but that I properly understood how to use it. Her patience with me and willingness to teach me about my device is amazing and unlike any service i have ever recieved in my 21 years as a Verizon customer. I came in into the store thinking that I would have to go and spend a fortune to fix my old phone but come to find out from Gary at Verizon I could upgrade and I ended up getting a top of the line phone for a great price!!! We ended up being able to save lot of money on our phone bill too do too Jennifer Cruz helping us out. They were very kind and amazing service. My son, who is in college in Front Royal needed a new phone after his screen broke. Jessica at this Verizon location helped me get him a new phone and worked to get the best deal for us. My son has been very happy with his new phone. We got a $100 credit for buying out my phone.Unfortunately, we had a problem with the first bill, as my phone was part of a buy-one-get-one with my wifes phone, and they basically ended up buying out the free phone, rather than the one I was paying for.But, after a couple of phone calls with Jessica and Verizon billing, we got a direct line between Jessica and a customer rep and they worked it all out for us. Jessica did all she could to help ensure I was a satisfied customer.

If I did not dislike my former phone carrier so badly & had not been wanting to switch to Verizon, yesterdays experience would have deterred me from switching to Verizon. 1. The salesman tried to sell me a used phone, stating it was the ONLY one they had in the store of the type I wanted. Miraculously, though he found a new one in the back when he saw I was going to able. 2. The salesman applied a liquid screen protector to my 2 new phones without asking if I wanted it, nor asking what type I might want if I did...approx $100 of charges without my permission. 3. The salesman added Insurance to my plan without asking if I wanted it....I do want it...bit the point is, he didnt ask first nor inform me it was on there nor how to use it if needed. I do not fond these things a good way to do business. I hope things improve along the way with Verizon...my friends who have it, all love it.
After visiting a handful of Verizon corporate stores and getting NO HELP we stumbled upon this gem. We were greeted st the door by Mark Jenkins and told him our predicament. We had been trying to move contacts from our Windows phone to my new Note 10. Other stores couldnt do it and after hours on the phone Verizon told us it could not be done. Somehow Mark got it to work after 30 minutes of outstanding persistence. We werent spending a dime in this transaction but that didnt matter to Mr Jenkins. Needless to say this will be the ONLY store we will visit from the point on. Bravo Cellular Sales!

I am with cellular sales of front Royal .I lost my phone. I arrived at 4 and it is now 9 pm. Jessica Cruz stayed 2 hours late and made many calls to every possible options. She appeared more knowledgeable about the problems than the reps helping us. The first re we talked to messed up the whole app for a new phone. Lena lepeloy was helping me with her boss Jessica Cruz. These ladies went above and beyond what anyone has ever done in sales to help me and make sure I understood what was happening. Jessica was amazing and needs a promotion. Her trainee Lena is right in her footsteps.
I typically hate coming in these places but I was happily shocked. The staff was not only friendly but the gentlemen that helped us had many years of experience and knew what we was talking about. We were able to modify our business account, adding a new number while also upgrading two of our phones. The process was fairly painless and took less time than I had anticipated. I would definitely come here again.
We switched to Verizon, in part, based on poor customer service with the last phone company. The Five star review is due to the service we received from Kyle and Jessica. Kyle is amazing. We had an amazing experience with Kyle. I am not very tech-wise, so feel insecure about doing things thatI don’t understand. Kyle put us immediately at ease, sold me an IPAD and showed me how to do several things I didn’t know how to do. I left feeling confident and inspired.Because We felt so confident in his ability to help us with what we didn’t understand, we decided to change both of our phones service from Consumer Cellular to Verizon.Kyle ran into lots of unusual challenges in making the transfer. As a customer since 2016, One of your representatives really stood out for us. Her name is Jessica Cruz. I have purchased a total of 9 devices from Verizon, and with Ms.Cruzs professional help, I have been clearly shown how to manage those devices. Its wonderful when I can connect with someone from this company (whom I can count on) to show me the different details about our Verizon services, and that is what Jessica has done.We love our Hum services in which Jessica had politely introduced us to, and within our very first week, we have had one of our vehicles tolled and cared for by using Hum.I have also had an issue when my finger print would not take on my Android phone. My husband was ready to trade his IPhone 7 in and so he called Verizon this morning and spoke to a wonderful lady named Jessica. She was so helpful over the phone that we decided that when we came in, we would like to continue working with her. When we got there, she was helping another couple but we didn’t mind waiting. When it was our turn, we were pleasantly surprised to see that she had already had different options and deals all written out on paper to show us, as well as pre pulled everything we could have needed so that they were right there for her to show us. The original phone that we were trying to purchase was being incredibly difficult from a technical standpoint, but that didn’t stop Jessica from doing everything she possibly could to try and get it to work. In the end, we opted for a different phone but even then Jessica gave us amazing deals and broke everything down for us to understand. She saved us so much money and we are extremely grateful! We left with the buy one get one deal with an iPhone XS Max and an iPhone XR for our oldest son, as well as an Apple Watch for my husband. When we went over the final total of what our recurring bill would be after the first bill, it was almost $50 lower than we had anticipated, and that is after adding the Apple Watch which hadn’t planned on purchasing! Needless to say, any time we need to go to Verizon, we will happily wait for Jessica. She made our day and our son’s as well. Thank you again, Jessica! You’ll be seeing us again!
The Sales Person was very personable and after listening to my needs, suggested one of the phones in my top 3 list that I had researched on-line. There was some up-sale effort on ancillary products, but not pushy when I said no. Some difficulty was experienced transferring data from my old, old, old LG 3G slider phone to my new Moto Z smart phone. Probably because it was almost a museum piece. Lots of value added services to beware of that could drive up the phone bill if one is not careful about options that can be engaged. I get 2 to 3-1/2 bars signal strength at home (I live in a mountainous area) and was expecting better, but so far is not problematic. My old phone got 3-4 bars and was with AT&T. The smart phone features seem intuitive and I am happy with this purchase.

