We got two peoples one ear re-pierced, so two ears done in total. We made an appointment two days before, arrived a few minutes early. They lock the door and you need to ring the bell to be let it. The piercer was running a little behind so we waited outside for about ten minutes before we were let in for our appointment. Super good about getting the forms filled out before hand so it was fast to check in. Clean piercing area filled with lots of interesting things.Jo was our piercer and she was very professional, gave tons of information, and was very gentle. If we ever need anything pierced again we will definitely seek her out.

I am so unbelievably impressed with these ladies! So friendly and professional! If you are having anxiety about getting a piercing, then have Jo do it! She was so sweet and caring with my daughter that all her anxiety just melted away!!! I highly recommend them her for all your piercing needs!

I was pierced here today and it was a wonderful experience, both people inside were incredibly nice and helpful. Jo the piercer was incredibly clear with aftercare and every step of the process that she was doing. She kept me calm with breathing exercises and helped me with my fear of needles. For all future piercings I will be coming here.

I have came back in January with my friend to get our septums periced. And just recently was able to change the percing. First off she pierced my septum to low thats why I was in so much pain when she was doing it. I almost passed out. She did my friends right but not mines. Plus a percing I paid 50 dollars for that wasent even worth 50 dollars . Ugh Im so disappointed that I have to have a percing that is done wrong on my face. Never going back and I do not recommend this place for any piercings unless you want it done wrong!

I’ve been going here since 2012 and I’ve never been disappointed. This is a great place to get pierced. I’ve never had problems with my piercings, the staff is super professional, honest and kind. Sam works behind the counter and will go out of her way to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get pierced. They also have really cute creepers and accessories which is great for punky gifts. I will only get pierced here. The Piercings are by appointment so make sure to call ahead of time.

I drove from far away just to get some shoes and I was kinda disappointed on the customer service. We were ignore . More focused on the piercing appointments instead of selling a pair of shoes.

I love Monkeys To Go! First off, the women that run it, are fabulous! I was taken here 19 years ago to pierce my belly button, my son 2 years ago for his ears, and I went in Sept 2020 and got a beautiful intradermal on my right high cheek! Not painful at all!

In simple words, myself & husband had a smooth lovely expirance with our 2 month old baby girl. With Covid, our babies doctors office was no longer offering ear piercing. So I deceid to do some research and came across Monkeys To Go. They are super knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. Went over everything step by step, from ear care to any question that might cross your mind. Especially being that we are talking about a newborn. Highly recommend them. The people are so friendly and sweet! The person who pierced my sister’s ears was very quick and made sure to inform us of everything we needed to know like aftercare. Even the inside was really cool because of all the decorations and the painted artworks (I love how they did their walls)! I LOVED LOVED LOVEEED this place! I’m from Pomona so most shops are closed due to COVID and those that were, don’t offer surface tragus piercings so I went on google and came across this place. And I am so happy I did! Not only are they the sweetest, but they are highly knowledgeable and professional. Never have I ever had such a good experience at a shop (and I’ve gone to many) like I did here.The atmosphere is great-I felt so comfortable and special as they asked me what music I wanted to listen to. Definitely come get your piercings done here!!!

Went in to swap out my triple helix jewelry, the jewelry was quite stubborn and difficult to get out and even get the new ones in but the piercer was so kind, informative and as gentle as possible. I fully anticipated pain and swelling for the following few days, however the pain went away about 15 minutes after and they healed perfectly which I credit the piercer for( wish I could remember her name!)Not to mention the lady at the front desk, she was equally as kind! Wonderful experience.

OMG I dont know what happened to this place. Everything was overpriced and they absolutely nothing there at all. I wouldnt recommend going here at all!! Go to Dr strange instead. They have a better variety of shoes and clothes.

Both my daughters had their ear piercing here. They are professional and careful. I appreciate that they try to educate me on infant ear piercing, what kind of jewelery, after care, ect. They explain in detail of the process. Pros and cons of for each type of jewelery.
