If they run their business anything like the way they scam people out of money on Craiglist than please do not support them. Today I purchased two concert tickets from Philip A. Viele Jr. for Big Adventure Fest in Costa Mesa. When I reached the gate the tickets did not scan and the attendant informed me they were already used and denied me entrance. This was verified by another attendant at the customer service ticket booth who told me the tickets had been used 1 hour and 5 hours before. When I requested a refund from Philip he basically called me a liar despite admitting he was selling me resold tickets he had already used the day before and had the nerve to call himself a victim. LOL what a joke. Please take your business elsewhere. This guy is a narcissist with zero integrity who will probably try to gaslight and bully me in his reply. He obviously knows what he did and knows that Paypal will take his side since its his word against mine. Who knows how many times he has scammed people out of their hard earned money. I have provided some screenshots on their Yelp. Please do not do business with him/them. Check out how smug and condescending he is on the Paypal dispute I opened.
