“I cant say enough about the service received from Eric. I had a hard time finding anyone to come and pick up my riding mover. I told Eric I had no way to get my mower to his shop. To my surprise Eric offered to come up up the mover with NO pick up charge with 15 miles of his shop. We made arrangements and he showed up ON TIME. Eric is a superb technician and reassured me he would have my mower back in less than 2 weeks. To my surprise he brought me back my mover EARLIER than expected. He explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. In addition, the price was lower than I expected. For the pick up, repairs, and return of the mower I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rate. He was very professional & so incredibly nice. Eric, got an old project mower that I got non running in a trade. It had been messed with prior and attempted to get repaired without any luck. The other local shops in Front Royal basically said they didnt want to mess with it and gave me 3+ week lead times. I called A1 Titan and they had the mower running and returned within a week!

Eric, the owner of this business, promptly returned my phone call as I called around, with little luck, trying to get someone to fix my snow blower within days of the next big snow storm. Eric came out last week - about an hour after I called (just lucky) - to replace my well pump. We had been without a drop of water in the house since the night before. He stayed until it was completely up and running, even though it was past his normal quitting time. Hes not just good at repairs and customer service, hes a really great guy! I highly recommend him.

Great work. I brought my old ford lawn mower to him to fix the deck. It needed to be welded and adjusted along with some other minor things. He let me know every step he was doing and he stayed within my budget. He even gave me a list of things that I can do that he noticed that I didnt... Honest and fair prices. And good solid work. Eric at A1 Titan is a true professional who really knows his stuff. I have a Husqvarna Lawn Tractor that had not been serviced for 6 year and was beginning to sound its age. Eric bought it back to as new. Eric does more than a basic service making sure that all works like new.

After many unfortunate experiences with one of the other local providers of small engine repair, I found A1 Titan online and decided to try something new. I couldnt possibly have been happier with the result. Eric did fantastic work for a very good price, had my repaired riding mower ready exactly when he said he would, and spent time going over what hed done as well as providing helpful advice on future maintenance. Wow! With all the wind last month we ran into a property we manage that had generator issues. I found them online and wish I knew about them before. Very fast service and great follow up. I highly recommend them.

Eric was easy going and reasonable with his prices. He explained how to keep the chainsaw in operating condition throughout four seasons.He re-adjusted the throttle and wind valves and adjusted the chain, as it was loose when I got it.Would definitely go back for help in the future.

This guy totally ripped me off. Charged me 270$ to change the drive belts on my mower. Kept trying to add things onto the price and as it turned out the price did not go down but he dropped all the add-ons he said was needed. Wouldnt return the mower either. I had to go pick it up! Additionally 5/19 After the mower was picked up it was realized that the battery was missing. He had taking the core and turned it in on another battery. DO NOT use this guy!!! Here is his own words. Dropped my Poulon tractor on the Friday before Labor day, had it back on Tuesday running like a charm. It came to less than the estimate which was extremely fair to start with. I cant recommend Eric and his service strongly enough.
