This Barnes & Noble is amazing! Lots to choose from, well organized, but the staff really put it over the top. Cheryl was amazing and helpful and full of cheer.I had called every B&N in the area looking for something specific. Each one had it in stock online but when I called they were out. When I called this one, the furthest one from where we live, they had it, put it on hold and had it ready for me when I got there 30 minutes later.And since youre in the store, why not buy another $150 worth of Christmas presents, right?Thank you, Cheryl, you really saved our Christmas! Of course Santa will get all the credit, but thats okay, Ill know it was you!

Reading is knowledge, very organized place. Clean and good customer service. They dont have everything that you may need but they have a great selection of books and articles.but their cafe has no gift cards and only one person working there.

I love that every single time we visit the childrens section the people at the counter are always willing to help. The store is always neat and when you cant find the book youre looking for, theyll order it for you and you pay no shipping. My kids all enjoy their trip every single time we go. Sign up for their kids club if you havent. They will email them a coupon for either free cookie or brownie on their birthday no purchase needed!

Wonderful book store, just small in comparison to the Anaheim location! However the coffee shop was great.

Still around but not as cool and good anymore after Amazon...book prices are not so competitive. But they have a ton of toys now- Starbucks is still there but not sure if it is the same with so many great coffee places these days.Still a good place to take your kids to see what books look like and make them sort of get interested in books.

Great selection of books as always and super happy to see it flooded with folks trying to get their read on. With all the librarys currently shut down its a welcome change. I picked up the ultimate hitchhikers guide to the galaxy since Ive never read it and only got a taste with a film. There is also a book drive currently running, buy a book and they will donate a book at least at this location. Do yourself and a stranger a favor and get in some pages :)

I come here to buy home school curriculum. Prices are not bad at all compared to other places Ive searched for elementary curriculum. Affordable!

I’ve been to a lot of B&Ns in and outside Orange County. This seems to be the ONLY one where every time I go online to see if a specific manga is in stock, they can never actually find it in the store. The first few times this happened I was understanding, because I’ve worked retail and I understand that online doesn’t always accurately reflect what’s in store. However this has happened so many times to the point where I just don’t think I’ll bother going to this specific store anymore. Either they don’t keep track of their manga well or they really aren’t bothering to look. The person I spoke to in the store that said she couldn’t find it told me I should have called so they could put it on hold for me, but I DID call and no one gave me that option. The associate in store was gone “checking” for MAYBE two minutes, and didn’t even look to see if inventory said how many the store was supposed to have. Also as a side note, their manga section is extremely small compared to Chino Hills 40 minutes away. If you have the time, just go there for what you need

After a long forced hibernation, it was so nice to be around the lovely smell of books. Both staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and polite.

By far my favorite bookstore. I was in and out in under ten minutes. I picked up a new Janet Evanovich book they were holding for me. Im a B&N member and appreciate the discount.

A home for book lovers and those interested in finding love for books. I went there with a friend and basically spent hours browsing the selection. From board games,to toys like Lego sets, to novels. It has a little bit of everything and the employees were very friendly. Also, very sanitized. I recall seeing multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the store and also the bathrooms were very clean as well. If youre looking for a nice place to spend time during covid season without the stress, this place is the spot for you. My only compliant is the lack of inventory for what may be considered niche generes like Mayan Mythology but eh, that wont stop me from coming.

This book store has so many books! I really like the way this store is laid out. When I went the store was very clean and orderly. I found all of the books that I was looking for including a KJV Bible.Upon checkout the staff members were friendly and efficient.There is even a coffee shop inside this Barnes and Noble so you can buy a book, drink some coffee, and read.

I was going to give Barnes and Noble a second chance so I could stop buying my books on Amazon, but when I walked in, I thought I had walked into Obama/Biden’s library. Their books were everywhere! I get if they want to have a book or two of them here or there, but not a store full! Not shopping at Barnes and Noble anymore!

Well-kept store, one of the nicer plazas around the area and has everything you need. Frequently come here for books all the time and they never fail to have what I want in stock. Staff is very nice and helpful and I cant recommend this B&N location enough.

I had not gone shopping for books in quite a while and what a wonderful surprise to find many new and exciting books at reasonable prices. The young lady that rang me up was especially courteous and was thankful to have a job!!! That was worth the visit to BnN!👍

I only come here for manga and while the selection is pretty big, It could be better, some manga have missing volumes that need to be purchased online which is kind of a hassle but a great place to shop if youre just picking up 1 or 2 volumes

I dont have the same connection with the in-store experience anymore. Too many books not enough space to store them. So I download on Nook.The store was clean and organized. I found what I was looking for. I paid more than I thought it would cost .All in all it was an ok experience.

Found all the criterion collection Blu Rays and DVDs I was looking for. The rest of the store looked well stocked, and the lady at checkout was really nice. I will definitely be visiting this site again since it added its expanded vinyl section. There are other stores closer to me where I can find books I want, but Barnes And Noble ended up being the best video store in the county that I could find.

Yes!If you want something they dont have in store they will order it and contact you so you can check it out before you buy or have it sent your home and sometimes at a discount.As Brick and Mortar stores are unfortunately going the way of the Dodo, I hope this location will be around for many, many years to come!

Our favorite spot to visit and look through all the new books. My kids love performing on the stage in the kids section. Always friendly staff offering to help or answer questions. Nice sized toy section that we try to walk passed quickly 😉 Good variety in the clearance/discounted section.
