I contacted Orange County Glass Works to have a piece of glass that I had purchased earlier in the day cut to the correct size. It was after hours but he agreed to help me. He was very professional and did a GREAT job of cutting the glass to the correct size. Great customer service and trustworthy. I will be doing business with Orange County Glass Works from now on. I own a small business located in a one of those large business parks in Fullerton. Recently on of my office plate glass window was shattered.Mike immediately came out, even after hours, and thats when the fun began. I was not aware that there were so many glass manufacturers, out there, and color matching the glass is an art, especially when we could not find any reference to the glass color that was originally installed. We literally had to match, by eye, the color of the replacement glass.Mike is super meticulous and it took us, over a week, to source the correct glass. Some would find this too long or get impatient, with the process, but honestly, Mike is a stand up guy and really cares about the service he provides.In the end, the match was spot on and everything worked out great! I would definitely call on Mike and OC Glass Works, again. Its rare to find really good people who provide stellar customer service like Mike does and is a super cool person. Thank you Mike!!!!

I called two other companies for quotes - one never called back, one higher, and truthfully now that Ive experienced the professionalism and quality from OC Glass Works I think theyre an excellent value. To the one reviewer who said they were rude on the phone - this was not my experience at all, but I will say that my call was taken by the installer while he was on the road from job to job (they dont like to miss calls and he said it was forwarding to his cell). I do the same with my business on nights and weekends, and sometimes if you catch someone off guard they might not come off as super friendly. My personal experience was nothing but the best, but I can see where its possible if you reach them after hours / on their cell phone the phone conversation might be different. This should not concern you. The service I was provided is something of a rarity these days. True gentlemen and professionals.My overall experience from start to finish was A+ TOP NOTCH!