I love Verizon and have given them my business for 10+ years but the service, Kyle had given me over the phone was horrible. Everything he said was negative. The day after we spoke I took my family to the Front Royal store and again, he was negative. Didnt tell us about promotions, ask to pull up my account, HE DIDNT EVEN GREET ME!! We immediately left. I had to drive all the way to Warrenton (well out of my way) to get the service I wanted. I will no longer be needing this location.

Traveled to multiple Verizon locations before we finally got lucky. We are just traveling through Front Royal and I saw the Verizon sign and figured Id give it one more shot. Been trying to cancel a home phone for 4 months and no one would help. I met the manager Mark at this store. He told me they were a retailer by the name of Cellular Sales. I was leary at first but after 10 minutes I could tell this guy knew what he was doing. He got my home phone dissconnected and also filled me in on a sale that Motorolla was running. He talked me into the Z4 and going from a flip phone I was gonna need some help. He spent another 30 minutes training me on how to use it. I couldnt be happier with the service, I just wish all Verizons were like this one. Its worth the drive!

Visited the store in Front Royal today for help with my insurance replacement. The store in Winchester said that Verizon didnt do this any longer. They were wrong, Cellular Sales WILL transfer ALL your stuff and Mark Jenkins was extremely helpful. He even got me a great deal on a Samsung tablet and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Do yourself a favor and make this store your destination when it comes to Verizon.
Jessica Cruz is absolutely amazing. She spent the entire day with me helping me choose the perfect iPhone for me, set it up, worked with customer service, and went above and beyond every step of the way. Jessica exhibited excellent customer service skills. She is incredible asset to the Verizon family. I feel I have a lifelong friend and customer service rep!
I was kicked out of the store because the person did not like the way my wife was talking to them he said he cant help because I wasnt on the account well if he looked it up he would know that is my CC paying the bill .I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE . drive to winchester only 16 min longer drive I think that person should be fired

Exceptional service from honest and fair representatives. I can only hope that Verizon recognizes that Alan is the heart and soul of that location, and I have referred friends from towns 20miles away to visit him for their Verizon needs. He is fantastic, and makes the whole process simple, and without gimmicks like other Verizon locations staff.

This experience was second to none. The rep ( Mark Jenkins ) was helpful and very nice. The store was conveniently located and very clean. I came in with a broken phone I had with Boost and left less than an hour later with Verizon service and a new phone. I couldnt be happier and will come back to Cellular Sales Front Royal for all my future wireless needs!
I went to this location on May 14,2016 ( Front Royal,VA) were I had an awesome treatment with sales consultant Ms. Jessica Cruz. I immediately felt that I was at the right place with the perfect person. Ms. Cruz was very pleasant and professional, she took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made clear and simple to get. Step by step she got my information on the system were I end up purchasing; 2 10inch Tablets . And she recommended a Verizon Hum and how benefits of getting this device. Wow!!! I absolutely love my devices since now I can see in my tablet Netflix,be online it is big enough for me. The Hum device was hooked to my car by awesome Jessica and I must say I felt so pleased with her super excellent customer service. Excellent customer service from Jessica. She even showed me apps we didnt know about. She spent 1 hour assisting me with my email passwords after business hours. Awesome lady!
Jessica Cruz was extremely helpful. I needed help transferring data to my new phone. She help me with no hesitation and lots of patience. I have been a retail manager for 15 years and I am very critical of customer service. It was nice to have a great customer service experience. They are few and far between.
